万双网讯  2024年10月14日上午8时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2024-2025学年第一学期第7周升旗仪式在操场举行。本周升旗仪式由6I班和6G班承担，文舒缇同学和林晨曦同学担任主持人。

At 8:00 a.m. on October 14, 2024, the flag-raising ceremony for the 7th week of the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year at Meisha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School was held on the playground. This week’s flag-raising ceremony was hosted by classes 6I and 6G, with students Wen Shuti and Lin Chenxi serving as hosts.

在“国旗下讲话”时间，6I班的陈珞洛同学和6G班的钟萱同学以《红领巾心向党，争做新时代好队员》为题，发表了充满热情和活力的演讲。两位同学强调了少先队员在新时代的重要使命，阐述了红领巾的象征意义，并引用了习近平总书记对青少年的勉励，强调了少先队员应敬好队礼、佩戴红领巾，以表达对祖国和人民的信念与担当。她们呼吁同学们缅怀先烈、牢记历史，以先辈为榜样，热爱祖国，热爱人民，热爱中国共产党，并努力成为具有远大理想、身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越的新时代中国公民，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献力量。

During the “Speaking under the National Flag” segment, Chen Luoluo from class 6I and Zhong Xuan from class 6G delivered a passionate and vibrant speech titled “Wearing the Red Scarf and Showing Love Towards the Party, Strive to Be Good Young Pioneers in the New Era.” The two students emphasized the important mission of Young Pioneers in the new era, elaborated on the symbolic meaning of the red scarf, and referenced General Secretary Xi Jinping’s encouragement for young people. They stressed that Young Pioneers should respect the salute, wear the red scarf, and express their beliefs and responsibilities of our country and its people. The students called on their classmates to remember the sacrifices of our heroes, learn from history, follow the examples set by our predecessors, love the motherland, love the people, and love the Communist Party of China. Furthermore, they inspired their peers to aspire to become outstanding citizens of China’s New Era, characterized by lofty ideals, good physical health, sound personality, excellent academic abilities, and contributing to the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

“第一书记话时事”环节，派驻第一书记刘晓娟老师带领师生们回顾了少先队的光辉历程，强调了少先队员在党的关怀下成长的重要性，并鼓励学生们以佩戴红领巾为荣，承担起时代赋予的责任和使命。她在演讲中提到，新时代的少先队员应注重品德修养，继承优良传统，努力学习，积极参与社会实践，培养创新精神，以饱满的热情和坚定的信念迎接未来的挑战，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献力量。

In the “First Secretary Talks About Current Affairs” segment, Resident First Secretary Liu Xiaojuan led the teachers and students in reviewing the glorious history of the Young Pioneers, emphasizing the importance of growing up under the care of the Party. She encouraged students to take pride in wearing the red scarf and to shoulder the responsibilities and missions of the times. In her speech, she mentioned that Young Pioneers should focus on moral cultivation, inherit fine traditions, strive for academic excellence, actively participate in social practices, and cultivate an innovative spirit. With enthusiasm and unwavering beliefs, they should embrace future challenges and contribute to the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

在全体师生的注视下，孙晓萌老师宣布了第5至第6周获得“金海豚”荣誉的班级。每个被念到的班级名字都激起了一阵热烈的掌声和欢呼声，这是对他们在学术成就、行为规范、团队合作和积极参与学校活动等方面综合表现的认可。

In the presence of all faculty and students, Sun Xiaomeng announced the classes that earned the “Golden Dolphin” honor for Weeks 5 and 6. Each class name mentioned elicited a wave of enthusiastic applause and cheers, recognizing their performance in academic achievement, behavior standards, teamwork, and active participation in school activities.

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家好，我是6G班的钟萱。今天我们演讲的主题是《红领巾心向党，争做新时代好队员》。

Dear teachers and students, I am Miranda from Class 6I. The theme of our speech today is “Strive to be a good young pioneer in the new era”.

在这个充满希望的时代，我们少先队员肩负着重要的使命。红领巾，是我们少先队员的标志，它是红旗的一角，是革命先烈用鲜血染红的。

In this era full of hope, we young pioneers shoulder an important mission. The red scarf, a symbol of our young pioneers, represents a corner of our national flag, and is the symbol of revolutionary martyrs.

习近平总书记曾多次勉励我们，青少年是祖国的未来，少先队员是党和人民事业的接班人。

President Xi Jinping has been encouraging us that young pioneers are the future of our country, and young pioneers are the successors of the Party and the people’s cause.   

习近平总书记也曾指出，敬好每一个队礼、佩戴好每一条红领巾，就是少先队员们向祖国和人民表达信念与担当的方式。

President Xi Jinping has also pointed out that saluting and wearing red scarfs are ways for us to express our beliefs and responsibilities to the nation and the people.

少先队员的队礼有着特别的含义。我们的队礼是五指并拢，高举头上，象征人民的利益高于一切。

The young pioneers’ salute has a special meaning. Our ceremony etiquette is to hold our five fingers together and raise our heads high, symbolizing that the interests of the people are above all else.

每年的10月13日，是少先队的生日。在这个特殊的日子里，我们更应缅怀先烈，牢记历史。我们要以先辈为榜样，热爱祖国，热爱人民，热爱中国共产党。

October 13rd is the birthday of the young pioneers organization. On this special day, we should remember the martyrs throughout history. We should respect our ancestors and love the motherland, the people and the Communist Party of China.

身为万双学子，我们要树立远大理想，认真学习。努力成长为身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越，具有家国情怀和国际视野，敢于创造美好未来的中国公民。

As a student in VBS, we should build our dreams, work hard to become citizens of China with good physical health, sound personality, excellent academic abilities, patriotism, international vision and the courage to create a better future.

少先队自1949年成立以来，一代又一代的少先队员，在党的阳光雨露下茁壮成长，他们用自己的实际行动，践行着“时刻准备着”的誓言，为祖国的繁荣富强贡献着自己的力量。

Since its establishment in 1949, generations of Young Pioneers have grown up under the nurturing care of the Party. They embody the pledge of “Always be prepared”through their actions, contributing their strength to the prosperity of the motherland.
