万双网讯  2025年4月27日上午8时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2024-2025学年第二学期第十二周升旗仪式在操场举行。本周升旗仪式由5F班和5I班承担，麻馨玉同学和李镓屹同学担任主持人。

At 8 a.m. on April 27th, 2025, the flag-raising ceremony for the twelfth week of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year of Meisha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School was held on the playground. This week’s ceremony was hosted by Classes 5F and 5I, with Grace and Daniel serving as hosts.

今日升旗仪式上，5I班谭子渝、沈芷萱与5F班林诗淇、谭翔星四位同学以《体验劳动，歌唱明天》为题进行国旗下讲话。他们提到，五一国际劳动节将至，这是纪念19世纪美国工人争取八小时工作制的斗争成果，彰显了劳动者维权精神。他们指出，劳动者在社会各领域发光发热：建筑工人筑起高楼，快递员便利生活，医护人员守护健康。校园内，安保、保洁、教师等亦默默奉献，保障学习环境。他们强调，劳动无处不在，我们每个人都是劳动者。万双旨在培养具备家国情怀和国际视野的公民，而劳动正是达成这些目标的重要途径。最后，四位同学号召大家积极参与劳动，体验乐趣，在劳动中成长，为美好未来歌唱。此次讲话深刻诠释了劳动价值，激励同学们尊重劳动、热爱劳动。

During today’s flag-raising ceremony, students Eddie and Amber from Class 5I, along with Cathy and Terry from Class 5F delivered a speech titled “Experience Labor, Sing Tomorrow.” They mentioned that International Labor Day is approaching, commemorating the struggles of 19th-century American workers for the eight-hour workday, and highlighting the safeguarding of workers’ rights. They pointed out that workers shine in various fields of society: construction workers build high-rise buildings, couriers make our lives convenient, and healthcare workers protect our health. On campus, security personnel, cleaners, and teachers also quietly contribute to ensuring a conducive learning environment. They emphasized that laborers are everywhere, and that each of us can contribute. Vanke Bilingual School aims to cultivate citizens with a sense of patriotism and an international perspective, and labor is a vital pathway to achieving these goals. In conclusion, the four students called on everyone to actively work hard, experience its joy, grow through labor, and sing for a bright future. This speech profoundly illustrated the value of labor and inspired students to respect and care for workers.

仪式最后，吴海鸥老师郑重宣布“AI作品展”主题活动正式启幕。这场全校性的探索之旅，从一年级到八年级全员参与，各学段学生将围绕特色主题，从想象设计到实际问题解决，再到挑战高难度项目，全面感受AI的无限魅力。活动紧密融入人工智能课程，为期一个月，旨在培养学生批判性思维，通过征文、E-Talk演讲等平台展现深度思考。5月底，优秀AI作品将揭晓，吴老师寄语同学们在探索中勇于创新，让AI成为学习生活的得力助手，共同收获快乐与成长。

At the end of the ceremony, Teacher Wu Haiou announced the official launch of the “AI Works Exhibition” event. This school-wide exploratory journey invites all students from grades one through eight to participate. Students will engage with unique themes, from imaginative design to solving real-world problems, and take on challenging projects to fully experience the possibilities of AI. This event is closely integrated with the AI curriculum and will last for a month, aiming to cultivate students’ critical thinking and encouraging them to reflect through essay writing, E-Talk presentations, and other ways. Any outstanding AI works will be revealed at the end of May, and Teacher Wu encouraged students to embrace innovation in their exploration, making AI a capable assistant in their studies and life, for happiness and growth together.

沈芷萱：大家好！今天我们演讲的主题是“体验劳动，歌唱明天”。

谭翔星：Good morning! The topic of our speech today is “Experience Labor, Sing Tomorrow”.

谭子渝：同学们你知道吗，我们即将迎来五一国际劳动节。它是全世界劳动人民共同的节日，源于19世纪美国工人为争取八小时工作制而进行的艰苦斗争，这场运动展现了劳动者为自身权益抗争的精神，也促使后来各国重视劳动者权益保障。

林诗淇：May Day is coming soon! It’s a special holiday for workers all around the world. It originated from the arduous struggle of American workers in the 19th century for the eight-hour working day. This movement demonstrated the spirit of workers fighting for their own rights and interests, and also prompted other countries to attach importance to the protection of workers’ rights and interests.

沈芷萱：在社会的各个角落，无数劳动者在各自岗位上发光发热。建筑工人不惧烈日寒风，一砖一瓦筑起高楼大厦；快递员及时送达包裹，便利我们的生活；医生护士争分夺秒与病魔斗争，守护我们的健康……他们用汗水诠释劳动的意义。

谭翔星：In every corner of society, countless workers shine in their respective roles. Construction workers brave the scorching sun and biting winds to build skyscrapers brick by brick; couriers deliver packages in a timely manner, making our lives more convenient; doctors and nurses fight against illness, safeguarding our health... They all define the meaning of labor through their sweat.

谭子渝：在我们的校园里，同样有一群默默奉献的劳动者。每天清晨，当我们乘车抵达校门口，安保叔叔们总会第一时间上前打开车门，细心提醒我们注意安全。漫步校园，干净整洁的道路、窗明几净的教室，这背后离不开保洁阿姨和后勤叔叔们的辛勤付出。还有我们的老师们用无微不至的关怀和智慧的光芒，照亮我们求知的道路。

林诗淇：On our campus, there are also hard-working contributors. Every morning, when we arrive at school, the security guards are always there to open our car doors and remind us to stay safe. As we walk around campus, we see clean paths and bright classrooms, thanks to the hard work of the cleaning staff and maintenance personnel. Our teachers also illuminate our path to knowledge with their caring and wisdom.

沈芷萱：同学们，其实我们每个人都是劳动者。在校园里，认真打扫教室卫生，这是劳动；积极参与班级活动的组织策划，为同学们带来欢乐和收获，这是劳动；努力学习知识，不断提升自己，将来为社会贡献力量，这同样是劳动。

谭翔星：Dear classmates, labor is all around us! At school, cleaning our classroom carefully is labor. When we help plan and organize class activities, that’s labor too. Studying hard, practicing new skills, and getting ready to help our society one day - that’s all labor as well!

谭子渝：学校期望将我们培养成为身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越，具有家国情怀和国际视野敢于创造美好未来的中国公民，而劳动正是达成这些目标的重要途径。

林诗淇：Our school hopes to cultivate us into citizens of China with good physical health, sound personality, excellent academic abilities, patriotism, international vision and the courage to create a better future. Labor is a key way to achieve these goals.

沈：这个劳动节，让我们积极投身劳动，一起体验劳动的乐趣！让我们在劳动中成长，为明天而歌唱！

谭翔星：This May Day, let us actively appreciate labor and experience its joy! Let us grow with labor and sing for tomorrow!
