万双网讯 2024年5月6日上午8点，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2023-2024第二学期第12周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由5O班和5V班承担。这两个班级充满热情与活力，学生们积极上进、思维活跃、乐于表达。

VBS Net News  At 8 a.m., on May 6, 2024, the flag-raising ceremony for the 12th week of the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year took place on the school playground at Meisha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School. Classes 5O and 5V were responsible for this week's flag-raising ceremony. These two classes displayed enthusiasm and vitality, with students who are proactive, intellectually lively, and willing to express themselves.

升旗仪式由5O班李彦妤和李知本主持。5V班于沛鑫和陈虹颖同学做了国旗下讲话。他们演讲的题目是《忆五四峥嵘岁月 请长缨不负青春》。 派驻第一书记杨艺娟做了时事热点宣讲。

The flag-raising ceremony was hosted by Li Yanyu and Li Zhiben from class 5O. Students Yu Peixin and Chen Hongying from class 5V gave speeches under the national flag. Their speech topic was "Recalling the Glorious Days of the May Fourth Movement: Let Our Aspirations Not Fail Our Youth." The resident first secretary, Yang Yijuan, delivered a presentation on current hot-button issues.

尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的各位同学，大家好，我是5V班的于沛鑫，今天升旗仪式的主题是“忆五四峥嵘岁月 请长缨不负青春”。

Good morning, dear teachers and students. I'm Amanda from Class 5V. The theme of today's flag raising ceremony is "Remember the glory of May 4th, seize your youth to fulfill your dreams".

“五四”,一个属于新中国的词汇，一个属于中国青年的标识，正在一下重似一下地撞击着那些埋头书桌的我们和我们的灵魂。那声音让我们想起的历史，如浮雕般一一涌现。

"May 4th", a vocabulary belonging to the new China, a symbol of Chinese youth, is pounding heavily on those of us buried in books and our souls. The sound reminds us of the history that emerges one by one like relief sculptures.

追忆往昔，1919年的春天，在那风雨飘摇，大厦将倾的岁月里，在中华民族生死存亡的危急关头,北平的街道,涌现出一批青年学子们奔走呼号的身影，发出了深埋于民族心灵深处不屈的怒吼，响彻在北平的夜空......他们用青春作为点亮黑暗的火把，揭开了一个崭新的序幕。百年风雨激荡，青年不复，精神长存。  

Recalling the spring of 1919, during the tumultuous times and the brink of national survival, the streets of Beijing witnessed the emergence of youthful students shouting and roaring, their voices echoing through the night sky. They used their youth as torches to dispel the darkness, ushering in a new era. Despite the passage of a century, their spirit remains indelible.

又是一年“五四”时，日新月异的时代变迁赋予五四精神新的内涵，青春不老的深厚情怀让这个属于青年的节日永远激情澎湃。今天我们不仅是追忆，更是继承。五四精神犹如北斗星，照亮我们前行的方向。在知识的海洋里，我们追逐着智慧的光芒。

Another May 4th arrives, with each passing day renewing the spirit of the movement with fresh meaning. The enduring youthful sentiment keeps this youth-honoring festival vibrant. Today, we not only recall but also uphold its legacy. Like the North Star, the May 4th spirit guides our way, as we pursue the radiance of wisdom in the vast sea of knowledge.

“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”,无数前辈们以知识为剑，以智慧为盾，为我们新时代的青少年铺就了一条光明之路。我们要珍惜每一次学习，每一次成长，让知识之力成为我们青春的底色。

"Reading extensively, writing with mastery." Our predecessors' wisdom and knowledge have forged a path of light for us, the youth of today. We must cherish every moment of learning and growth, grounding our youth in the power of knowledge.

青年如初春，如朝日。青年有信仰，民族就有希望，青年有担当，民族就有未来。跨越百年沉浮，五四精神延绵至今，这抹红色不褪更耀，涤荡在当下每一名中华儿女的心间。

Youth is like early spring, like the rising sun. When youth has faith, the nation holds hope; when youth has responsibility, the nation secures its future. Through a century of ups and downs, the spirit of the May 4th Movement has endured to this day, its red hue unfaded and shining brighter, it inspires each Chinese heart.

此刻，万双所有学子立志，于中流砥柱之时，吾辈忆五四峥嵘岁月，更当请长缨砥砺，不负鎏金青春。

五一劳动节起源于1886年美国工人为争取八小时工作制而举行的大罢工，时至今日，五一劳动节成为人们的休闲主题小长假。我们今天不讲旅行，我们讲讲劳动者的荣誉。

The International Workers' Day, or May Day, originated from the major strike held in 1886 by American workers to advocate for an eight-hour workday. To this day, May Day has become a short holiday for people's leisure activities. We are not talking about travel today, we are talking about the honor of laborers.

据报道，1088人获2024年全国五一劳动奖章。今年的五一表彰全面贯彻党的二十大精神和全国两会精神，充分发挥评选表彰的重要导向作用，有以下几个突出特点：

According to reports, 1,088 individuals received the National May Day Labor Medal in 2024. This year's May Day commendations fully implemented the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress and the National Two Sessions, playing a significant guiding role in the selection and commendation process with several notable characteristics.

一、注重推荐发展新质生产力的对象。

Emphasis on recommending individuals contributing to new productive forces.

二、向现代化产业体系等重点产业倾斜。

Focusing on key industries such as the modern industrial system.

三、面向一线普通劳动者，获奖人数均高出规定比例，而企业负责人和县处级干部都在控制数内。
