万双网讯 为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2024年05月16 日下午六时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校第18期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。

VBS Net News  To enhance students’ comprehensive abilities in public speaking and expression, as well as to improve their overall proficiency in both Chinese and English, Meisha Education's Vanke Bilingual School in Shenzhen held the 18th E-talk event at the school’s theater on May 16, 2024, at 6:00 PM.Over a hundred teachers and students attended the speeches live. The event was also broadcasted live to all the staff and students of the school.

本次E-talk活动的主题是（What a wonderful world）。来自一至三年级的6名同学用英文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了与这个美好的世界主题相关的知识。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme was "This Wonderful World." Six students from Grade One to Three delivered excellent speeches in English. They shared knowledge related to the theme of this wonderful world. The judges, the Chinese teachers, commented on the students' outstanding performances.

蓝师浩：Why Frogs have Wet Skin ?

3V班蓝师浩同学以"青蛙为什么是湿的"为主题，分享了关于两栖动物的知识，介绍了青蛙的历史以及它们的呼吸方式，最后为我们分享了青蛙是如何帮助我们了解环境变化的。评委老师点评:非常喜欢Hudson关于小动物的科普，希望Hudson下一次上台能继续挑战自己，更大胆、更自信一些。

Hudson, a student from Class 3V, shared knowledge about amphibians with the topic "Why Are Frogs Wet?" He introduced us to the history of frogs and their mode of respiration. Finally, he shared how frogs help us understand environmental changes. The judges commented, "We really enjoyed Hudson's informative talk on small animals. We hope that next time Hudson can continue to challenge himself to be bolder and more confident."

刘忱轩：Sailing

3G班刘忱轩同学是一个热爱帆船的孩子，从小接触帆船的他知道航行时会遇到很多突发状况。他在分享中告诉我们面对挫折时要冷静沉着，除此之外，忱轩还和大家介绍了帆船运动的乐趣以及给他带来的变化——自己变得越来越独立。虽然竞赛让自己压力很大，但他坚信自己终将成为更好的航海家。评委老师点评：Max的选题非常好，他坚持不懈的精神值得大家学习，希望下一次站上舞台的Max能更自信和勇敢。

Max from Class 3G is a child who loves sailing. Having been exposed to sailing from a young age, he knows that sailing encounters many emergencies. In his sharing, he told us to stay calm in the face of setbacks. Besides, Chenxuan introduced the joy of sailing and the independence it has brought him—he has grown increasingly independent. Although competition brings pressure, he believes he will become a better sailor. The judges commented, "Max chose a great topic. His perseverance is worth learning from everyone. We hope that Max will stand on stage next time with more confidence and courage."

李政达：The Sun

2G班李政达同学分享了太阳的相关知识以及人们是如何利用太阳能发电的。他介绍了太阳每分每秒都爆发出巨大的能量，人们在地球上的一切活动都依赖太阳的光和热。评委老师高度赞扬了政达同学的英文表达能力，虽然演讲过程中出现了一点“小风波”，但他依然自信、冷静地完成了此次分享。

Tiger, a student from Class 2G, shared knowledge about the sun and how people use solar energy for electricity generation. He introduced the immense energy that the sun bursts out every second, and how all activities on Earth depend on the sun's light and heat. The judges highly praised Tiger's English expression ability. Although there was a little "hiccup" during the speech, he still completed the share confidently and calmly.

骆冠谦：Beijing

2C班骆冠谦同学的演讲主题是伟大祖国的首都——北京，他向我们详细介绍了天安门，故宫，长城，鸟巢和环球影城，带着同学们一同感受着北京极具现代风尚与古都之美的完美融合。评委老师点评:Jerald的演讲吸引了会场所有人的注意力，让大家身临其境，彷佛也来到了北京，云游体验了一番首都韵味。评委老师还高度表扬了他的语言流畅，特别棒！

The theme of Jerald from Class 2C was the capital of our great motherland—Beijing. He introduced us to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Bird's Nest, and Universal Studios, taking us through Beijing's perfect integration of modern style and ancient beauty. The judges commented, "Jerald's speech captured the attention of everyone at the venue, making us feel as if we were also in Beijing experiencing the charm of the capital firsthand. His fluent language was especially wonderful!"

李梓睿：My Best Friends

1D班李梓睿同学向观众们介绍了自己三个特别的“好朋友”。第一个好朋友是乐高，因为乐高让他提高创造力的同时，也为他增添了许多乐趣。第二个好朋友是国际象棋，它使自己变得沉着冷静，更加聪明。第三个好朋友是足球，这使他变得更加健壮。评委老师点评:Seven的分享很可爱也很真诚，他能非常清楚地表达自己的兴趣爱好，非常优秀。

Seven from Class 1D introduced the audience to his three special "best friends." The first friend is LEGO because it not only enhances his creativity but also adds a lot of fun to his life. The second friend is chess, which makes him calm, composed, and smarter. The third friend is soccer, which makes him stronger. The judges commented, "Seven's sharing was adorable and sincere. He was able to express his interests clearly, which was excellent."

冯诗妍：My Favorite Book

1G班冯诗妍同学分享了她最爱的一本书——《一场大赛》。她用自己的语言将书里的故事娓娓道来：书里的小动物们热烈开展了传球投篮的游戏。她总结道：每个人都有自己的优缺点，所以在生活中我们要谦卑，也要自信。评委老师点评: Emily自信大方的样子真是令人忍不住竖起大拇指，你的台风很稳，表达很流畅，非常出色，继续加油！

Emily from Class 1G shared her favorite book—"A Grand Competition." She recounted the story in her own words: The small animals in the book enthusiastically engaged in a game of passing and shooting the ball. She summarized that everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, so we should be humble and confident in life. The judges commented, "Emily's confident composure is irresistible; thumbs up! You have a stable presence on stage, your expression is fluid, and you did an outstanding job; keep it up!"

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely;to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future VBS teenager to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.

让我们一起期待，在E-talk的舞台上，VBS未来少年们将如何用他们的声音，引领我们走进他们的世界，感受他们的热情与活力。
