万双网讯  2024年3月4日上午8点，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2023-2024第二学期第三周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由6E班和6G班承担。6E班是一个团结奋进的班级，6G班是一个拼搏进取的班级。

The flag-raising ceremony was hosted by Wu Yuechen from Class 6E and Zeng Xi from Class 6G. Yang Yuqiu from Class 6E and Mao Yirui from Class 6G gave speeches under the national flag. The title of their speech was--Promoting the spirit of Lei Feng and striving to the development of our society. First Secretary Yang Yijuan gave a lecture on current affairs hot topics.

尊敬的老师们、亲爱的同学们：大家早上好！

Good morning teachers and students.

今天我们演讲的主题是——弘扬雷锋精神，做全面发展的新时代好少年。今年是雷锋同志逝世60周年，他的崇高信念“人的生命是有限的，但为人民服务是无限的”至今激励着一代又一代中国人。雷锋同志虽然只有短短22年的生命历程，但他用实际行动诠释了怎样过一种有价值、有意义的生活。正如习近平总书记所强调的，“要大力弘扬雷锋精神，做新时代的奋斗者”。如何在新时期继承和发扬雷锋精神，成为我们每个人应该思考的问题。

Today our topic is-Promoting the spirit of Lei Feng and striving to the development of our society. This year marks the 60th anniversary of Lei Feng's passing, and his noble belief that "human life is limited, but serving the people is infinite" has inspired generation after generation of Chinese people. Although Lei Feng has only a short 22 year life experience, he has demonstrated through practical actions how to live a valuable and meaningful life. How to inherit and carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng in the new era has become a question that each of us should consider.

首先，我们要立足本职，勤奋学习,加强自我修养，促进全面发展。鲁迅先生说：“时间就像海绵里的水，只要愿意挤，总还是有的。”我们要像雷锋同志那样，培养高尚情操，做到德智体美劳全面发展。我们要珍惜时光，专注于学业和能力的提升，让自己成长为有知识、有能力的新时代接班人。

Firstly, we should study diligently, strengthen our self-cultivation, and promote comprehensive development. Lu Xun said, "Time is like water in a sponge. As long as we are willing to squeeze, there will always be some." We should cultivate noble sentiments like Lei Feng, and achieve comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor. We should cherish time and be ready to dedicate to the development of the new era.

其次，我们要践行雷锋精神，积极服务社会。从帮助身边的人开始，无论是小事如拾起地上的垃圾，还是大事如参与志愿服务，都体现着我们对社会责任的担当。

Secondly, we should practice the spirit of Lei Feng and serve the society actively. Starting from helping people around us, whether it's a small thing like picking up garbage on the ground or a big thing like participating in volunteer service, it reflects our sense of social responsibility.

最后，我们要传承雷锋精神，推动文明风尚。在校园内外，我们要以文明礼貌的行为影响他人，用实际行动去感染和带动更多的人加入到传承雷锋精神的队伍中来。
