【VBS小演说家】网海导航,智启未来:校园网络正确使用宣讲盛会——(第29期、第30期 E-talk 成功举办)

万双网讯  深圳市龙华区万科双语学校高度重视学生演讲能力培养,通过E-talk活动平台,为每个孩子提供展示机会和提升自我表达能力的实践场所,让孩子站在未来中央。


Shenzhen Longhua Vanke Bilingual School places great importance on developing students’ public speaking skills. Through the E-talk platform, the school provides each child with opportunities to showcase their talents and enhance their self-expression abilities, allowing them to stand confidently at the center of their futures.

 

2024年10月22日中午13点40分和10月30日中午13点40分,在学校剧场分别举办了第29期和第30期E-talk活动。7-8年级的学生结合“如何营造积极向上的校园网络氛围”这一PBL研究,在进行了充分的校园调研的基础上,结合网络安全、预防网络沉迷的话题,发表自己对正确使用网络的见解。评委老师就这些问题对学生的现场演讲进行了点评和提问。


On October 22, 2024, at 1:40 PM, and on October 30, at 1:40 PM, the 29th and 30th E-talk events were held in the school theater. Students from grades 7 to 8 engaged in a Project-Based Learning (PBL) study focused on “How to Create a Positive Online Atmosphere in School”. Based on comprehensive campus research, they shared their insights on the responsible use of the internet, addressing topics such as cybersecurity and the prevention of internet addiction. The judges provided feedback and posed questions regarding the students’ presentations on these issues.

 

一、第29期 E-talk活动  The 29th E-talk Event


本场E-talk活动,共 5 组6名同学以 Network Security为主题,用英文进行了精彩的演讲。


In this E-talk event, a total of 5 groups delivered wonderful English presentations on the theme of Network Security.


8C 张弛(Isaac)和谢宇轩(Eric):Network security

8C班张弛(Isaac)和谢宇轩(Eric)同学做了小组展示,他们分享了关于网络安全的小知识。他们告诉大家:“我们在使用网络的时候应该浏览安全和有意义的网站,不应随意点击不明链接或扫描二维码,不泄露个人信息,不随意接听陌生来电或向陌生人转账。”张弛同学和谢宇轩同学分享了上网时如何保障个人信息安全的小妙招。评委老师表示很少在 E-talk 的舞台上见到组队展示,他们两人分工合作,非常出色地完成了此次演讲。


Zhang Chi (Isaac) and Xie Yuxuan (Eric), students from Class 8C, conducted a group presentation where they shared valuable insights on cybersecurity. They emphasized, “When using the internet, we should browse safe and meaningful websites, avoid clicking on unknown links or scanning QR codes, refrain from disclosing personal information, and be cautious about answering calls from strangers or transferring money to unknown individuals.” Zhang Chi and Xie Yuxuan provided practical tips on how to safeguard personal information while online. The judges noted that it is rare to see group presentations on the E-talk stage, and commended their excellent teamwork in delivering this presentation.

  

8D 李晨畅 (Alicia): The Power of Technological Invention

8D班李晨畅(Alicia)同学分享了技术发明的力量。“技术创新重塑了社会和个人互动。便携式设备重新定义了通信和信息访问。通过功能强大的袖珍电脑实现全球连通。”评委老师认为用外语演讲并非易事,Alicia同学虽然紧张,但是依然能完成此次任务,通过她的演讲,帮助我们认识到信息技术的两面性。


Student Alicia from Class 8D shared insights on the power of technological inventions. “Technological innovation has transformed societal and personal interactions. Portable devices have redefined communication and access to information. We can achieve global connectivity through powerful handheld computers.” The judges acknowledged that delivering a speech in a foreign language is no easy feat. Despite her nervousness, Alicia successfully accomplished this task, and through her presentation, she helped us recognize the multiple benefits of information technology.

 

8D 高宇廷(Lego):Safety of the Internet ——How to use internet safely?

8D班高宇廷(Lego)同学分享了网络给生活带来的便捷,以及安全上网的注意事项。“就像硬币有两面,网络也具有两面性。只要我们正确使用网络,发挥其优势,规避其缺点,网络就能服务于我们的生活。”Lego同学的演讲流利、自信、娓娓道来,他举例说明了在生活中网络的两面性表现在哪里,以及我们应如何应对网络安全问题。评委老师对高宇廷同学的英语口语水平给予了高度赞扬,同时提出放慢语速的建议。


The student Gao Yuting (Lego) from Class 8D shared on the conveniences that the internet brings to our lives, as well as important considerations for safe online practices. “Just as a coin has two sides, the internet also has its duality. As long as we use the internet correctly, leveraging its advantages while avoiding its drawbacks, it can greatly enhance our lives.” Lego’s presentation was fluent, confident, and engaging. He provided examples illustrating the duality of the internet in everyday life and discussed how we should address online security issues. The judges commended Gao Yuting‘s proficiency in spoken English and suggested that he slow down his speaking pace for a stronger impact.


8F 鲁思含(Dora):The Pros and Cons of Electronic Products

电子产品是一把双刃剑。它虽然为我们提供了许多便利,但我们也必须意识到其潜在危害,并以负责任的方式使用电子产品。”评委老师认为Dora同学的演讲结合生活实际阐述了互联网的影响,并就成年人和儿童两大群体分别提供了使用互联网的建议,对我们正确认识和使用互联网有非常大的帮助。


“Electronic devices are a double-edged sword. While they offer us many conveniences, we must also be aware of their potential dangers and use them responsibly.” The judges believe that Dora's presentation effectively illustrated the impact of the internet by relating it to real-life situations and providing tailored advice for both adults and children regarding internet usage.


8E 杨蕊宁(Reiley):Ensuring cyber safety: a shared responsibility

8E班杨蕊宁同学(Reiley)向大家介绍了网络安全问题的危害。“想象一下,你花了几个小时做作业,结果发现有人入侵了你的电脑,删除了你所有的文件。或者更糟的是,如果有人偷走了你的身份,并利用它来制造麻烦?这些场景不仅仅是想象;它们每天都在发生。”评委老师认为Reiley同学在演讲时自信从容,语速平缓,PPT制作非常精美,是一位优秀的演讲者。通过她的演讲让我们了解到网络安全问题带来的严重危害性,并且了解预防网络诈骗的方法。

 

Yang Ruining (Reiley) from Class 8E presented the dangers associated with cybersecurity issues. “Imagine spending hours on your homework, only to discover that someone has hacked into your computer and deleted all your files. Or worse, what if someone steals your identity and uses it to create chaos? These scenarios are not merely hypothetical; they occur every day.” The judges noted that Reiley displayed confidence and composure during her presentation, speaking at a measured pace, and her PowerPoint was exceptionally well-crafted, marking her as an outstanding speaker. Through her presentation, we gained insight into the serious threats posed by cybersecurity issues and learned some methods to prevent online fraud.

二、第30期 E-talk活动 The 30th E-talk Event

   

杨帆校长、林红英校长助理、派驻第一书记刘晓娟、学校老师七八年级的部分学生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。


Principal Yang Fan, Assistant Principal Lin Hongying, Resident First Secretary Liu Xiaojuan, as well as some teachers and students from grades seven and eight attended the speeches in the school theater. The event was also broadcast live to all faculty and students across the school.

本场E-talk活动,6名同学如何正确使用网络为主题,用中文进行了精彩的演讲。评委老师与同学们就演讲中的主题进行了互动。


In this E-talk event, six students delivered wonderful speeches in Chinese on the theme of how to use the internet correctly, and the judges provided feedback for the students regarding the themes discussed in their presentations.


8C 吴芊芊:电子产品的刻板印象

8C班的吴芊芊同学第一个登台,自信大方地进行展示,她结合身边的事例向大家介绍了网络游戏不一定会对成绩造成影响。“网络游戏不一定影响学习成绩,而沉迷网络、不加节制,势必会影响学习成绩。”评委老师向她提问:“你认为是什么原因导致了大家对电子产品的刻板印象呢?”芊芊回答:“青少年缺乏自制力,以及社会中对于网络负面影响的报道共同造成了对网络游戏的刻板印象。”


Wu Qianqian from Class 8C was the first to take the stage, confidently and graciously presenting her ideas. She illustrated with examples from her surroundings that online gaming does not necessarily have a detrimental effect on academic performance. “Online gaming does not inherently impact learning outcomes; rather, excessive indulgence and lack of moderation will undoubtedly affect academic results.” A judge then inquired, “What do you think contributes to this stereotype of electronic products?” Qianqian responded, “The lack of self-discipline among adolescents, coupled with societal reports highlighting the negative impacts of the internet, has collectively fostered the stereotype associated with online gaming.”

 

8D 龚文艺:合理安排时间使用电子产品预防沉迷

龚文艺同学在演讲中引用了校园调查获得的数据,通过数据和图表体现出了万双学生使用电子产品的时间问题,并据此成果提出了应对网络沉迷的方法。“家长的约束和关爱,是我们健康成长的重要保障。同时,我们也要学会自律,对自己负责,合理安排时间,做到学习和娱乐两不误。”评委老师同样结合万双的校园实际向龚文艺同学提问:“万双学生签署了《电子产品使用公约》,你觉得这对学生预防网络沉迷有哪些积极影响呢?”龚文艺同学结合自己签署的公约回答道:“公约的签署有效地帮我缩短了每周使用电子产品的时间,自己现在能在公约规定的时间内上网。”


During the presentation, Gong Wenyi referenced data obtained from a campus survey, which used charts and statistics to illustrate the issue of electronic device usage among students at Wanshuang. Based on these findings, she proposed strategies to combat internet addiction. “Parental guidance and care are crucial for our healthy development. At the same time, we must learn self-discipline, take responsibility for ourselves, and manage our time effectively to balance both study and leisure.” The judges also questioned Gong Wenyi, relating to the actual situation at Wanshuang, and inquired, “Students at Wanshuang have signed the ‘Electronic Device Usage Agreement.’ What positive impacts do you believe this has on preventing internet addiction among students?” Gong Wenyi responded by referencing her own experience with the agreement: “Signing the agreement has effectively helped me reduce my weekly electronic device usage, and I am now able to go online only within the time limits set by the agreement.”


杨校对龚文艺演讲中引用的数据非常感兴趣,在了解到这是学生们进行 PBL 研究时获得的数据后表示,她建议龚文艺同学继续深入调查,深入挖掘使用电子产品的时长和学习成绩、视力等的关系。


Principal Yang was very interested in the data Gong Wenyi referenced in her speech. Upon learning that it was obtained during the students’ PBL research, she suggested that Gong Wenyi continue her investigation to further explore the relationship between the duration of electronic product usage and factors such as academic performance and eyesight.

 

7G 田濯缨:网络诈骗防范  

Warren: Preventing Internet Fraud

7G班的田濯缨分享了网络诈骗的类型和防范方法。“防止网络诈骗的经验有识别钓鱼网站、警惕冒充客服诈骗、谨慎处理个人信息等。学校也应对学生加强网络诈骗预防教育,培养学生的网络安全习惯。”评委老师点评其演讲姿态大方、吐字清晰、台风稳健,并且向他提问:“你觉得如果不小心被网络诈骗,我们有哪些最快的挽回措施呢?”田濯缨同学回答道:“未成年人应首先寻求家长和老师的帮助,第一时间报警,并且挂失银行卡,将损失降低到最小。”

 

Tian Zhuoying from Class 7G shared insights on the types of online scams and preventive measures. “Experiences in preventing online fraud include recognizing phishing websites, being cautious of impersonation scams, and handling personal information with care. Schools should also enhance education on online fraud prevention for students, fostering good cybersecurity habits.” The judges commented on his confident presentation style, clear articulation, and steady demeanor, and posed the question: “What do you think are the quickest recovery measures if one inadvertently falls victim to online fraud?” Tian Zhuoying responded, “Minors should first seek assistance from their parents and teachers, report the incident to the police immediately, and block their bank cards to minimize losses.”

 

8E 杨妍茹:如何正确使用网络

8E班的杨妍茹同学从网络的正面影响、网络的负面影响和正确使用网络的角度,向大家介绍了正确使用网络的方法:“中学生要提高媒介素养、学会“信息节食”、辨别不良信息,在使用网络时注意个人信息保护,并做到在网络生活中恪守道德、遵守法律,传播网络正能量。”评委老师向她提问:“中学生在网络安全方面要注意什么,举一个具体的事例谈谈。”杨妍茹同学回答道:“学生在实际上网中要学会辨别网络信息,增强安全意识和自我保护意识,尤其在聊天时切勿泄露个人信息。”

 

Student Yang Yanru from Class 8E presented on the positive and negative impacts of the internet, as well as the correct ways to utilize it. She emphasized, “Middle school students should enhance their media literacy, practice ‘information dieting,’ discern harmful information, protect personal data while online, and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations in their online activities, promoting positive energy on the internet.” A judge then inquired, “What should middle school students pay attention to regarding internet safety? Please provide a specific example.” Yang Yanru responded, “Students must learn to evaluate online information critically, strengthen their awareness of safety and self-protection, and particularly avoid disclosing personal information during chats.”

 

8F 蒋斯煜:网络安全,与你我同行

8F班的蒋斯煜同学从身边的案例入手,提醒同学们关注网络安全问题:“首先,我们要提高网络安全意识。其次,我们要学会正确使用网络。最后,我们要积极参与网络安全建设。”评委老师看到斯煜同学大方自信的展示,向她提问道:“在准备这次演讲中,你觉得有哪些能力提高了。”斯煜同学回答道,首先她掌握了查找文献和信息检索的能力,其次她的演讲技能和台风也都得到了锻炼。


Student Jiang Siyu from Class 8F began by referencing relevant cases to remind her peers about the importance of cybersecurity: “First, we need to enhance our awareness of cybersecurity. Second, we must learn to use the internet correctly. Finally, we should actively participate in the construction of cybersecurity measures.” The judges, impressed by Siyu’s confident and poised presentation, asked her, “What skills do you feel have improved in your preparation for this speech?” Siyu responded that, firstly, she has developed her ability to conduct source searches and information retrieval, and secondly, her public speaking skills and stage presence have also been refined.

  

8D 王诺萱:学生沉迷互联网原因分析

8D班的王诺萱同学以一个问题开场,她询问现场的同学,觉得自己沉迷网络的悄悄举手。既调动了现场气氛,又引出了接下来演讲的内容。“学生沉迷互联网是互联网、学生、家庭、学校和社会共同作用的结果。要解决这一问题,需要家庭、学校和社会共同努力,加强对学生的引导和教育,帮助我们正确认识和使用互联网,在健康的环境中成长!”诺萱同学从外部原因和内部原因两方面介绍了引起未成年人沉迷网络的因素。评委老师在听完她的演讲后提问:“你从外部和内部两个方面分析了沉迷电子产品的原因,请问你觉得这些因素中哪个是最关键的呢?”诺萱同学回答道:”在这些因素中,内部原因更为关键,如果学生增强自身的自律能力,外部因素就很难影响到我们。”


During the presentation, Wang Nuoxuan from Class 8D opened with a thought-provoking question, asking her peers to discreetly raise their hands if they felt they were addicted to the internet. This not only engaged the audience but also set the stage for her subsequent discussion. She stated, “The issue of students’ internet addiction is a result of the interconnection between the internet, students, families, schools, and society. To address this problem, it requires a collaborative effort from every aspect to enhance guidance and education for students, helping us to correctly understand and utilize the internet while growing in a healthy environment!” Nuoxuan elaborated on the factors contributing to internet addiction among minors from both external and internal perspectives. After her presentation, a judge inquired, “You analyzed the reasons for electronic device addiction from both external and internal aspects; which do you consider to be the most critical factor?” Nuoxuan responded, “Among these factors, the internal reasons are more crucial. If students strengthen their self-discipline, external factors will have a limited impact on us.”

In this E-talk event, six students delivered wonderful speeches in Chinese on the theme of how to use the internet correctly, and the judges provided feedback for the students regarding the themes discussed in their presentations.


8C 吴芊芊:电子产品的刻板印象

8C班的吴芊芊同学第一个登台,自信大方地进行展示,她结合身边的事例向大家介绍了网络游戏不一定会对成绩造成影响。“网络游戏不一定影响学习成绩,而沉迷网络、不加节制,势必会影响学习成绩。”评委老师向她提问:“你认为是什么原因导致了大家对电子产品的刻板印象呢?”芊芊回答:“青少年缺乏自制力,以及社会中对于网络负面影响的报道共同造成了对网络游戏的刻板印象。”


Wu Qianqian from Class 8C was the first to take the stage, confidently and graciously presenting her ideas. She illustrated with examples from her surroundings that online gaming does not necessarily have a detrimental effect on academic performance. “Online gaming does not inherently impact learning outcomes; rather, excessive indulgence and lack of moderation will undoubtedly affect academic results.” A judge then inquired, “What do you think contributes to this stereotype of electronic products?” Qianqian responded, “The lack of self-discipline among adolescents, coupled with societal reports highlighting the negative impacts of the internet, has collectively fostered the stereotype associated with online gaming.”

 

8D 龚文艺:合理安排时间使用电子产品预防沉迷

龚文艺同学在演讲中引用了校园调查获得的数据,通过数据和图表体现出了万双学生使用电子产品的时间问题,并据此成果提出了应对网络沉迷的方法。“家长的约束和关爱,是我们健康成长的重要保障。同时,我们也要学会自律,对自己负责,合理安排时间,做到学习和娱乐两不误。”评委老师同样结合万双的校园实际向龚文艺同学提问:“万双学生签署了《电子产品使用公约》,你觉得这对学生预防网络沉迷有哪些积极影响呢?”龚文艺同学结合自己签署的公约回答道:“公约的签署有效地帮我缩短了每周使用电子产品的时间,自己现在能在公约规定的时间内上网。”


During the presentation, Gong Wenyi referenced data obtained from a campus survey, which used charts and statistics to illustrate the issue of electronic device usage among students at Wanshuang. Based on these findings, she proposed strategies to combat internet addiction. “Parental guidance and care are crucial for our healthy development. At the same time, we must learn self-discipline, take responsibility for ourselves, and manage our time effectively to balance both study and leisure.” The judges also questioned Gong Wenyi, relating to the actual situation at Wanshuang, and inquired, “Students at Wanshuang have signed the ‘Electronic Device Usage Agreement.’ What positive impacts do you believe this has on preventing internet addiction among students?” Gong Wenyi responded by referencing her own experience with the agreement: “Signing the agreement has effectively helped me reduce my weekly electronic device usage, and I am now able to go online only within the time limits set by the agreement.”


杨校对龚文艺演讲中引用的数据非常感兴趣,在了解到这是学生们进行 PBL 研究时获得的数据后表示,她建议龚文艺同学继续深入调查,深入挖掘使用电子产品的时长和学习成绩、视力等的关系。


Principal Yang was very interested in the data Gong Wenyi referenced in her speech. Upon learning that it was obtained during the students’ PBL research, she suggested that Gong Wenyi continue her investigation to further explore the relationship between the duration of electronic product usage and factors such as academic performance and eyesight.

 

7G 田濯缨:网络诈骗防范

7G班的田濯缨分享了网络诈骗的类型和防范方法。“防止网络诈骗的经验有识别钓鱼网站、警惕冒充客服诈骗、谨慎处理个人信息等。学校也应对学生加强网络诈骗预防教育,培养学生的网络安全习惯。”评委老师点评其演讲姿态大方、吐字清晰、台风稳健,并且向他提问:“你觉得如果不小心被网络诈骗,我们有哪些最快的挽回措施呢?”田濯缨同学回答道:“未成年人应首先寻求家长和老师的帮助,第一时间报警,并且挂失银行卡,将损失降低到最小。”

 

Tian Zhuoying from Class 7G shared insights on the types of online scams and preventive measures. “Experiences in preventing online fraud include recognizing phishing websites, being cautious of impersonation scams, and handling personal information with care. Schools should also enhance education on online fraud prevention for students, fostering good cybersecurity habits.” The judges commented on his confident presentation style, clear articulation, and steady demeanor, and posed the question: “What do you think are the quickest recovery measures if one inadvertently falls victim to online fraud?” Tian Zhuoying responded, “Minors should first seek assistance from their parents and teachers, report the incident to the police immediately, and block their bank cards to minimize losses.”

 

8E 杨妍茹:如何正确使用网络

8E班的杨妍茹同学从网络的正面影响、网络的负面影响和正确使用网络的角度,向大家介绍了正确使用网络的方法:“中学生要提高媒介素养、学会“信息节食”、辨别不良信息,在使用网络时注意个人信息保护,并做到在网络生活中恪守道德、遵守法律,传播网络正能量。”评委老师向她提问:“中学生在网络安全方面要注意什么,举一个具体的事例谈谈。”杨妍茹同学回答道:“学生在实际上网中要学会辨别网络信息,增强安全意识和自我保护意识,尤其在聊天时切勿泄露个人信息。”

 

Student Yang Yanru from Class 8E presented on the positive and negative impacts of the internet, as well as the correct ways to utilize it. She emphasized, “Middle school students should enhance their media literacy, practice ‘information dieting,’ discern harmful information, protect personal data while online, and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations in their online activities, promoting positive energy on the internet.” A judge then inquired, “What should middle school students pay attention to regarding internet safety? Please provide a specific example.” Yang Yanru responded, “Students must learn to evaluate online information critically, strengthen their awareness of safety and self-protection, and particularly avoid disclosing personal information during chats.”

 

8F 蒋斯煜:网络安全,与你我同行

8F班的蒋斯煜同学从身边的案例入手,提醒同学们关注网络安全问题:“首先,我们要提高网络安全意识。其次,我们要学会正确使用网络。最后,我们要积极参与网络安全建设。”评委老师看到斯煜同学大方自信的展示,向她提问道:“在准备这次演讲中,你觉得有哪些能力提高了。”斯煜同学回答道,首先她掌握了查找文献和信息检索的能力,其次她的演讲技能和台风也都得到了锻炼。


Student Jiang Siyu from Class 8F began by referencing relevant cases to remind her peers about the importance of cybersecurity: “First, we need to enhance our awareness of cybersecurity. Second, we must learn to use the internet correctly. Finally, we should actively participate in the construction of cybersecurity measures.” The judges, impressed by Siyu’s confident and poised presentation, asked her, “What skills do you feel have improved in your preparation for this speech?” Siyu responded that, firstly, she has developed her ability to conduct source searches and information retrieval, and secondly, her public speaking skills and stage presence have also been refined.

  

8D 王诺萱:学生沉迷互联网原因分析

8D班的王诺萱同学以一个问题开场,她询问现场的同学,觉得自己沉迷网络的悄悄举手。既调动了现场气氛,又引出了接下来演讲的内容。“学生沉迷互联网是互联网、学生、家庭、学校和社会共同作用的结果。要解决这一问题,需要家庭、学校和社会共同努力,加强对学生的引导和教育,帮助我们正确认识和使用互联网,在健康的环境中成长!”诺萱同学从外部原因和内部原因两方面介绍了引起未成年人沉迷网络的因素。评委老师在听完她的演讲后提问:“你从外部和内部两个方面分析了沉迷电子产品的原因,请问你觉得这些因素中哪个是最关键的呢?”诺萱同学回答道:”在这些因素中,内部原因更为关键,如果学生增强自身的自律能力,外部因素就很难影响到我们。”


During the presentation, Wang Nuoxuan from Class 8D opened with a thought-provoking question, asking her peers to discreetly raise their hands if they felt they were addicted to the internet. This not only engaged the audience but also set the stage for her subsequent discussion. She stated, “The issue of students’ internet addiction is a result of the interconnection between the internet, students, families, schools, and society. To address this problem, it requires a collaborative effort from every aspect to enhance guidance and education for students, helping us to correctly understand and utilize the internet while growing in a healthy environment!” Nuoxuan elaborated on the factors contributing to internet addiction among minors from both external and internal perspectives. After her presentation, a judge inquired, “You analyzed the reasons for electronic device addiction from both external and internal aspects; which do you consider to be the most critical factor?” Nuoxuan responded, “Among these factors, the internal reasons are more crucial. If students strengthen their self-discipline, external factors will have a limited impact on us.”
