万双网讯  2024 年 9 月 9 日上午 8 时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校在 2024-2025学年第一学期悄然步入第二周，在教师节即将到来之际，一场庄重而温馨的升旗仪式于学校操场盛大举行。

At 8 a.m. on September 9, 2024, Meisha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School entered the second week of the first semester of 2024-2025. As Teacher's Day approaches, a solemn yet heartwarming flag-raising ceremony was grandly held on the school playground.

本周的升旗仪式由 7C 与 7E 班荣耀承担，他们将创新精神与关爱之心精妙融合，绽放出独特的光彩。此次升旗仪式由王逸林和李庆轩两位同学主持。

This week's flag-raising ceremony was proudly hosted by classes 7C and 7E, where they skillfully blended innovative spirit with a caring heart, showcasing their unique brilliance. The ceremony was presided over by two students, Wang Yilin and Li Qingxuan.

耿适意、蓝思玲、张紫恒、李绍文老师以及林欣然、黄一鸣、杨舒然、周庭竺同学联袂为大家倾心演绎了一曲《是老师、是学生》。此曲目乃是他们精心改编歌词之作，内容生动地展现了老师与学生之间的深厚情谊与独特故事。

Teachers Geng Shiyi, Lan Siling, Zhang Ziheng, and Li Shaowen, along with students Lin Xinran, Huang Yiming, Yang Shuran, and Zhou Tingzhu, jointly performed a heartfelt rendition of "Being a Teacher, Being a Student." This piece is a thoughtfully adapted version of the lyrics, vividly illustrating the profound bond and unique stories shared between teachers and students.

派驻第一书记刘晓娟于时事热点宣讲之际，引领师生们共同回溯巴黎奥运会的激情时刻，进而勉励大家踊跃参与体育运动，持续保持身体健康之态。在万双“身体健康”是我们的重要培养（成长）目标之一，每天至少一节体育课，每天开展30分钟的阳光体育大课间活动，同学们在跳绳、跑操中尽享运动的快乐。

During the presentation on current hot topics, the resident First Secretary Liu Xiaojuan led teachers and students to revisit the passionate moments of the Paris Olympic Games, encouraging everyone to actively participate in sports and maintain physical health. At Vanke Bilingual School, “physical health” is one of our important cultivation (growth) goals. Students have at least one PE class every day and participate in 30 minutes of sports activities at recess daily, where they enjoy the joy of exercise through activities like jumping rope and running.

仪式渐近尾声，孙晓萌老师庄重宣读了荣获 2023 - 2024 年度金海豚班级的名单，杨帆校长与林红英校长助理登台为获奖班级颁发荣誉奖项。“金海豚班” 于深圳万科双语学校班级和学生自主发展评价方案中堪称关键一环。其评选之目的在于助力班级构建卓越的班级生态，引领班级自主设定发展目标，赋予每一位孩子深厚的责任心与强烈的团队精神，让班级化作孩子们成长进程中难以忘怀的璀璨集体。

As the ceremony drew to a close, Ms. Sun Xiaomeng solemnly announced the list of classes awarded the 2023-2024 Golden Dolphin Class title. Principal Yang Fan and Assistant Principal Lin Hongying presented the honor awards. The “Golden Dolphin Class” is a crucial component of the Class and Student Self-Development Evaluation Program at Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School. The purpose of this selection is to help build an outstanding class ecosystem, guide classes in setting their own development goals, and instill a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork in every child, making the class an unforgettable and shining collective in their growth journey.

大家早上好！我是大家的新朋友刘老师。还记得上周我们一起聊了什么吗？今年7月15-18日在中国北京召开的二十届三中全会。今天，我们一起来聊聊今年暑假“燃情一夏”的在法国巴黎举行的第33届夏季奥林匹克运动会，本次奥运会7月26日开幕，8月11日闭幕；口号是奥运更开放；吉祥物是法国传统的弗里吉亚帽的拟人化形象“弗里热”；这还是第一届男女比例完全平衡的奥运会，共10500名参赛运动员，男女各为5250名，各占一半。中国代表团在本次奥运会上取得了参加境外奥运会的最佳战绩，共获得了40枚金牌、27枚银牌和24枚铜牌，共计91枚奖牌。我们也一定记住了很多闪光的名字:潘展乐、孙颖莎、全红婵……但其实每一位站在奥运赛场上的运动员都是勇士，他们日复一日、年复一年地刻苦训练，只为在那一刻绽放出最耀眼的光芒，他们的拼搏精神值得我们学习。

Dear children, “physical health” is one of the key cultivation goals for students at Vanke Bilingual School. For all of us at VBS, physical exercise is a normal part of campus life. We have at least one PE class every day and engage in 30 minutes sports activities daily, where you can enjoy the joy of exercise through jumping rope and running drills.
