万双网讯 为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2024年4月10日中午13点40分时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校第15期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。多名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。

VBS Net News   In order to improve students’ comprehensive ability in speech and expression, improve students’ comprehensive literacy in Chinese and English, and let children stand at the center of the stage, at 13:40 noon on April 10, 2024, Mesha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School No. The 15th E-talk event was held in the school theater. Many teachers and students listened to the speech live. The event was broadcast live to all teachers and students in the school.

本次E-talk活动的主题是“梦想的力量”。来自七八年级的6名同学用中文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了各自关于梦想的故事。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme of this E-talk event is "The Power of Dreams". Six students from grades 7 and 8 gave wonderful speeches in Chinese. The students shared their stories about their dreams. The judging teacher commented on the wonderful performance of the students.

刘思恩：与梦同行

Liu Sien: Walking with Dreams

8E班刘思恩同学以“与梦同行”为主题进行演讲。他指出，每个人都要明确自己的梦想是什么，因为梦想是驱动自己前进的动力。他还分享了特斯拉和SpaceX首席执行官埃隆·马斯克登陆火星的梦想以及自己的梦想，强调在追梦的过程中会遇到许多困难，但大家要有信心和毅力去克服这些困难，坚持到底。孙老师点评：演讲者从“白日梦”和“梦想”的区别谈起，能够引起读者的兴趣，较为流畅，做到了侃侃而谈。

Liu Sien, a student from Class 8E, gave a speech on the theme of "Walking with Dreams". He pointed out that everyone must be clear about what their dreams are, because dreams are the driving force that drives them forward. He also shared Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk’s dream of landing on Mars and his own dream, emphasizing that many difficulties will be encountered in the pursuit of dreams, but everyone must have the confidence and perseverance to overcome these difficulties and stick to it. Teacher Sun’s comment: The speaker started by talking about the difference between “daydreams” and “dreams”, which can arouse the interest of readers. It is relatively fluent and eloquent.

宋明轩：心中有梦

Song Mingxuan: I have a dream in my heart

7D班宋明轩同学以“心中有梦”为主题进行演讲，强调要以拥有梦想为荣。她说：“梦想是引导我们前进的灯塔，无论何时何地，都应牢记在心。”她结合生活实际，说明了梦想的重要性，指出只有心中有梦，才能使生活充满色彩。邵老师点评：她以简短的“做梦”二字开场新颖有趣，牢牢抓住了听众的注意力，顺理成章地引出“梦想”的话题，非常自然。同时她谈论了梦想对人的作用，以及人工智能时代对人发展的要求，整个演讲过程自然流畅、言简意赅，同时又颇多新意，非常好！

Song Mingxuan, a student from Class 7D, gave a speech on the theme of "Dreams in the Heart" and emphasized that we should be proud to have dreams. She said: "Dreams are the beacon that guides us forward. We should keep them in mind no matter when and where we are." She explained the importance of dreams based on the reality of life, and pointed out that only by having dreams in your heart can your life be full of color. Teacher Shao’s comment: She started with a short word “dreaming” that was novel and interesting, firmly grasping the audience’s attention, and logically introduced the topic of “dreams”, which was very natural. At the same time, she talked about the role of dreams on people and the requirements for human development in the era of artificial intelligence. The entire speech was natural, smooth, concise, and at the same time full of new ideas. It was very good!

尹溵梓：以梦为马

Yin Yinzi: Use dreams as horses

7D班尹溵梓同学从身边的小故事入手，运用生动形象的例子讲述了虫的梦想是破茧成蝶，鹏的梦想是栖于南冥，雁的梦想是飞向南方以及邻居爷爷实现梦想的经历，指出梦想是人生的指南针，当迷失方向时，能指引找回自我。生命因梦想而精彩，希望大家不要让时光虚度蹉跎了梦想，要迈出脚步勇敢去追逐梦想的光芒。邵老师点评：尹溵梓同学开头连用三个比喻，颇具文采。接着讲述自己与邻居爷爷的对话，爷爷在不同年纪有不同的梦想，具体内容在变，但远大目标不变，自然地引出自己的感悟，演讲过程水到渠成，自然生动，很有吸引力。

Class 7D student Yin Yinzi started from the short stories around him and used vivid examples to tell the story of an insect’s dream of breaking out of a cocoon and becoming a butterfly , a peng’s dream of living in the south, a wild goose’s dream of flying to the south, and the realization of the dream of the neighbor’s grandfather. I hope everyone will not let time waste away their dreams, but take steps to chase the light of their dreams bravely. Teacher Shao’s comment: Yin Yinzi used three metaphors at the beginning, which is quite literary. Then he talked about his conversation with his neighbor’s grandfather. Grandpa had different dreams at different ages. The specific content changed, but the ambitious goal remained the same. He naturally elicited his own insights. The speech process was smooth, natural, vivid, and very attractive.

蒋斯煜：坚持和毅力

7F班蒋斯煜同学强调坚持和毅力在实现梦想过程中的重要性，它们是成功不可或缺的品质。她通过自身经历和他人的故事展示了如何用坚持和毅力克服困难，最终带来成功。最后，她引用了习近平总书记在同北京大学师生座谈中的话语“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志”，指出广大青年要培养奋斗精神，做到理想坚定，信念执着，不怕困难，勇于开拓，顽强拼搏，永不气馁。孙老师点评：蒋同学一开始用名言警句开头，很有激情，先声夺人，以理服人。她能用恰当的声音和语速控制演讲内容，演讲的节奏感和韵律感较好。演讲时与观众的交流比较充分，值得肯定。

陈紫瑞：破茧成蝶

8C班陈紫瑞同学以“破茧成蝶”为主题进行演讲。她通过蝴蝶化茧成蝶的过程指出只有勇敢地突破自己，才能够实现个人的成长和发展。孙老师点评：陈紫瑞同学一开始讲了“破茧成蝶”的故事，引起了听众的兴趣，感情基调和情绪状态都很好，演讲表达内容完整流畅。

Chen Zirui, a student from Class 8C, gave a speech on the theme of "Breaking out of Cocoon and Becoming a Butterfly". Through the process of a butterfly transforming from a cocoon into a butterfly, she pointed out that only by bravely breaking through yourself can you achieve personal growth and development. Teacher Sun’s comment: Chen Zirui told the story of“breaking out of a cocoon and becoming a butterfly”at the beginning, which aroused the audience’s interest. The emotional tone and emotional state were very good, and the content of the speech was complete and smooth.

张峻嘉：化梦想为力量

Zhang Junjia: Turn dreams into strength

7E班张峻嘉同学以“化梦想为力量”为主题进行了演讲。他表示每个人都有自己的梦想，但只有少数人能够将梦想变为现实，并从七个方面分享了如何将梦想转化为力量，不仅为听众提供了实现梦想的具体方法，更在大家心中种下了积极向上、勇于追梦的精神力量。邵老师点评：张峻嘉同学围绕着如何将梦想转化为奋斗的力量这一主题，为大家提出了三类建议：明确和坚定梦想、付出行动并不断学习、向内自我激励和向外寻求帮助，并相信时间的力量，坚持不懈，最终一定能够实现梦想。本次演讲紧扣中心，建议切实有效，演讲时落落大方、条理清晰，是非常踏实诚恳的演讲。

Zhang Junjia, a student from Class 7E, gave a speech on "Turning Dreams into Power". He said that everyone has their own dreams, but only a few people can turn their dreams into reality, and shared how to turn dreams into power from seven aspects, not only providing the audience with specific methods to realize their dreams, but also in everyone's hearts Sow the spiritual strength of positivity and courage to pursue dreams. Teacher Shao’s comment: Zhang Junjia put forward three types of suggestions for everyone around the theme of how to turn dreams into the power of struggle: clarify and strengthen dreams, take action and keep learning, motivate yourself inward and seek help from outside, and Believe in the power of time and persevere, and you will eventually be able to realize your dreams. This speech is closely related to the center, and the suggestions are practical and effective. The speech is elegant and well-organized. It is a very down-to-earth and sincere speech.

 每一位演讲者都用饱满的热情和坚定的眼神彰显了他们对梦想的坚持。学生们的故事各不相同，但共同点是他们都相信梦想具有改变未来的无穷力量。

Each speaker demonstrated their persistence in dreaming with full enthusiasm and firm eyes. The students’ stories vary, but what they all have in common is their belief in the power of dreams to change the future.

 万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely;to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.
