万双网讯为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子自信表达， 2024年4月26日18时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校第17期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。

VBS Net News  In order to improve students' comprehensive ability of speech and expression, enhance students' comprehensive literacy in Chinese and English, and enable children to express themselves confidently, the 17th E-talk event of Meisha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theater at 18:00 on April 26, 2024. More than 100 teachers and students listened to the speech on site. The event was also live-broadcasted to all teachers and students in the school.

本次E-talk活动的主题是“我的成长之路”。来自四至六年级的6名同学进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了自己成长过程中的点点滴滴。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme of this E-talk activity was "My Growth Path". Six students from grades 4 to 6 gave wonderful speeches. The students shared their experiences in their growth process. The judges commented on the students' wonderful performances.

齐梓妍：《没有钥匙的星期天》

Qi Ziyan: Sunday Without a Key

5V班齐梓妍同学带我们走进了她的星期天，这是一个失去自由的假期，故事里没有扑蝴蝶的孩子，没有公园漫步的行人，只有出不去的苦闷与抱怨。但尽管如此，梓妍告诉我们，只要再坚持一会儿，阳光终会洒落在我们身上，窗外必将春暖花开。朱老师认为梓妍同学的演讲情绪饱满，语速适中，非常精彩。

Qi Ziyan from 5V took us into her Sunday. This is a holiday where freedom is lost. In the story, there are no children flapping butterflies, no pedestrians walking in the park, only the depression and complaints of not being able to get out. But despite this, Ziyan tells us that as long as we persist for a while, the sun will eventually shine on us, and spring flowers will bloom outside the window. Teacher Zhu thought Ziyan’s speech was full of emotion, moderate in speed and very exciting.

朱沁儿：《做最好的自己》

Zhu Qin'er: "Be the best version of yourself"

5D班朱沁儿同学情绪饱满地说到：我们要做的就是眼前的事，如果你成不了大道，那就做一条小径；如果你成不了太阳，那就做一颗星星。成功还是失败，并不取决于你所做事情的大小，只要做最好的自己。左老师对她的精彩演讲做了总结，并给予了很高的评价。

Zhu Qiner, a student in Class 5D, said with full emotion: What we have to do is what is in front of us. If you can’t become a road, then be a path; if you can’t be the sun, then be a star. Success or failure doesn't depend on the size of what you do, just be the best version of yourself. Teacher Zuo summarized her wonderful speech and gave her high praise.

谢万铭：《跑酷运动》

Xie Wanming: "Parkour"

5E谢万铭同学先是分享跑酷运动的定义和起源，接着介绍了跑酷运动的类别，跑酷运动不仅是一项卓越的极限运动，更是一种生活态度，让大家了解到跑酷运动的独特之处和无穷魅力。左老师认为其演讲选题十分新颖，我们可以从他的演讲中了解到这项新奇的运动，学生仪态自然大方，建议可以结合一些专业跑酷选手的案例，可能会更加生动地展示跑酷运动的体验和挑战。

5E student Xie Wanming first shared the definition and origin of parkour, and then introduced the categories of parkour. Parkour is not only an excellent extreme sport, but also an attitude towards life, allowing everyone to understand the uniqueness of parkour. place and endless charm. Teacher Zuo thinks that the topic of his speech is very novel. We can learn about this novel sport from his speech. The students' demeanor is natural and generous. He suggested that some cases of professional parkour players can be combined to show the parkour sport more vividly. experiences and challenges.

沈芷萱：《我的绘画之路》

Shen Zhixuan: "My Road to Painting"

4I沈芷萱同学介绍了她的绘画之路，画画带她认识了这个丰富的世界，也让她更好地认识了自己。在画画时，她也一度感到困惑，但只需要尊重自己的想法，努力去实现它，画着画着，想法就涌出来了！许老师非常喜欢芷萱的分享，给大家带来的是一场艺术的享受，演讲仪态充满艺术的气质。

4I classmate Shen Zhixuan introduced her painting journey. Painting introduced her to this rich world and also allowed her to better understand herself. When she was painting, she was confused for a while, but she just had to respect her own ideas and work hard to realize them. As she painted, the ideas came out! Teacher Xu liked Zhixuan’s sharing very much. It brought everyone an artistic enjoyment, and her speech was full of artistic temperament.

庄凯钧：《帆船学习分享》

Zhuang Kaijun: "Sailing Learning Sharing"

4I庄凯钧回顾了自己学习帆船的往事，从首次的帆船课到通过了二级考核，最后他分享了自己学习帆船的心得：“我不仅学习了帆船的驾驶技术，还懂得了齐心协力才能获得胜利”。许老师认为凯钧的演讲非常精彩，身姿挺拔，声音洪亮，坚持不懈的精神值得赞扬。

钟萱：《我的舞蹈之梦》

5G班钟萱在演讲中分享，坚持是她成长路上的明灯，她从四岁开始踏上舞蹈之旅，在每一次的挑战与汗水中，都收获了成长与感动，朱老师评价说她的演讲十分动人，认为她的演讲自信大方，让老师印象深刻，获益匪浅。

Zhongxuan from 5G shared in her speech that persistence was the beacon of her growth. She started her dance journey at the age of four, and gained growth and emotion from every challenge and sweat. 万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely;to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.
