Xian Qingman passionately appealed, "Although shadow puppetry may not be as eye-catching in the long history of China, it has quietly transmitted China's unique historical and cultural heritage. We should cherish this precious cultural heritage, let more people experience its joy, feel its unique charm, and pass down this cultural expression." The judge affirmed Qingman's speech, "You displayed great confidence and ease, along with considerable charm, and your voice was very pleasing. You led the audience to more deeply appreciate the charm of China's traditional culture by starting with the production techniques and performance forms of shadow puppetry. Ye Yunuo from Class 5I spoke about the traditional skill of eagle training among the Kyrgyz people. She described the process of acquiring, training, and ultimately releasing eagles back into nature, showcasing the beautiful vision of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Eagle trainers obtain nearly adult eagles from cliffs approximately 4,500 meters above sea level and, after three to seven days of training, the eagles begin to adapt to human life. The trainers use live rabbits to lure the eagles to dive and hunt. Once proficient, they are released back into nature to reproduce. The judge praised, "Your speech beautifully presented the custom of eagle training among the Kyrgyz people, meticulously narrating the process from acquiring to taming eagles, showcasing the unique charm of this ethnic group. Meanwhile, the agreement between humans and eagles also reflects reverence for nature. Eagle training, as a spiritual symbol of the ethnicity, is deeply moving.
