万双网讯 为进一步构建和谐友善的校园环境，呵护师生身心健康，2024年4月，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校开展了校园安全员招募活动。

VBS Net News  In order to further build a harmonious and friendly campus and protect the physical and mental health of teachers and students, in April 2024, Meisha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School launched a recruitment activity for campus safety officers.

学校1-9年级通过自愿报名，民主推选，每班选出一名安全员。同时，老师们通过自愿报名、年级组推荐的方式，有15名老师成为了安全员。4月7日，在学校升旗仪式上，杨帆校长为学生安全员和老师安全员颁发了聘书。

Grades 1 to 9 of the school elect a safety officer for each class through voluntary registration and democratic selection. At the same time, 15 teachers became safety officers through voluntary registration and recommendation from grade groups. On April 7, at the school's flag-raising ceremony, Principal Yang Fan issued letters of appointment to the student safety officers and teacher safety officers.

4月8日，人生规划课程组的老师对安全员老师和学生进行了专业培训。

On April 8, teachers from the life planning group curriculum team conducted professional training for safety officer teachers and students.

校园安全员在校园里需时刻关注身边同学，并提供身心安全方面支持和帮助，肩负起发现同学遇到困难或有被欺凌的苗头报告老师的责任，做一位校园里低调不张扬的“友善侠”。安全员老师需要关注所在年级状态发⽣明显变化的学⽣及学⽣之间的⽭盾冲突（尤其是⻓期没解决的），发现欺凌苗头，并在校园欺凌排查期间，协助欺凌综合治理委员会调查了解情况，还原事实，做好欺凌防治⼯作。

Campus safety officers must always pay attention to the students around them on campus and provide support and assistance in terms of physical and mental safety. They should shoulder the responsibility of reporting to teachers when they find that students are experiencing difficulties or are being bullied, and be a low-key "friendly man" on campus. Safety officer teachers are responsible for paying attention to students whose grade status has changed significantly and conflicts between students (especially those that have not been resolved for a long time ) , discovering signs of bullying , and assisting in the comprehensive management of bullying during the investigation of campus bullying. The committee investigates the situation, restores the facts, and does a good job in preventing and controlling bullying .
