万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央。7月4日下午，万科双语学校第25期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。

VBS Net News  To enhance students' comprehensive abilities in speech and expression, elevate their bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, and give them the opportunity to stand in the  center of stage, Vanke Bilingual School held the 25th E-talk event in the school theater on the afternoon of July 4th. Over 100 teachers and students attended the event in person, while it was also live-streamed to the entire school community.

本次E-talk活动的主题是 “成长足迹” 。来自一至三年级的6名同学用中文分享了关于他们的成长旅程。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme of this E-talk event was "Growth Footprints." Six students from grades one to three shared their growth journeys in Chinese. The judges provided feedback on the students' excellent performances.

3D 林芮：读书点亮人生

Lin Rui from Class 3D  Reading Lights Up Life

3D班林芮同学从自己儿时的成长经历入手，讲述了有书陪伴的成长历程。同时，将书比喻为形影不离的朋友、前进的航标、无穷的宝藏、快乐的天堂、冬日里的阳光和沙漠里的绿洲，生动地阐释了读书带给她智慧和力量，让她忘记忧伤，给予她新的希望的”魔力”。最后，呼吁大家爱上读书，读书能点亮人生。评委老师表扬她动情演讲，能通过个人成长与书籍的陪伴，展现读书的重要性和美好。演讲过程语言优美，情感真挚，情节动人，成长珍贵，表现力强，可塑性高，给了老师很大的惊喜。

Lin Rui from Class 3D started with her childhood experiences, detailing her growth journey accompanied by books. She likened books to inseparable friends, guiding beacons, infinite treasures, sources of joy, winter sunshine, and oases in the desert. Through vivid metaphors, she explained how reading has given her wisdom, strength, new hopes, and helped her forget sorrows. Finally, she encouraged everyone to fall in love with reading, as it can illuminate one's life. The judges praised her heartfelt speech, noting how she showcased the importance and beauty of reading through personal growth. Her language was elegant, emotions sincere, storyline touching, and performance impressive, leaving a strong impression on the teachers.

2D 李陈明壹：踏上雪域之巅——我的西藏之旅

Li Chenmingyi from Class 2D  Ascending the Snowy Peaks — My Journey to Tibet

2D班李陈明壹同学向大家介绍了自己的西藏之旅。他分享了品尝林芝美食，探索自然美景，了解玛尼堆文化，参观布达拉宫历史瑰宝，感受纳木措湖天一色和体验与牦牛互动的美妙经历，并在最后用“扎西德勒”这句最真挚的祝福，向每一个人传递着来自雪域高原的温暖与希望。评委老师赞扬他巧妙地将个人旅游经历融入成长的轨迹中，语言鲜活生动，语气语调抑扬顿挫，姿态自信大方，完美诠释了雪域高原的雄浑壮丽与细腻温情，让人仿佛身临其境！

Li Chenmingyi from Class 2D shared his journey to Tibet, describing his experiences tasting local delicacies in Nyingchi, exploring natural landscapes, learning about mani stone pile culture, visiting the historical treasures of Potala Palace, witnessing the heavenly scenery of Namtso Lake, and interacting with yaks. He concluded with the sincere Tibetan blessing "Tashi Delek," conveying warmth and hope from the snowy plateau to everyone. The judges applauded his skillful integration of personal travel experiences into his growth narrative, praising his lively and dynamic language, confident demeanor, and vivid portrayal of the majestic and tender beauty of the Tibetan plateau, making the audience feel as if they were there.

1F 毛珷萌：爱与成长——我与艾莎的魔法之约

Mao Wumeng from Class 1F  Love and Growth — My Magical Appointment with Elsa

1F班毛珷萌同学以《冰雪奇缘》舞台剧为引子，讲述了艾莎与安娜姐妹之间爱与成长的故事。通过舞台上的冰雪王国、魔法元素及角色塑造，展现了勇气、智慧与爱的主题。观众们仿佛亲历其境，感受到艾莎的魔法与冰雪世界的魅力，同时被姐妹情深所触动，共同经历了一场心灵与视觉的盛宴。评委老师表扬她的声音像百灵鸟般动听。毛珷萌一方面通过熟悉的歌词和角色，创造了一种亲切和期待的氛围。另一方面还详细描述了《冰雪奇缘》舞台剧的场景、角色和情节，使观众仿佛置身其中。最后，老师还对她提出了提升建议期待她用更多的故事细节来支撑自己的观点，相信会更加生动有趣。

Mao Wumeng from Class 1F used the stage play "Frozen" as an introduction to tell the story of the love and growth between sisters Elsa and Anna. Through the icy kingdom on stage, magical elements, and character portrayals, she highlighted themes of courage, wisdom, and love. The audience felt immersed in Elsa's magic and the charm of the frozen world, deeply moved by the sisterly bond, experiencing a feast for the heart and eyes. The judges praised her melodious voice, comparing it to a lark. She created a familiar and anticipatory atmosphere through well-known lyrics and characters while vividly describing scenes, roles, and plots from the stage play, making the audience feel part of it. The judges suggested enhancing her speeches with more story details to make them even more engaging and lively.

2G 靳梓辰：我最好的朋友

Jin Zichen from Class 2G   My Best Friends

2G班靳梓辰同学分享了他从幼儿到小学各阶段的好朋友们的故事，细心善良的唐佳雯、学习优异的冀序，还有笑点低、有共同爱好的何静安都给了他最温暖的陪伴，让他的成长之路快乐多彩。评委老师赞扬他自在从容、不疾不徐，善于欣赏和发现朋友身上非常细微的优点，展现了真挚的友情观。演讲流畅，情感真挚，让人感受到友情的温暖和力量。希望他多多锻炼，多多尝试，逐渐找寻表达的自信和分享的乐趣，走向更大的舞台。

Jin Zichen from Class 2G shared stories about his best friends from kindergarten to primary school. Tang Jiawen, who is kind and considerate; Ji Xu, who excels academically; and He Jing'an, who shares common interests and a low laughter threshold, all provided him with warm companionship, making his growth journey joyful and colorful. The judges praised his composed and unhurried presentation, his keen ability to appreciate and notice subtle qualities in his friends, and his sincere view of friendship. His speech was smooth and emotionally heartfelt, conveying the warmth and power of friendship. The judges encouraged him to practice more, try new things, gradually gain confidence in expression, and find joy in sharing, preparing him for larger stages.

1E 康熙琳：发脾气的男孩

Kang Xilin from Class 1E   The Angry Boy

1E班康熙琳同学以“发脾气的男孩”故事为例，阐述了控制情绪的重要性，分享了包括深呼吸、数数、转移注意力、寻找冷静空间及微笑等控制脾气的小妙招，号召大家以平和理性的态度面对生活挑战，最后祝愿大家都有个好心情。评委老师表扬她以生动的故事引入，声音甜美，发音清晰响亮，表达流畅，富有感染力，成功介绍了控制脾气小妙招，逻辑清晰，情感真挚，给人以美的享受！最后的祝愿更是温馨贴心，为整个演讲画上了圆满的句号。

Kang Xilin from Class 1E used the story of "The Angry Boy" to illustrate the importance of controlling emotions, sharing tips such as deep breathing, counting, diverting attention, finding a calm space, and smiling to manage anger. She urged everyone to face life’s challenges with a calm and rational attitude and wished everyone good moods in the end. The judges commended her for introducing the topic with an engaging story, her sweet and clear voice, fluent and compelling delivery, and successfully presenting tips for controlling temper with clear logic and genuine emotion. Her closing wish added a warm touch, rounding off her speech nicely.

3C 戴王峻：勇敢

Dai Wangjun from Class 3C  Courage

3C班戴王峻同学围绕“勇敢”的话题，讲述了自己首次登台，从害怕到鼓起勇气站上舞台的心路历程，并通过消防员和医生的例子，阐述了勇敢是在恐惧面前不退缩、不放弃的精神，鼓励大家勇敢面对生活中的挑战，超越自我，发现更广阔的世界和更强大的自己，迎接更美好的未来。评委老师赞扬站在台上的他闪闪发光，并祝贺此刻的他已经战胜了恐惧，超越了自己。表扬他的演讲真诚而鼓舞人心，能够迅速拉近与观众的距离。语言简练，没有过多的修饰，却能够直击人心，让听众感受到了勇敢的力量。

Dai Wangjun from Class 3C centered his speech on the theme of "courage," recounting his journey from fear to bravery during his first time on stage. Using examples of firefighters and doctors, he explained that courage involves not retreating or giving up in the face of fear. He encouraged everyone to bravely face life's challenges, transcend themselves, discover a broader world, and a stronger self, paving the way for a better future. The judges praised his radiant presence on stage, congratulating him on overcoming his fears and surpassing himself. They noted his sincere and inspiring speech, which quickly connected with the audience. His concise language, without excessive embellishments, hit straight to the heart, making the audience feel the power of courage.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely;to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future VBS teenager to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.

让我们一起期待，在E-talk的舞台上，VBS未来少年们将如何用他们的声音，引领我们走进他们的世界，感受他们的热情与活力。
