万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2025年4月23日下午1时35分，万科双语学校第44期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。两百余名师生现场聆听了演讲，活动同时面向全校师生直播。

Vanke Bilingual School News - In order to improve students’ comprehensive abilities of speech and expression, enhance students’ literacy in Chinese and English, and put children at the center of the stage, the 44th E-talk of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theatre at 1:35 p.m. on April 23, 2025. Over 200 teachers and students attended the event, and it was also live-streamed to the entire school.

本次E-talk活动的主题是 “微光成炬——写给平凡英雄的赞歌”，来自七至八年级的8名同学用中文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了 “平凡英雄们的故事”，评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme of this E-talk was “Sparks Ignite Torches – An Ode to Everyday Heroes,” eight students from Grades 7 to 8 delivered wonderful speeches in Chinese, sharing thoughts on their love for and the importance of Chinese culture. The judges provided comments on each student’s excellent performance.

7G班李妙涵同学、8F班鲁思含同学：你我的微光，正是中国的脊梁

Li Miaohan (Class 7G) & Lu Sihan (Class 8F): Our Glimmers Are the Backbone of China

7G班的李妙涵同学和8F班的鲁思含同学在《你我的微光，正是中国的脊梁》演讲中，讲述了俞鸿儒与张桂梅的坚守：俞鸿儒毕生守护科研纯粹，以赤诚照亮民族脊梁；张桂梅创办华坪女高，助大山女孩改变命运，用坚持诠释梦想力量。两位同学赞颂道：“每个坚守初心的灵魂都是燎原火种，每次脚踏实地的付出都在书写民族脊梁！”

In their co-delivered speech, the duo honored scientist Yu Hongru’s lifelong dedication to preserving scientific integrity and educator Zhang Guimei’s visionary establishment of Huaping Girls' High School to empower underprivileged students. They declared: “Every soul adhering to its original aspiration can become a spark igniting a dry plain; every grounded effort writes the backbone of our nation!”

孙老师点评道：“妙涵的演讲自信从容，让我们了解了科学巨人俞鸿儒的大爱无疆；思含的演讲温和坚定，让我们知道了乡村校长张桂梅的志存高远。从练习到今天，老师们见证了你们一直在进步，相信你们将来会有更优秀的表现。”

Judge Ms. Sun commented:  “Miaohan’s confident delivery illuminated Yu Hongru’s boundless devotion, while Sihan’s gentle yet firm narration revealed Zhang Guime’'s lofty ideals. We've witnessed your remarkable progress in speaking through rehearsals and believe even greater achievements await you.”

7C班何沛晗同学、7I班毛翊睿同学：微光灼灼照古今，匠心脉脉传星河

He Peihan (Class 7C) & Mao Yirui (Class 7I): Timeless Glimmers: Artisanship Across the Stars

7C班的何沛晗同学和7I班的毛翊睿同学在《微光灼灼照古今，匠心脉脉传星河》演讲中，讲述了非遗传承人陈继本和壁画修复师李云鹤的故事，展现了文化守护者的匠心精神。广彩匠人陈继本在行业寒冬期抵押祖屋坚守技艺，独创“织金填彩”技艺；李云鹤创新运用高光谱成像技术修复千年壁画。两位文化守护者以微光之躯践行文化传承使命，让敦煌瑰宝重焕生机，赓续千年文明薪火。

The pair presented cultural guardianship through stories of Cantonese porcelain master Chen Jiben, who mortgaged ancestral property to preserve traditional craftsmanship during industrial downturns, and mural conservator Li Yunhe, who revived millennium-old Dunhuang frescoes using hyperspectral imaging technology. Their speech highlighted how cultural heritage can sustain the flame of civilization through unwavering dedication.

江老师点评道：“你们的演讲宛如一场文化盛宴，将广彩和敦煌壁画背后的故事娓娓道来。讲述时条理清晰，感染力超强，对情感的拿捏恰到好处，让大家感受到非遗传承的独特魅力与价值，语言表达流畅自然、文采斐然，为你们的出色表现点赞！”

Judge Ms. Jiang praised: “Your speech was a cultural feast, masterfully weaving intricate details about Cantonese porcelain and Dunhuang murals. The logical flow, emotional resonance, and eloquent delivery vividly conveyed the charm of cultural heritage preservation.”

8E班陈思彤同学：鹏城暖力：平凡人的微光交响曲

Chen Sitong (Class 8E): Shenzhen's Warmth: A Symphony of Ordinary Lights

8E班的陈思彤同学在《鹏城暖力：平凡人的微光交响曲》的演讲中，宛如一位温情的故事讲述者，为我们娓娓道来志愿者们那些平凡却又闪耀着不凡光芒的暖心故事。她开场便提及深圳这座“志愿者之城”的美誉，接着，以自身的志愿者经历为引，开启了这场温暖的叙事之旅。演讲临近尾声，陈思彤满怀深情地说道：“愿我们都能成为那束光，在他人身处黑暗、需要帮助时，用自己的温暖与力量，照亮他们前行的道路！”

Drawing from personal volunteer experiences, Chen celebrated Shenzhen’s identity as a “City of Volunteers.” Concluding with heartfelt emotion, she urged: “May we all become beacons, illuminating paths for those in darkness with our warmth and strength!”

郭老师点评道：“深圳是志愿者之城，我们在大街小巷随处可见闪亮的红马甲，他们是社会中一道道温暖的光芒。你的陈述让同学们看到了这座城市的亮色。老师刚刚看到你也有加入红马甲的队伍中，去奉献自己的心力，非常有责任感和主人翁意识。‘红马甲精神’是值得弘扬的精神，老师想请问下，作为学生如何将这种精神去影响身边的同学，更好地让同学们一同去践行呢？”陈思彤回答道：“我们可以从小事做起，以身作则，在校内可以在图书馆做义工，在各种学校的大型活动中积极帮忙；在校外可以做义卖、去敬老院看望老人等活动。”

Judge Ms. Guo responded: “Your narrative captured the city's spirit that’s embodied by volunteers’ red vests. As young volunteers, how might you inspire your peers to embrace this ethos?” Chen responded:  “Through small acts—volunteering in libraries, assisting in school events, charity sales, or nursing home visits—we lead by example.”

8D班邓芃同学、李易轩同学：微光聚力，照亮时代星河

Deng Peng & Li Yixuan (Class 8D): Converging Sparks Illuminate an Era

8D班的邓芃同学和李易轩同学在《微光聚力，照亮时代星河》的演讲中，讲述了医者仁心、修车人雨中助人、协管员坚守岗位、护林人荒漠造林、守岛夫妇热血戍边等平凡英雄的事迹，这些平凡英雄将奉献刻进行动的年轮，让守护成为生命的姿势。他们的足迹虽不惊天动地，却在山河间织就闪耀的星轨。最后，两位同学让我们懂得：微光汇聚的奇迹，正是世上最动人的力量。

This duo honored medical professionals, rain-soaked mechanics offering roadside aid, dedicated traffic wardens, park rangers, and border-guarding teams. Their speech emphasized: “This era’s grand narrative is written by ordinary people—miracles emerge when glimmers unite.”

邵老师点评道：“我非常喜欢你们写的这句话：‘伟大时代的壮阔叙事，始终在由普通人书写’。感谢你们的演讲，你们不疾不徐地将一个个普通人敬业爱岗的故事讲述出来，丰富翔实的细节让听众们很有画面感，与你们产生共鸣，让我们明白普通人该如何过好自己的生活，非常好！”

Judge Ms. Shao applauded: “Your powerful line— ‘Great epochs are always chronicled by ordinary people’—resonated deeply. The vivid storytelling made listeners visualize these unsung heroes’ quiet dedication.”

7C班陈思月同学：校园里的微光群星

Chen Siyue (Class 7C): Starry Glimmers on Campus

最后，平凡英雄的赞歌唱给了我们最熟悉的万双校园。7C班的陈思月同学在《校园里的微光群星》演讲中讲述了一群校园里的平凡英雄——默默守护校园的保安叔叔、早起忙碌的保洁叔叔阿姨、和蔼可亲的课任老师、生活老师、坚守岗位的食堂叔叔阿姨们，最后还有每一位为集体付出努力的同学。这些身边的平凡英雄都是校园里的微光群星。最后她总结道：“真正的伟大是无数平凡灵魂对自我实现的永恒坚守。”

Closing the event, Chen paid tribute to campus heroes: security guards, early morning janitors, approachable teachers, cafeteria staff, and every contributing classmate. She concluded: “True greatness lies in ordinary souls’ persistent pursuit of self-actualization.”

鄂老师点评道：“刚刚聆听了你的演讲，我感觉非常惊喜，生活中从不缺少美，而是缺少发现美的眼睛。我们身边一直有许多默默付出、默默奉献的平凡英雄，我相信这些工作人员、校园伙伴们听到这份真诚的礼赞，也一定会为这份被‘看见’的尊重而感动，你有对生活的热爱，也有表达的灵气，相信你以后一定能在演讲台上闪闪发光。”

Judge Ms. E remarked: “Your speech revealed an eye for beauty in the mundane. This heartfelt tribute to unsung campus heroes demonstrated both your observational sensitivity and expressive talent, foretelling a bright future in public speaking.”

活动最后，郭鸾、邵静、孙晓菊、江泮、鄂瑞冰、马昊天、成宁七位老师为演讲者颁发证书并合影留念。

At the end of the event, teachers Guo Luan, Shao Jing, Sun Xiaoju, Jiang Pan, E Ruibing, Ma Haotian, and Cheng Ning awarded certificates to the speakers and posed for a group photo.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future teenager of VBS to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.

让我们一起期待，在E-talk的舞台上，VBS未来少年们将如何用他们的声音，引领我们走进他们的世界，感受他们的热情与活力。
