万双网讯  2025年5月12日上午8时,梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2024-2025学年第二学期第十四周升旗仪式在操场举行。本周升旗仪式由3G班和3I班承担,李依琳同学和杨若伊同学担任主持人。


At 8 a.m. on May 12th, 2025, the flag-raising ceremony for the fourteenth week of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year of Meisha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School was held on the playground. This week’s ceremony was hosted by Classes 3G and 3I, with Yiyi and Alia serving as hosts.

李政达同学和吴易蔓同学在升旗仪式上发表演讲,倡导关爱残疾人。她们提到,有这样一群人,他们虽身处黑暗,却能用指尖触摸知识的光芒;虽身处寂静,却能用手语传递诗意;虽行动不便,却能以画笔描绘心中的宇宙。2025年5月18日是全国助残日,今年的主题聚焦于“弘扬自强与助残精神,凝聚奋进力量”,她们呼吁大家,生活中一个善意的举动,如为失去手臂的人开门,帮轮椅爬坡者助力,给手语交流者一个微笑,都可能成为他们生活中的一束光。她们引用老师的话:“帮助他人就是帮助自己,尊重他人就是尊重自己”,鼓励同学们从今天起,用行动传递温暖,让每个残疾人朋友都能感受到世界的美好,因我们的关怀而充满希望。


During the ceremony, Tiger and Coco delivered a speech advocating care for people with disabilities. They described this special group: “Though enveloped in darkness, they perceive knowledge through their fingertips; immersed in silence, they convey poetry through sign language; though physically constrained, they paint cosmic visions with brushes.” Noting that May 18, 2025 marks China’s National Disability Assistance Day with this year’s theme “Advocating the Spirit of Self-Reliance and Disability Assistance, Uniting Strength for Progress”, they urged the community to extend compassionate gestures - holding doors open for armless individuals, assisting wheelchair users on slopes, or smiling to sign language communicators - which can all illuminate lives. Quoting teachers’ wisdom, “Helping others is helping ourselves; respecting others is respecting ourselves,” they encouraged peers to translate care into action, enabling disabled friends to experience life’s beauty and embrace hope through collective warmth.

升旗仪式临近结束之际,余丹老师以清亮之声,宣布2025年“追光向暖 沐爱生长”心理健康活动月系列活动正式启幕。这场心灵之约亮点璀璨:面向全校师生与家长发起心理活动月专属logo创意征集;以幸福日历打卡串联每日温暖;匠心打造心理漫画、摄影与短视频创作赛事;更有妙趣横生的心理游园会,以及镌刻荣耀的颁奖典礼蓄势待发。在热烈的氛围中,在场师生齐声宣誓,字字铿锵:"我承诺,自此刻始,倾听内心的声音,成为他人坚实的依靠,让生命之光在善意与关怀中,绽放夺目光华。"


At the end of the flag raising ceremony, Ms. Yu announced the grand commencement of the 2025 “Chasing Light Toward Warmth, Thriving in Love” Mental Health Awareness Month with resonant clarity. The initiative features multiple highlights: a logo design contest open to all school members and parents; a “Happiness Calendar” which tracks daily acts of kindness; a creative competition for psychological comics, photography, and short videos; an engaging mental health carnival; and an awards ceremony. Amid fervent applause, the assembly solemnly pledged: “We commit, from this moment onward, to listen to our inner voice, become pillars of support for others, and let life’s radiance shine with benevolence and care.”

Good morning! I am Li Zhengda from Class 3G. Today, the theme of our speech under the national flag is—“With Small Hands Spreading Warmth, Let the World Hear the Blossoms.”

大家早上好!我是3I班的吴易蔓。今天,我们国旗下演讲的主题是——《用小手传递温暖,让世界听见花开》。

 

Classmates, did you know? There are people who cannot see light, yet they “read” fairy tales in Braille with their fingertips; people who cannot hear sounds, yet “sing” poetry more beautiful than melodies through sign language; people who cannot run freely, yet sit in wheelchairs painting galaxies and oceans with brushes. Can you guess who they are? That’s right. Every extraordinary performance by people with disabilities fills our hearts with admiration!

 

同学们,你们知道吗?有这样一群人,他们看不见光明,却能用手“读”出盲文里的童话;他们听不见声音,却能用手语“唱”出比歌声更美的诗;他们无法奔跑,却能坐在轮椅上用画笔描绘星辰大海。你们能猜出他们是谁吗?没错,这些残疾人的每一次精彩表现都让我们心生敬佩!

 

Do you know what day May 18th is? For most people, it might seem like an ordinary day, but for people with disabilities, it is actually a special day. Since the 28th of December in 1990, the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People's Congress passed a Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities, and the third Sunday of May each year was designated as ‘National Disability Assistance Day.’ The theme for Disability Assistance Day this year is “Advancing Self-Reliance and the Spirit of Mutual Aid, Uniting in Solidarity for Shared Progress.” “National Disability Assistance Day”provides practical assistance and support for people with disabilities. Its impact carries extensive and profound significance.

 

大家知道今年的5 月 18日是什么日子吗? 也许,对大多数人来说,这是平平常常的一天,而对残疾人来说,这一天却是一个特殊的日子。因为自1990 年 12 月 28 日第七届全国人民代表大会常务委员会审议通过《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》,并将每年五月的第三个星期日定为“全国助残日”。今年助残日的主题是“弘扬自强与助残精神,凝聚团结奋进力量”。“全国助残日”活动为众多的残疾人提供了切实可行的帮助和支持,其意义广泛而深远。

 

So, what can we do to help these ‘special friends’ in our daily lives? If we hold the door open for people who have no arms, their smiles will light up like blooming flowers. If we gently assist people in wheelchairs who are struggling to climb a slope, their hearts will be filled with warmth. If we offer an encouraging smile to people using sign language, their spirits will blossom with happiness.

 

那么,在生活中可以帮这些“特别的朋友”做点什么呢?

我想,如果我们遇见失去手臂的人,主动开一下门,他们一定会笑成一朵花;如果我们看见坐着轮椅艰难爬坡的人,轻轻地帮他们一下,他们一定会心中充满暖流;如果我们在公交车或地铁上,看到用手语比划交流的人,给他们一个鼓励的微笑,他们的心里一定会乐开了花。

 

I believe that even a small gesture from us could become a ray of light in their lives! As our teacher once said: To help others is to help ourselves; to respect others is to respect ourselves. Classmates, let us start today: Use our eyes to notice those in need. Use our hands to spread warmth. Use our smiles to radiate strength. Let every friend with disabilities feel that this world becomes brighter because of you, because of me, and because of all of us together!

 

我想,或许你的一个小小的举动,对他们来说可能就是生活中的一束光!

老师说过:“帮助别人,就是帮助自己;尊重别人,就是尊重自己。”

早上好!今天,当我们站在鲜艳的五星红旗下,我想请大家将右手轻轻放在左心口(停顿,等待互动)——此刻,你触摸到的不只是校服的布料,更是世界上最珍贵的宝藏:一颗正在蓬勃生长的、独一无二的心灵。


Dear teachers and students,

Good morning!

Today, as we stand beneath the vibrant Five-star Red Flag, I invite you to gently place your right hand over your left chest (pause for interaction). What you feel now is not just the fabric of your uniform but also the world’s most precious treasure: a vibrant, unique heart, pulsating with growth.


我们持续关注着同学们的成长密码——数据显示,每天增加1小时户外活动时间,近视风险可降低13%,而充足的运动不仅能保护视力,还能让大脑释放更多多巴胺,提升学习专注力和效率。更令人振奋的是,陕西师范大学的心理学研究发现:心理韧性强的初中生,学业倦怠水平显著降低,解题效率提升幅度最高达26%!这告诉我们:身体是学习的能量站,而心灵是成长的永动机!(举起手掌)现在,请和你前后左右的同学击掌三次(示范动作:啪-啪-啪),让积极能量在我们之间流淌!


We remain deeply committed to unlocking the secret of your growth. Research shows that one additional hour of daily outdoor activity reduces myopia risk by 13%, while regular exercise not only protects vision but also boosts dopamine release, and enhances focus and learning efficiency. Even more inspiring: a psychology study from Shaanxi Normal University reveals that middle schoolers with strong psychological resilience experience 26% higher problem-solving efficiency and significantly lower academic burnout. It tells us: The body is the energy source for learning, and the mind is the perpetual engine for growth! (Raises hand) Now, please high-five the classmates around you three times (demonstrates: Let’s clap! Clap! Clap!), letting positive energy flow among us!

第二指:像调试琴弦般调节自己的情绪:当感到压力时,试试“彩虹呼吸法”(示范:深吸气5秒,屏息3秒,呼气7秒);  


Second finger: Tune your emotions like adjusting a lute. When stressed, try the “Rainbow Breathing Technique”(*demonstrates: 5-second inhale, 3-second hold, 7-second exhale*);


第三指:像传递火炬般温暖他人:现在,请转身给你身边的人一个拥抱(等待30秒互动),让万双充满爱的温度!
