万双网讯 为搭建学校党支部与教师对话交流的平台，增强学校向心力。2024年6月19日下午，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校党支部第二季度书记茶话会在105会议室举行。学校党支部书记杨帆、派驻第一书记杨艺娟、党务副主任孙晓萌、党支部宣传委员陈佳敏以及8位班主任老师和年级组长参加了会议。

To build a platform for communication between the school Party branch and teachers and to enhance the school’s cohesion, the second quarter Party Secretary’s Tea Time of Vanke Bilingual School was held on the afternoon of June 19, 2024, in Room 105. Yang Fan, Secretary of the School Party Branch, Yang Yijuan, the resident First Secretary, Sun Xiaomeng, Deputy Secretary of Party Affairs and Publicity Committee Member Chen Jiamin, as well as 8 head teachers and grade leaders attended the meeting.

本次茶话会围绕陶行知先生“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”的主题展开，杨帆书记与老师们深情共话“学生管理”。

This tea party revolved around the theme of “Hold a Heart That Serves. Not a Single Blade of Grass Will You Take.”, written by Mr. Tao Xingzhi. Secretary Yang Fan and the teachers had heartfelt conversations about student management.

班主任老师们结合自己的工作实践，畅谈入校以来的收获和感受，包括先进的教学理念、成长型思维的倡导等对他们的影响，尤其是本学期对PBL项目式学习的探索使他们对本学科进行了重新认识，实现了个人教育教学能力水平的显著提升。同时，老师们也提出了教育教学过程中的困惑。

Head teachers integrated their work practices and shared their gains and experiences since entering the school, including the impact of advanced teaching concepts and the advocacy of growth mindset on them. Especially, the exploration of Project-Based Learning (PBL) this semester had given them a new understanding of their subjects and achieved a significant improvement in their personal educational and teaching abilities. At the same time, the teachers also raised concerns during the educational teaching process.

杨帆书记认真聆听每一位老师的发言，并一一给予答疑解惑。她告诉老师们，这一切都是“道与术的关系”。身处万双，我们处理工作和问题永远要建立在理解学校理念的基础上，要真心实意、竭尽全力的去走近孩子、理解孩子、帮助孩子。只要我们擦亮一根火柴，孩子便能捧出熊熊烈火，这样才能实现教育的意义，回归教育本质。

Secretary Yang Fan listened carefully to each teacher’s speech and provided answers and solutions one by one. She told the teachers that all of this was about the relationship between principle and practice. At VBS, we must always base our work and problem-solving on understanding the school’s philosophy. We must genuinely and wholeheartedly approach, understand, and help the children. As long as we strike a match, the children can ignite a blazing fire, thus realizing the meaning of education and returning to its essence.

杨帆书记还提出“别做学生成长过程中的‘盖子’”，老师们深以为然。学生成长的过程其实就是不断碰到问题、解决问题的一个过程。作为教师，关注学生成长的点滴问题，帮助学生健康、自信、快乐地站在未来中央，就是我们的使命所在。

Secretary Yang Fan also suggested, “Don’t be the ‘lid’ on students’ growth,” which resonated deeply with the teachers. The process of students growing up is actually a process of constantly encountering and solving problems. As teachers, our mission is to focus on every detail of students' growth and help them stand confidently and happily at the center of the future.

书记茶话会是加强教师与学校沟通交流的桥梁,通过充分聆听教师心声，为教师排忧解难，从而构建教师、学校命运共同体，助力学校良性发展，构筑良好的教育新生态。

The Secretary’s Tea Party is a bridge that strengthens communication and interaction between teachers and the school. By fully listening to the teachers’ voices and solving their problems, it helps to build a community of shared destiny between teachers and the school, promotes the healthy development of the school, and creates a new, positive educational ecosystem.
