万双网讯  近日,深圳万科双语学校4年级E班推出了一项匠心独运的创新举措,将班级精心打造成为一个既井然有序又充满温情“奇妙工坊”。这一举措不仅为学生营造了一个充满爱意、适合舒适交流的优质学习环境,更是万科双语学校坚持“身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越,具有家国情怀和国际视野,敢于创造美好未来的中国公民”培养(成长)目标的具体体现。


Recently, Class 4E of Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School has introduced a thoughtfully crafted and innovative initiative, transforming their classroom into a well-organized yet warm “wonder workshop.” This initiative not only creates a nurturing and conducive learning environment for students by fostering efficient communication, but also exemplifies Vanke Bilingual School’s commitment to cultivating the citizens of China with good physical health, sound personality, excellent academic abilities, patriotism, international vision and the courage to create a better future.

在这个“奇妙工坊”中,老师带领同学们精心规划了多个特色区域,以满足不同学科的需求,同时激发学生的学习兴趣。磁吸墙面创意区根据课程设置和各科老师的需求,设计了多个展示板块,每个板块都紧密贴合孩子们的年龄特点,配以生动有趣的标题,让知识在轻松愉快的氛围中传递。


In this “wonderful workshop,” the teacher has meticulously organized several distinctive areas to cater to the diverse needs of various subjects while simultaneously igniting students’ interest in learning. The creative zone on the magnetic wall has been set up with multiple display sections tailored to the curriculum and the requirements of each subject teacher. Each section closely aligns with the developmental characteristics of the children, complemented by engaging and lively titles, allowing knowledge to be conveyed asthetically.

白板多功能区则被巧妙地分为三个布局,包括自主发展与中队角作为固定设置,以及中间的阅读区。阅读区是为孩子们特别打造的一片阅读天地,每当孩子们的目光落在这里,都会不由自主地产生拿起书本阅读的强烈愿望。


The multifunctional whiteboard area is cleverly divided into three separate layouts, including a fixed area for independent development and a group corner, with a reading area as well. The reading area is specifically designed as a haven for children, in the middle where their gaze naturally gravitates, subconsciously compelling students to pick up a book and read.

为了提升孩子们的阅读体验,班里还设置了沉浸式阅读角。通过将书架与白板区巧妙结合,孩子们在阅读时可以随时参考白板上的阅读策略,感受阅读的乐趣与魅力。此外,阅读角还配备了舒适的小沙发,供孩子们三五成群地坐在沙发上分享图书,共同感受阅读的快乐与温馨。


To further enhance the reading experience for children, the classroom has established an immersive reading corner. By ingeniously integrating bookshelves next to the whiteboard area, children can refer to reading strategies displayed on the whiteboard at any time during their reading sessions, allowing them to fully appreciate the joy of reading. Additionally, the reading corner is furnished with small, comfortable sofas, enabling groups of children to gather and share books together, collectively enjoying the pleasure and warmth of reading.

The Honor Display Area on the wall is an essential part of the classroom. It not only showcases the children’s talents and achievements but also serves as an important opportunity to cultivate their character. By displaying the students’ works and recording every achievement they make in school, this area inspires confidence and a sense of responsibility, empowering them to truly take ownership of their classroom environment.


作为这个充满爱的“奇妙工坊”的主设人——班主任孙晓溪老师,满怀着对教育事业的热爱与对学生们的深切关怀,在学校班级自主发展理念的引领下,积极探索班级建设的新路径。她每两周都会根据班级情况,以“金海豚班”为目标,带领孩子们共同制定班级发展周目标,并要求孩子们在课前温习周目标内容,将其内化于心,外化于行。这种做法不仅增强了班级的凝聚力,还让孩子们在明确的目标指引下,更加有序地开展学习和活动。


As the lead designer of this loving “Wonderful Workshop,” Class Teacher Sun Xiaoxi passionately embraces her commitment to education and deeply cares for her students. Guided by the school’s philosophy of autonomous class development, she actively explores new pathways for classroom design. Every two weeks, she collaborates with the students to establish weekly development goals for the “Golden Dolphin Class,” tailored to the class’s current situation. She encourages the children to review these goals before class, internalizing them and translating them into action. This approach not only enhances the cohesion of the class but also enables the students to engage in their learning and activities in a more organized manner, guided by these clear objectives.

Each child is unique, and to facilitate their autonomous growth, Teacher Sun actively implements the “VBS Class and Student Autonomous Development Evaluation Plan,” employing a series of effective measures. Firstly, she encourages the children to openly discuss their dreams for the future, whether they aspire to be scientists, artists, or athletes; any meaningful dream receives her full affirmation and support. Subsequently, she guides the children in setting three short-term semester goals that are both specific and achievable, allowing them to experience a sense of accomplishment and confidence as they work towards these objectives. Currently, the children are engaged in mid-semester evaluation of their goals. Throughout this process, Teacher Sun not only focuses on the completion of the children’s goals but also emphasizes their growth and any insights gained. She encourages them to share their successes, any challenges they encounter, and how they overcome those obstacles to make progress. Through such reporting and evaluation, the children gain a clearer understanding of their growth trajectory and draw wisdom and strength from their peers’ experiences. This personalized growth path ignites their personal motivation, empowering them to stand at the center of their future.
