万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2025年3月13日下午6时，万科双语学校第39期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。

Vanke Bilingual School News — To enhance students’ comprehensive abilities to speak and express themselves, to improve their overall Chinese and English literacy, and to put children at the center of the stage, the 39th E-talk of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theater at 6 p.m. on March 13, 2025. Over 100 teachers and students attended the event, and it was also live-streamed to the entire school community.

本次E-talk活动的主题是“成长与责任”。来自四至六年级的5名同学用英文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了自己在健康生活、环境保护、体育运动及科学领域上的深刻理解与独到观点。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme of this E-talk was “Growth and Responsibility”. Five students from Grade 4 and Grade 6 delivered wonderful speeches in English, sharing their profound understanding and unique perspectives on healthy living, environmental protection, sports, and the field of science. The judges provided comments on the students’ excellent performances.

 6V 佟泽雨 Tony ：How to protect our eyes

来自6V班的Tony同学首先在演讲中分享了他对保护眼睛的重要性的理解，并为大家介绍了一些有利于保护视力的简单可行的做法，如保持正确的坐姿、不在昏暗光线下阅读、保持均衡的饮食、避免过度用眼，以减少视力疲劳等。在演讲的最后，Tony同学呼吁大家为了保持良好的视力一起行动起来。评委表扬他在演讲时运用了简单手势等肢体语言，表现得自信大方，整个演讲内容完整、层次分明，并建议他如果在台上可以更放松一些，如借助一些小方法来保持表达的流畅度，定是锦上添花。

Tony from class 6V delivered a speech that illuminated the significance of safeguarding our eyesight. He introduced practical and easy methods to protect our vision, such as maintaining the proper posture, refraining from reading in dimly lit environments, adhering to a balanced diet, and avoiding excessive eye strain to all mitigate visual fatigue. At the conclusion of his speech, Tony called upon everyone to take action together in order to maintain good eyesight. The judge praised him for his use of simple gestures and other body language during his presentation. Tony was confident during the presentation. The judge also praised the overall quality of his speech and its clear, well-structured progression. If Tony could be more relaxed, then he could focus on using other methods to maintain the fluidity of expression, thereby delivering a better speech. 

6V 齐梓妍 Apple：How to protect our eyes

来自6V班的Apple同学同样分享了关于保护眼睛的主题。她提到6月6日是全国爱眼日，拥有健康的眼睛能让我们欣赏世间的美好，而不健康的用眼习惯却让很多青少年深受视力问题的困扰。她进一步提出了一些保护视力的方法，如不在烈日下和昏暗环境中阅读，用好“20-20-20”护眼法则，通过做眼保健操、参与户外活动等方式及时放松眼睛、保持健康饮食等，这样有助于保持良好视力，享受更美好的生活。评委表示，Apple同学的演讲让大家了解了爱眼日这个特别的日子，并称赞她表达流利，在台上非常自如、大方，看得出来，她为此演讲做了非常充分的准备。

Apple from class 6V shared about the same topic of protecting the eyes. She mentioned that June 6 is Sight Day. She told us that possessing healthy eyes allows us to appreciate the beauty of the world, whereas unhealthy eye habits have left many adolescents suffering from vision problems. She shared several methods of protecting eyesight, such as avoiding reading under the scorching sun and in dimly lit environments, and making good use of the “20-20-20” eye protection rule. Doing eye exercises, engaging in outdoor activities, taking timely breaks to relax the eyes, and maintaining a healthy diet all contribute to preserving good eyesight and will lead to a more fulfilling life. The judge said that Apple's speech enlightened the audience about the significance of Sight Day. They praised her for her fluent delivery and the confidence she exuded on stage. It was evident that Apple had prepared for her presentation with thoroughness and dedication.

4E 刘奕辰 Joanna：Protect the forests

来自4E班的Joanna同学非常关注森林保护的话题，她通过两个问题引发大家对森林现状的思考。她介绍道，森林为地球提供清洁水源、新鲜空气，是众多动物的家园，如同地球之肺。然而，森林正遭受着严峻威胁，大量树木被砍伐，用于造纸、农业开发、建造房屋等。面对这样的挑战，我们并非无能为力。Joanna同学提出了几项简单却有效的行动建议：节约用纸、积极参与植树活动、向他人传递森林的重要性、选择环保产品等。她呼吁大家从日常生活中的点滴做起，用实际行动守护这片绿色的家园。评委点评这场演讲内容充实，层层递进，以提问展开的形式能有效激发观众的兴趣和思考，并称赞Joanna的表达自信清晰，在台上遇到状况时能够从容应对，非常难得。

Joanna from class 4E is deeply concerned about the topic of forest protection. She raised two questions to prompt everyone to reflect on the current state of forests. She introduced that forests provide the Earth with clean water and fresh air, serving as a home for numerous animals and acting as the lungs of our planet. However, forests are facing severe threats, with vast numbers of trees being cut down for paper production, agricultural development, housing construction, and other purposes. In the face of such challenges, all of us can do something to help. Joanna put forward several simple yet effective suggestions for action: conserve paper, actively participate in tree-planting activities, talk about the importance of forests with others, and choose environmentally friendly products. She called on everyone to start with the small things in everyday life and protect our green home with practical actions. The judges commented that the speech was rich in content and progressively structured, effectively engaging the audience's interest and providing reflection with her questions. They praised Joanna for her confident and clear delivery, and for her ability to handle situations on stage with composure, which they found to be quite remarkable.

4G 王敬允 Adrian：One ball, one passion

来自4G班的Adrian同学向大家展现了他对足球运动的了解与热爱。足球作为一项全球性的运动，拥有悠久的历史。比赛规则虽简单，却充满乐趣。它不仅是技巧的较量，更是激情与热爱的体现。Adrian同学还分享了他与足球之间源于万双的不解之缘，从第一次触球的奇妙感觉，到进球后的狂喜，足球已经深深融入了他的生活，教会了他团队合作与拼搏到底的精神。足球让人们联结在一起，他邀请大家加入足球大家庭，一起感受这项运动的魅力，让足球精神得以传承。评委点评Adrian的分享让大家更加深入地了解足球这项运动，很高兴看到他在台上自信地表达他对足球的无尽喜爱，以及足球给他带来的进步与成长。

Adrian from class 4G showed us his understanding and passion for the sport of football. Football, as a global sport, boasts a long and storied history. The rules of the game, while simple, are full of enjoyment. It is not merely a contest of skill, but also a manifestation of passion and fervor. Adrian also shared the unbreakable bond he has with football, which originated from countless hours spent playing it. From the wondrous sensation of his first touch of the ball to the ecstasy following a goal, football has had a profound impact on his life, teaching him the spirit of teamwork and the determination to fight till the very end. Football brings people together, and he called on everyone to experience the charm of this sport together, allowing the spirit of competition to be passed on. The judges remarked that Adrian’s sharing provided a deeper understanding on the sport of football. They expressed their delight in seeing him confidently convey his boundless affection for football on stage, as well as the progress and growth that the sport has brought him.

5C 王子谦 Jeffery：The wonders of science

来自5C班的Jeffery同学为大家带来了一场关于科学的精彩分享。他介绍道，科学是一种基于观察、不断尝试和学习来理解世界的方式，与人类生活息息相关，它使人们的生活变得更加便捷。历史上有无数科学家付出努力，推动了人类进步。他还提到学习科学，需要善于观察、勇于实验和乐于提问。科学为人类打开了无限可能的大门，未来，科学将在各个领域发挥更大作用，创造更多奇迹。评委点评Jeffery对科学的介绍细致而全面，内容新颖有趣，表达清晰流畅，如果在台上的姿态更放松一些会有更好的表现。

Jeffery from class 5C delivered a speech on science to everyone. He introduced that science is a method of understanding the world based on observation, continuous experimentation, and research. It is closely related to human life and has made people's lives more convenient. Throughout history, countless scientists have dedicated their efforts to advancing human progress. He also mentioned that learning science requires keen observation, the courage to experiment, and a willingness to ask questions. Science has opened the door to infinite possibilities for humanity. In the future, science will play an even greater role in various fields and provide more miracles. The judge commented that Jeffery’s introduction to science was detailed and comprehensive, with content that was both fresh and interesting. His delivery was clear and fluent. If Jeffery could be more relaxed on stage, his performance would be even better.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future teenager of VBS to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.

让我们一起期待，在E-talk的舞台上，VBS未来少年们将如何用他们的声音，引领我们走进他们的世界，感受他们的热情与活力。
