万双网讯 2024年11月18日上午8时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2024-2025学年第一学期第12周升旗仪式在操场举行。本周升旗仪式由5E班和5G班承担，李廷谦同学和童鼎同学担任主持人。

The 12th week flag-raising assembly of the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year was held in Vanke Bilingual School on the 18th of November, 2024. It was organized by classes 5E and 5G and was hosted by Dante and Him.

在国旗下讲话环节，5E班的张芸萱同学和5G班的佘程韵同学共同带来了一场主题为《问候驻心房，传递正能量》的演讲，以此纪念每年的11月21日——世界问候日。在演讲中，两位同学分享了校园生活中的一个温馨场景：每天清晨，杨帆校长的亲切问候在万双校门口回荡，为学生们开启美好的一天。从而让他们感受到，问候其实无处不在，这样具备“传染性”的不起眼的问候，却有着强大的力量，能够温暖人心，迅速拉近彼此间的距离。演讲最后，他们呼吁，作为有着家国情怀的未来少年，大家不仅要担当起“问候日”的宣传者，更要努力成为践行者。在与同伴产生冲突和分歧时，先尝试通过友好沟通去解决；在日常生活中，让简单的问候成为表达善意、传递温暖的重要方式，让世界因问候而变得更加美好。

During the speech time under the national flag, Zhang Yunxuan from Class 5E and She Chengyun from Class 5G jointly spoke on the theme of “Greetings to the Heart, Transmitting Positive Energy” to commemorate the 21st of November every year - World Greeting Day. In their speech, the two students depicted a warm scene of campus life: every morning, Principle Yang’s gracious greetings echo from the gate of our school, signifying a wonderful day for the students. So that they can feel welcome everywhere and warm their hearts. At the end of the speech, they called on everyone to not only serve as partitioners of “Greeting Day”, but also strive to become active participants. Whenever conflicts or disagreements arise between peers, try to resolve them through friendly communication. In daily life, let simple greetings become an important way to express kindness and warmth, and make the world a better place because of this.

仪式最后，林熙荣老师宣布了一个令人振奋的消息：6C班在学校奥林匹克周运动会中，凭借其卓越的团队精神和坚毅的品质，连续六年荣获年级团体总分第一名的优异成绩。这一成就不仅展示了6C班学生的综合能力，也是他们共同努力和拼搏精神的体现。为了表彰这一非凡成就，学校特别颁发了荣誉证书，以示鼓励。学校希望6C班的学生们在未来的学习和生活中，继续发扬奥林匹克精神，追求卓越，勇攀高峰。杨帆校长亲自为6C班颁发了奖状，并对学生们的卓越表现表示了高度赞扬。

At the end of the assembly, Mr Lin Xirong shared an exciting announcement. Class 6C won first place in the overall scoring of the grade group for six years in a row with their excellent team spirit and perseverance in each VBS Olympic Week. In recognition of this remarkable achievement, the school presented a special certificate of honor as encouragement. The school hopes that the students of Class 6C will continue to carry forward the Olympic spirit, pursue excellence and scale new heights in their future studies and lives. Principal Yang personally presented the certificate of merit to Class 6C and highly praised the students' outstanding performance.

尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们：大家早上好。

Dear teachers and dear classmates: Good morning, everyone.

我是5E班的张芸萱，我是5G班的佘程韵，今天我们演讲的主题是“问候驻心房，传递正能量”。

I’m Iris from Class 5E, and I’m Judy from Class 5G. The theme of our speech today is “World hello day”.

每年的11月21日是世界问候日。世界问候日来源于第四次中东战争，为促进埃及与以色列之间的和平而设立的。这是一个全世界祈祷和平的节日，呼吁和劝告有关领导人放弃军事手段，以和平方式解决分歧。通过问候和友好交流，传递温暖和善意。

November 21st is the World Hello Day. The World Hello Day originated after the Fourth Middle East War and was established to promote peace between Egypt and Israel. It is a festival where the whole world prays for peace, calling on and exhorting relevant leaders to abandon military means and resolve differences in a peaceful way. Through greetings and friendly exchanges, warmth and kindness can be conveyed.

每天清晨，来自杨校亲切温暖的问候在万双校门口回荡，美好的一天便悄然拉开序幕。问候，是见到老师时，主动叫声“老师好”，问候，是课间与同学相遇的一个微笑和“嗨”；问候，是获得了他人帮助后，发自内心的一句“谢谢，有你真好”；问候，是踏入家门那一刻，热情地道一句“爸爸妈妈，我回来了！”这一句句简单的问候，虽不起眼，却能够温暖人心，拉近彼此的距离。

Every morning, a beautiful day quietly begins with “hello, how are you” from our principal. A greeting is important whenever you see a teacher, say “Hello teacher.” A greeting is a smile and a “Hi” when you meet a classmate during break time. A greeting is a “Thank you, it’s so nice to have you as a friend” after getting help from others. A greeting is when you step into the house, you enthusiastically say “Mom and Dad, I’m back!” These simple greetings, can warm people's hearts and close the distance between each other. 

友好的问候或行为也是会传染的——当一个人善待他人时，感受到积极影响的人就会将友好传递下去。这意味着友好的问候可以产生多米诺骨牌效应，这与麦考马克兄弟希望通过世界问候日实现的目标一致！

Being kind is also contagious - When someone is kind to another, the person who has felt the positive impact is more likely to pass that kindness on. This means that one good deed can create a domino effect, matching what the McCormack brothers wanted to achieve with the creation of World Hello Day!

作为具有家国情怀的未来少年，我们不仅要做“问候日”的宣传者，还要做践行者，与同伴遇到冲突与分歧先尝试友好沟通，在生活中，让简单的问候成为我们表达善意、传递温暖的重要方式。

As future teenagers with feelings for home and country, we are not only spectators of “Greetings Day”, but also practitioners. When encountering conflicts with peers, we first try to communicate in a friendly way with those who are closed-minded. In life, let greetings become an expression of ourselves. They are an important way to convey kindness and warmth.
