万双网讯  为进一步夯实少先队组织建设根基，全力培育少先队员的民主意识，营造“自己的活动自己干，自己的阵地自己建、自己的事情自己管”的积极氛围，深圳市龙华区万科双语学校精心筹备并开展了少先队大队委换届竞选活动。此次活动旨在选拔出队员们心中最满意、能全心全意为少先队服务，且具备榜样力量、特长优势与代表性的大队委，为少先队的发展注入新的活力。

To strengthen the foundation of the Young Pioneers organization, cultivate political awareness among members, and foster a proactive atmosphere for “managing our own activities, building our own platforms, and governing our own affairs,” Vanke Bilingual School in Longhua District, Shenzhen, meticulously organized a general election for the Young Pioneers Committee. The election aimed to select committee members who embody integrity, dedication and leadership, in order to inject fresh vitality into the organization.

自 3 月 10 日起，一场充满挑战与机遇的竞选之旅正式拉开帷幕。在历时一个多月的激烈角逐中，从初选到终选，每一位候选人都如璀璨星辰，以饱满的热情与卓越的才华，尽情展现着少先队员的独特魅力与无限潜力，书写着属于自己的成长篇章。

Starting on March 10th, the election campaign journey unfolded, filled with challenges and opportunities. With over a month of intense competition, each candidate shone like a star, showcasing the unique charm and boundless potential of Young Pioneers through their passion and talent.

第一阶段：自主申报——勇于担当，开启逐梦之旅

Stage 1: Self-Nomination—Daring to Take Responsibility and Chasing a Dream

3月10日至14日，校园里洋溢着积极向上的气息。上一届大队委、学生会干部、教师党员、教师团员纷纷走进班级，进行细致入微的宣讲。他们用生动的语言、详实的内容，对大队委换届竞选方案进行了全面解读，鼓励少先队员勇敢迈出第一步，积极参与竞选，为少先队的发展贡献自己的力量。同学们认真聆听，眼中闪烁着期待与渴望的光芒。

From March 10th to the 14th, the campus buzzed with energy. Members of the previous committee, student union leaders, and teacher representatives of the party delivered detailed presentations in classrooms. Using vivid language and practical examples, they explained the election process, encouraging the Young Pioneers to take the first step and contribute to the organization. Students listened earnestly; their eyes gleaming with anticipation.

在自主申报环节，同学们积极响应，纷纷拿起笔，认真填写“万科双语学校大队干部竞选申报表”。每一份申报表都承载着同学们的梦想与决心，是他们勇敢追求自我、展现担当的有力见证。最终，投递箱里整齐地收集了53份申报表，如同53颗怀揣着希望与热情的种子，等待着在后续的竞选舞台上生根发芽。

In the self-nomination phase, students actively responded, carefully filling out “Vanke Bilingual School Committee Election Application Forms.” Each form represented their dreams and determination, a testament to their courage to pursue growth. Ultimately, 53 applications were submitted—53 seeds of hope waiting for a chance to sprout.

第二阶段：知识考核——智慧较量，彰显深厚底蕴

Stage 2: Knowledge Assessment—A Battle of Wits, Demonstrating Profound Foundational Skills

3月17日，一场智慧的较量在校园里精彩上演。53位少先队员齐聚一堂，迎接少先队知识考核的挑战。面对“六知六会”的题目，队员们沉着冷静，眼神中透露出坚定与自信。他们凭借平日里对少先队知识的深入学习和积累，认真思考，从容作答，用扎实的学识证明了自己的实力。

On March 17th, an intellectual showdown took place as 53 candidates faced a Young Pioneers knowledge test on the “Six must-knows and Six can-dos.”  Calm and confident, they drew on their knowledge to answer questions thoughtfully.

在紧张而有序的考核过程中，队员们展现出了对少先队的热爱与敬意，以及对知识的渴望与追求。最终，18名候选人凭借出色的表现成功晋级，他们如同在知识海洋中脱颖而出的弄潮儿，带着满满的自信与期待，迎接下一阶段的挑战。

Their focus reflected deep love for the Pioneers and a hunger for knowledge. Eighteen candidates advanced through their outstanding performances, like the rising tide riders in a sea of knowledge, ready for the next challenge.

第三阶段：现场演讲——坚毅自信，绽放青春风采

Stage 3: Live Speeches—Steadfast Confidence, Unleashing Youthful Radiance

3月24日，学校剧场内座无虚席，气氛热烈。18位候选人精神抖擞，自信满满地走上舞台，开启了一场精彩绝伦的演讲盛宴。 “如果我能当上大队长……”候选人们用坚定的声音开启了演讲，2分钟的脱稿演讲中，金句频出，创新形式层出不穷。他们有的用生动的故事讲述自己对大队委工作的理解与感悟，有的用清晰的思路阐述上岗后的工作打算与创新活动思路，充分展现了自己的独特见解与卓越能力。

On March 24th, the school auditorium was packed for the final speeches. Eighteen candidates stepped onto the stage with poise, delivering 2-minute talks filled with creativity—some shared vivid stories about committee work, others outlined innovative plans. Their insights and capabilities impressed the audience.

演讲结束后，现场党员老师评委们抛出一个个富有挑战性的问题，考验着候选人的应变能力与思维深度。候选人们临场发挥，从容应对，用机智的回答赢得了现场师生的阵阵掌声。最后，二至八年级每班4名少先队员代表秉持着公平公正的原则，投出了自己神圣的一票，选出了心目中优秀的大队委。

After speeches, party judges posed challenging questions to test the speakers’ adaptability, and candidates responded with wit to rounds of applause. Finally, 4 student representatives from Grades 2–8 voted, finally selecting their ideal committee members.

成长蜕变，新程开启

Growth and New Beginnings

本次竞选活动首次向低年级学生开放，二年级E班学生康熙琳最终在53名候选人中脱颖而出，成为学校历史上首位二年级大队委。这一突破不仅刷新了学校的记录，也展现了万科双语学校对低年级学生潜力的充分挖掘与信任。“我们发现，当把舞台真正交给孩子时，他们总能创造惊喜。”大队部负责人陈老师表示，“这次竞选不仅是选拔过程，更是一次生动的公民意识教育实践。”本次竞选全过程让我们看到了，低年级候选人表现尤其亮眼，印证了学校‘让学生站在未来中央’教育理念的可行性。他们展现出的同理心与创新思维，让评委们看到了教育的无限可能。

For the first time ever, lower-grade students participated, and Kang Xilin from Grade 2 Class E became the school’s youngest committee member in history.  “When we give children a stage, they always surprise us,” said Committee Director Chen. “This election is not just a selection process, but a practical lesson in civic awareness.” The performance of the younger candidates validated the school’s philosophy of “placing students at the center of the future,” showcasing their empathy and creativity.

经过一个月的考察期，新一届少先队大队委成员终于诞生。13位大队委干部在第十五周升旗仪式上进行集体亮相。他们身姿挺拔，眼神坚定，在全校师生的见证下，庄严发表了个人就职宣言。宣言掷地有声，表达了他们为同学们服务、为学校添光彩的决心，赢得了师生们的热烈掌声。他们将肩负起为队员服务的重任，以更加饱满的热情、更加坚定的信念，带领全体少先队员在成长的道路上奋勇前行，共同书写学校少先队工作的崭新篇章！

After a one-month probation period, the new committee was announced. Thirteen members were debuted during the Week 15 flag-raising ceremony, standing tall to deliver solemn inauguration speeches, vowing to serve and honor the school. Their commitment earned them applause, marking the start of a new chapter for the Young Pioneers.

船的目的地不是港湾，而是星辰大海。新一届大队委的诞生，正是万科双语学校教育理念的生动注脚。在这里，每个孩子在向未来中央迈进，在挑战中积蓄能量，向着未来扬帆远航。

Just as a ship’s destination is not to stay in a harbor but to go out into the vast ocean, the new committee embodies Vanke Bilingual School’s educational philosophy. Here, every child moves toward the future, gathers strength from challenges, and sets sail for greater horizons.
