万双网讯 “一年一端午，一岁一安康。”时临仲夏，岁至端午，龙舟竞渡，粽叶飘香。端午节，是中华民族的传统节日，它不仅饱含着赤诚深厚的家国情怀，更承载着数千年来炎黄子孙的情感认同和精神追求。

"Every year at Dragon Boat Festival, may you have health and peace." As midsummer approaches and the Dragon Boat Festival arrives, dragon boats race, and the fragrance of zongzi fills the air. The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional holiday of the Chinese nation, brimming with sincere and profound patriotism and embodying the emotional identification and spiritual pursuits of the descendants of Yan and Huang for thousands of years.

6月8日至10日，正值农历五月初五端午佳节，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校开展了形式多样的端午节实践活动。各年级各具特色的实践作业为学生们打开了一扇扇了解中华民族优秀传统文化的大门。学生们品粽香之美，探龙舟之源，忆屈原之情，体验端午习俗，感受传统文化，厚植家国情怀，在实践中增强了民族自豪感和对民俗文化的认同感。

From June 8th to 10th, during the lunar calendar's fifth day of the fifth month, Vanke Bilingual School carried out various practical activities for the Dragon Boat Festival. Distinctive practical assignments for each grade opened doors for students to understand the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Students experienced the beauty of zongzi, explored the origin of dragon boats, recalled the sentiments of Qu Yuan, participated in Dragon Boat Festival customs, felt traditional culture, cultivated patriotism, and enhanced their sense of national pride and cultural identity through practice.

端午假期，一年级的孩子们通过调查询问、网上浏览、图书查阅等方法搜集端午习俗中的传统文化，以贴图、绘画的方式，介绍自己喜欢的美味粽子。孩子们用满满的仪式感和无限的童趣走进端午、感受端午，度过了一个有意义、有价值的端午节。

During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, first graders used surveys, online browsing, and book research to collect traditional culture related to Dragon Boat Festival customs. They introduced their favorite delicious zongzi through stickers and drawings. With full ceremonial sense and infinite childlike fun, they walked into and felt the Dragon Boat Festival, spending a meaningful and valuable holiday.

悠悠艾草香，片片粽叶长。二年级的小朋友们以自己的独特视角，通过“看”——观看端午粽的由来视频；“读”——诵读纪念屈原的千古绝唱；“写”——书写自己在端午节的所见所闻所感；“画”——绘画端午节赛龙舟、吃粽子、挂艾草、佩香囊等丰富多彩的民间习俗，真正用自己的实践体验诠释着端午节的传统魅力和深远意义。

The fragrance of mugwort lingers, and the zongzi leaves are long. Second graders, from their unique perspectives, engaged in various activities, such as watching videos on the origin of zongzi, reading timeless poems commemorating Qu Yuan, writing about their observations and feelings during the Dragon Boat Festival and drawing different folk customs like dragon boat races, eating zongzi, hanging mugwort, and wearing sachets. Through their practical experiences, they interpreted the traditional charm and profound significance of the Dragon Boat Festival.

粽香弥漫，龙舟荡漾。三年级学生通过观看视频，搜索资料，探寻端午的奥秘，追溯其源远流长的历史脉络。孩子们还通过包粽子、挂艾草、观龙舟赛等有意义的活动，在实践中体会传统节日带给自己的特殊意义。

The scent of zongzi spreads, and dragon boats ripple. Third-grade students explored the mysteries of the Dragon Boat Festival by watching videos, searching for information, and tracing its long history. They also participated in meaningful activities such as making zongzi, hanging mugwort, and watching dragon boat races, experiencing the special significance of traditional festivals firsthand.

四年级开展了“情系端午，传承有我”的综合实践活动。孩子们在端午假期与家人一起包粽子、做香囊、编五彩绳，看着自己包的粽子，亲手缝制的香囊，巧手编织的五彩绳等，内心满是喜悦。一个个小小的粽子、精美的香囊，一条条绚丽的五彩绳在孩子们的心中种下了一颗传统文化的种子，在动手实践中感受到了中国传统文化的魅力和内涵。

Fourth grade held a comprehensive practical activity themed "Connected by Dragon Boat, Inheritance with Me." During the holiday, children made zongzi, sachets, and colorful ropes with their families. They felt immense joy looking at the zongzi they made, the handmade sachets, and the intricately woven colorful ropes. These small zongzi, exquisite sachets, and vibrant ropes planted seeds of traditional culture in their hearts, allowing them to experience the charm and essence of Chinese traditional culture through hands-on practice.

情系端午，与你同享。五年级同学在本学期英语课上学习了端午节的各种知识：端午节的日期、与端午有关的历史故事、节日活动、节日美食，以及在语文学科中积累到了端午节古诗词。本次实践作业融合生活经验、英语和语文学科，学生们以思维导图的方式呈现对端午节的理解和情感。

Connected by Dragon Boat, Shared with You. Fifth graders learned various knowledge about the Dragon Boat Festival in their English class this semester: the date of the festival, historical stories related to it, festival activities, festive foods, and ancient poems accumulated in their Chinese lessons. This practical assignment combined life experience with English and Chinese subjects, where students used mind maps to present their understanding and emotions about the Dragon Boat Festival.

七年级完成了以“传承端午文化，体验传统习俗”为主题的综合实践作业。学生们收集并整理关于端午节的起源、传说和习俗的资料，绘制图文并茂的知识宣传画，借此传播端午文化。并通过设计香囊，体验这一端午节传统习俗。

Seventh graders completed a comprehensive practical assignment titled "Inheriting Dragon Boat Culture, Experiencing Traditional Customs." They collected and organized information about the origins, legends, and customs of the Dragon Boat Festival, creating illustrated knowledge posters to spread the culture. They also designed sachets to experience this traditional custom.

端午传承，文化流长。八年级从当代作家汪曾祺的散文——《端午的鸭蛋》一文出发，学生们深入了解了汪曾祺笔下“吃鸭蛋”这一传统习俗，并通过亲身体验，了解家乡端午节的习俗。此外，学生们根据自己对端午节的了解，设计了中英文样式的板报宣传端午节，弘扬端午文化。

Dragon Boat inheritance, culture flows long. Eighth graders started with modern writer Wang Zengqi's essay "Duck Eggs on Dragon Boat Festival," deeply understanding the tradition of "eating duck eggs" depicted by Wang Zengqi. By personally experiencing it, they learned about their hometown's Dragon Boat Festival customs. Additionally, they designed bilingual bulletin boards to promote the Dragon Boat Festival and its culture.

浓浓粽叶香，悠悠端午情。通过本次端午节实践活动，学生们不仅了解了端午节的相关来历和习俗活动，并深切感受到了中华传统节日中折射出的文化气息和民族精神。这一份有关中华民族独特的文化记忆，万双学子将铭记于心，做真正的传统文化传承人。以实践活动为载体，学生们在实践与体验中度过了温暖美好的端午佳节。

With the strong fragrance of zongzi leaves and the deep sentiments of Dragon Boat Festival, the practical activities allowed students to not only learn about the festival's origins and customs but also deeply feel the cultural essence and national spirit reflected in traditional Chinese festivals. This unique cultural memory of the Chinese nation will be etched in the hearts of Vanke Bilingual students, making them true inheritors of traditional culture. Using practical activities as a carrier, students spent a warm and beautiful Dragon Boat Festival filled with practice and experience.
