万双网讯  2025年3月10日上午9时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2024-2025学年第二学期第5周升旗仪式在操场举行。本周升旗仪式由2G班和2I班承担，谭筱曼Emmy同学和陈潇墨Elvis同学担任主持人。

On the morning of March 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., the flag-raising ceremony for the 5th week of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year at Meisha Education’s Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School was held on the playground. This week’s ceremony was hosted by Classes 2G and 2I, with Tan Xiaoman (Emmy) and Chen Xiaomo (Elvis) serving as hosts.

在升旗仪式上，2G班的侯彦君Bella同学和吴丙萱Amy同学以《足球伴我们成长》为题，和全体同学分享了他们和足球的故事。他们回忆道，在Aguaro的PE课上，足球成为了他们心中的热爱。从初时的笨拙踢球到在老师悉心指导下逐渐精通带球、传球，每一点滴的进步都洋溢着欣喜。足球，不仅为他们带来了无尽的运动乐趣，更在潜移默化中教会了他们团队合作、坚韧不拔与勇敢无畏。比赛中，他们始终心系队友，有时甚至不惜忍痛将球传给位置更佳的同伴，只为那共同的胜利。正是这种可贵的团队精神，将他们紧紧凝聚在一起。如今，本周足球赛即将激情启幕，他们热切邀请每一位同学积极参与，共同感受足球带来的无尽快乐，让足球精神继续在校园里绽放光彩！

At the flag-raising ceremony, Hou Yanjun (Bella) and Wu Bingxuan (Amy) from Class 2G shared their stories on the theme of “Football Grows with Us”. They recalled that in Aguaro’s PE class, football became a passion in their hearts. From the clumsy kicking at the beginning to the gradual mastery of dribbling and passing under the careful guidance of the teacher, every bit of progress was full of joy. Football not only brought them endless fun, but also taught them teamwork, perseverance and courage in subtle ways. During the game, they always keep their teammates in mind, even going as far as to pass the ball to a better position for the sake of a shared victory. It is this valuable team spirit that holds them together. Now, this week's football match is about to kick off, and they warmly invite every student to actively participate in it, feel the happiness that football brings, and let the spirit of competition continue to shine on campus!

随着两位同学的激情倡议，足球赛启动仪式热烈开启。体育组的老师们与同学们携手，以活力四溢的啦啦操和别开生面的花式足球表演，为赛事点燃了激情之火。杨帆校长在启动仪式上发表讲话，她语重心长地提醒同学们要妥善处理好足球赛与体育课的平衡、足球赛与学业的协调、赢与输的看待、以及裁判员判罚与个人理解的关系。她的话语为同学们指明了方向，让大家在享受足球快乐的同时，也不忘保持全面发展的初心。

With the passionate opening of the two students, the launching ceremony of the football match was warmly commenced. The teachers of the Physical Education Group joined hands with the students to ignite the passion for the event with energetic cheerleading exercises and unique freestyle football performances. Principal Yang delivered a speech for the launching ceremony, in which she reminded the students to properly handle the balance between football matches and physical education class, find the link between football matches and studies, see the difference between wins and losses, and respect the relationship between referees’ penalties and personal understanding. Her words directed the students, so that everyone can enjoy the joy of football while not forgetting the overall goal of maintaining all-round development.

Dear teachers and friends,

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

Good morning！ I am Bella Hou from Class 2G. She is Amy Wu from Class 2G. Our speech today is about "Football Grows with Us".

大家好！我是2G班的吴芮萱。她是2G班的侯彦君。我们本次演讲的主题是《足球伴我们成长》！

From the first PE class with Mr. Aguaro in Grade 1, we fell in love with football. At first, we often kicked the ball in the wrong direction. But with our teacher's help, we slowly learned how to dribble and pass.

从一年级第一次上Mr. Aguaro 的PE课时，我们就喜欢上了踢足球。刚开始，大家总是踢歪，在老师的指导下，我们慢慢地学会了带球、传球。

Now, we all look forward to PE class because every time we play, we can see how much we’ve improved!

现在，大家都无比期待上PE课，因为每次踢球，我们都能感受到彼此的进步。

Football not only brings us fun but also teaches us to never give up. Once, during a match with Mr. Dima, our team was losing, and we felt worried. Mr. Dima encouraged us, “Don’t give up! Keep on!”

足球不仅让我们收获运动的乐趣，还让我们学会了不轻易放弃。有一次Mr. Dima在课上让我们分组比赛，我们队落后了，大家都很着急。Dima老师鼓励我们“Don’t give up! Keep on!”

We cheered each other on and finally tied the score! We learned that enjoying the game and never giving up is also part of growing. Isn’t this what a  “growth mindset”is all about?

于是我们互相鼓励，最后竟然扳平了比分！我们发现：享受比赛的过程，任何时候不抛弃不放弃，也是足球带给我们的成长。这何尝不是“成长型思维模式”的运用呢？

Football teaches us teamwork. Sometimes, during a match, our own shooting position isn’t as good as a teammate’s. Mr. Dima would remind us, “Pass him the ball, you’re a team!”

足球教会我们团队合作。有时候比赛中，个人的射门位置不如队友的好，Dima老师就会在旁指导：pass him the ball, you’re a team!

So, we pass the ball to the teammate in a better position. When they score, we all cheer! This shows us that football isn’t a one-person game—it’s about working together.

出于团队精神，我们会“忍痛割爱”把球传给射门位置更好的队友。他进球后，大家都特别高兴！这让我们深刻体会到：足球不是一个人的游戏，而是大家一起努力的运动。

Football also teaches us to be brave, persistent, and positive. It helps us practice a growth mindset, face challenges, and believe that hard work pays off. 

足球还让我们学会了坚持、勇敢和积极向上。它让我们在比赛中践行成长型思维模式，勇于挑战，坚信努力就有收获。

Friends, the “7th Wanshuan Cup” is starting this week! Let’s enjoy the game, stay positive, and have fun on the field. Let’s  enjoy the joy that football brings!

同学们，本周足球赛即将启动，我们又可以在赛场上挥洒汗水了，让我们享受比赛过程，积极乐观看待比赛结果，愿每一位同学都能在球场上尽情奔跑，享受足球带来的快乐！
