万双网讯  “压岁钱是姓‘娃’还是姓‘家’？”“如果不小心损坏了邻居家的玻璃窗户，又该如何解决？”面对这些生活中的实际问题，万科双语学校的学生们正借助法律的视角，探寻合理的答案。

“Is lucky money a gift for the ‘child’ or ‘family’?” “If a neighbor’s window is accidentally broken, what’s the right way to handle it?” At Vanke Bilingual School, students are exploring reasonable answers to these real-life questions through the lens of the law.

从这些贴近生活的点滴小事入手，万科双语学校正引领孩子们迈入法治的殿堂。自本学期伊始，学校将《民法典》引入课堂，构建起覆盖小学全学段的"公民意识"教育体系，为孩子们种下知法守法的种子。

Starting from these little things that are close to everyone’s lives, Vanke Bilingual School is leading children into the mindset of the rule of law. Since the beginning of this semester, the school has introduced the Civil Code in the classroom, and built a “civic awareness” education system covering all stages of primary school, planting the seeds of law-abiding knowledge in children.

在低年级教室，《漫画中的民法典》成为法治启蒙的“引路人”。教师们用书中的案例结合现实生活，把法律术语转化为易懂的语言，让“压岁钱的归属”成为讨论财产权益的切入点，用“打碎花瓶”的故事阐释赔偿责任。孩子们在故事中理解规则的边界，在讨论中感受法律的温度。

In the lower classrooms, “The Civil Code in Comics” has become the “guide” of the enlightenment of the rule of law. The teachers used the cases from the book combined with real life examples, transformed legal terms into easy-to-understand language, made “the ownership of New Year’s money” an entry point for discussing property rights, and used the story of “breaking a vase” to explain liability and compensation. Children understand these rules from the story and feel the degree of the law in their discussions.

步入高年级课堂，“法律诊所”式的思辨场景活力十足。“宠物狗咬伤邻居该由谁承担责任？”“游戏充值退款是否能够成功维权？”这些贴近生活的热点案例被搬上黑板，学生们在案例与法条的对照分析中展开激烈的讨论，思维碰撞出智慧的火花。这样的学习方式深受学生喜爱，课堂上他们热情高涨，积极发言，各抒己见，成为课堂生态中的蓬勃活力。

Stepping into the upper elementary classrooms, the “legal clinic”-style speculations are full of vitality. “Who is responsible for pet dogs biting neighbors?” “Can online game refunds be successfully defended?” These hot cases close to life were put on the blackboard, and the students had a heated discussion in the comparative analysis of these cases and the law, and their thinking produced sparks of wisdom. This way of learning is very popular with students, who are enthusiastic in the classroom, actively speaking, and expressing their opinions, and has become a vigorous part of the classroom ecology.

万科双语学校将《民法典》引入课堂，是对法治教育新路径的勇敢尝试。它不仅让法律知识在校园中生根发芽，更以润物细无声的方式，培育着学生们的法治精神与公民意识，为他们未来成长为知法、守法、用法的合格公民奠定坚实基础。

The introduction of the Civil Code into the classroom by Vanke Bilingual School is a brave attempt to take a new path in legal education. It not only allows legal knowledge to take root on campus, but also cultivates students’ spirit of the rule of law and civic awareness in a subtle and silent way, laying a solid foundation for them to grow into qualified citizens who know, abide by and use the law in their future.

此次尝试并非孤立的教育尝试，而是学校整体教育规划的重要一环。在学校的三年发展规划中，明确提出打造大思政课的目标：学校致力于打通道法、人生规划、劳动等课程与班级管理、学生成长的关系，联合历史、经济学常识、哲学启蒙等课程，探索和实践大思政课程体系，形成道德与法治等课程和活动的具体实施方案，有效开展学生思政教育和日常生活能力培养。通过这些措施，不仅有效开展了学生思政教育，还注重培养学生的日常生活能力，力求为学生站在未来中央护航。

This is not an isolated educational attempt, but an important part of the school’s overall educational planning. In the three-year development plan of the school, the goal of creating a large ideological and political course is clearly proposed: the school is committed to the relationship between the reading content, life planning, labor, class management and student growth; and combines history, economic knowledge, and philosophy enlightenment to explore and experience the great ideological and political curriculum system, form a specific implementation plan for activities pertaining to ethics and the rule of law, and effectively carry out students' ideological and political education with daily life examples. Through these measures, not only has the ideological and political education of students been effectively carried out, but also the character of students has been emphasized, and efforts have been made to help push students into the center of the future.
