万双网讯  2025年3月31日上午9时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2024-2025学年第二学期第8周升旗仪式因天气原因，在各班级教室内举行。本周升旗仪式由5E班和5G班承担，何嘉美同学和周庭竺同学担任主持人。

Due to rainy weather, the flag-raising ceremony for the eighth week of the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year at MeiSha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School was held in individual classrooms at 9:00 AM on March 31, 2025. This week's ceremony was organized by Class 5E and Class 5G, with He Jiamei (Maggie) and Zhou Tingzhu (Kristin) as the hosts.

5E班的肖静好同学和5G班的余悦熙同学以“赤子春醒，缅怀先烈”为主题，向全体师生深情讲述了清明节的深厚内涵与先烈们的英勇事迹。清明节是我国重要的传统节日，承载着深厚的文化传统与情感认同。在这个春暖山河的时节，肖静好和余悦熙带领全体师生缅怀先烈，回顾了董存瑞舍身炸碉堡、黄继光用胸膛堵枪眼、刘胡兰坚贞不屈等英勇事迹，这些先烈用热血与生命换来了如今的和平与安宁。作为新时代少年，他们呼吁全体同学将缅怀先烈的情感化作前行的动力，勤奋学习，勇于创新，强身健体，永葆家国情怀，传承先烈遗志，努力在新时代书写属于自己的壮丽篇章。

Xiao Jinghao (Rebecca) from Class 5E and Yu Yuexi (Alan) from Class 5G delivered a heartfelt speech titled “Innocence Awakens in Spring, Remembering the Martyrs” to all faculty and students, expounding on the profound cultural significance of the Qingming Festival and the heroic deeds of revolutionary martyrs. As an important traditional Chinese holiday, the Qingming Festival carries a profound cultural importance and emotional resonance. Amidst the vibrant spring season, Xiao and Yu led the school community in commemorating martyrs such as Dong Cunrui, who sacrificed himself to a blast in an enemy bunker; Huang Jiguang, who blocked a machine gun with his chest; and Liu Hulan, whose unyielding resolve became legendary. These heroes fought for today’s peace and prosperity with their blood and lives. As a new generation, the speakers urged students to transform their reverence for martyrs into motivation—studying diligently, embracing innovation, strengthening physical health, nurturing patriotism, inheriting the martyrs’ legacy, and striving to write their glorious chapters in the new era.

在时事分享环节，派驻第一书记刘晓娟老师就第30个全国中小学生安全教育日进行了主题分享。她指出，2025年3月31日这一重要日子关乎生命安全，是提升安全意识的关键契机。刘老师详细讲解了交通安全、校园安全和网络安全三大方面，并向全体师生发出三点倡议：一是成为安全的“有心人”，及时报告隐患；二是成为规则的“守护者”，不追逐打闹，不携带危险物品入校；三是成为文明的“传播者”，向家人宣传交通安全知识，如“一盔一带”，用行动影响社区。她强调，生命只有一次，安全没有重来，希望全体师生以第30个安全教育日为新起点，将“爱生命护未来”的理念融入日常，共同打造最安全的校园港湾。

During the current affairs segment, Liu Xiaojuan, the dispatched First Secretary, shared insights on the 30th National Safety Education Day for Primary and Secondary School Students. She emphasized that March 31, 2025, a designated day for safety awareness, offered a crucial opportunity to reinforce safety education. Ms. Liu elaborated on three key areas: traffic safety, campus safety, and cybersecurity, proposing three actionable pledges: Be“mindful guardians” of safety by promptly reporting hazards; Become“defenders of rules” by avoiding rough play or bringing prohibited items on campus; Act as“ambassadors of civility” by promoting traffic safety practices with families and in communities, such as the“One Helmet, One Seatbelt” initiative. She underscored that "Life is singular, and safety permits no second chances," urging the school community to embrace the 30th Safety Education Day as a fresh start, integrating the principle of "Cherish Life, Protect the Future" into our daily lives to jointly build the safest campus.

春暖山河，天地清明。在这春和景明、万物复苏的时节，我们即将迎来一个意义深远的节日 —— 清明节。清明不仅是我国二十四节气之一，更是我国重要的传统节日，承载着数千年的文化传统和情感认同。清明时节，万物蓬勃生长之际，也悄然勾起了我们对英勇先烈们的深切缅怀。

As we all know, Qingming Festival is around the corner. Qingming Festival is not only one of the 24 solar terms in China, but also an important traditional festival and a time to honor and remember our fallen comrades.

当历史的书页被缓缓翻开，一幅幅波澜壮阔、可歌可泣的画面在我们眼前徐徐展开。无数先烈怀揣着炽热的赤子之心挺身而出。他们中有血洒战场的士兵，为了保卫祖国的山河，在枪林弹雨中冲锋陷阵，无畏生死。董存瑞舍身炸碉堡，以自己年轻的生命为部队开辟了前进的道路；黄继光用胸膛堵住敌人的枪眼，用热血诠释了对祖国和人民的忠诚。刘胡兰面对敌人的严刑拷打，坚贞不屈，以钢铁般的意志守护着党的秘密。这些先烈们，都在国家和民族最需要的时刻，毫不犹豫地奉献出了自己的一切。

As we reflect on our shared history, we remember the countless comrades who fought for our motherland, dedicating themselves wholeheartedly in its time of greatest need.

As the cornerstone of good health, statistics demonstrate that 80% of accidental injuries can be prevented through proactive education and preventative measures. Each of us, as individuals entrusted with the future of families and society, must recognize that “understanding risks and mastering prevention” transcends mere skill acquisition—it embodies a collective civic duty.

Traffic Safety: Obey traffic rules, avoid distracted walking (e.g., using phones while crossing streets), and refrain from cycling on public roads until you reach the legal age of 12.

Campus Safety: Keep to the right on stairways, follow lab safety protocols, and use protective gear during physical activities.

Cybersecurity: Remain vigilant against online scams, safeguard personal information, and refrain from sharing inappropriate content.

Here, I propose three pledges to our entire school community:

1. Be proactive advocates for safety: Report potential hazards promptly, such as damaged stair railings or loose electrical sockets.

2. As guardians of rules, avoid rough play, refrain from bringing dangerous items to school, and honor life with consistent responsible behavior.
