万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2024年 1月 18 日上午8时，万科双语学校本学期第十场E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。

VBS Net News  In order to improve students' comprehensive ability in speech and expression, improve students' comprehensive literacy in Chinese and English, and let children stand on the center of the stage, Vanke Bilingual School held its tenth E-talk event this semester at the school theater at 8:00 am on January 18, 2024. More than 100 teachers and students listened to the speech live. The event was broadcast live to all teachers and students in the school.

本次E-talk活动的主题是人生感悟。来自7-8年级的6名同学用中文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了关于生命、快乐、时间管理等方面的知识。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme of this E-talk event is life insights. Six students from grades 7-8 gave wonderful speeches in Chinese. The students shared their knowledge about life, happiness, time management and other aspects. The teachers commented on the wonderful performance of the students.

张翰文：眼泪的力量

Zhang Hanwen: The power of tears

8D班张翰文同学分享了眼泪的力量，不仅从生物学角度对眼泪的含义展开分析，还分享了设计出“眼泪之枪”的陈仪霏的事例。他认为，人们都说“不如意之事十有八九”，大家不妨去直面它，而不是逃避，用微笑来面对困难。评委老师点评他的演讲结构清晰，语言表达流畅，用恰当的案例分析自己的观点，增加了一些趣味性和吸引力。

Zhang Hanwen, a classmate from Class 8D, shared the power of tears. He not only analyzed the meaning of tears from a biological perspective, but also shared the case of Chen Yifei who designed the "Tear Gun". He believes that people say that "unsatisfactory things happen nine times out of ten". We might as well face it head on instead of escaping and face difficulties with a smile. The judges commented that his speech had a clear structure, fluent language expression, and used appropriate cases to analyze his opinions, which added some interest and appeal.

叶雨诚：生命的延续

Ye Yucheng: The continuation of life

8E班叶雨诚同学分享了托拉雅人对待死亡的态度——坦然面对、庆祝生命、重视精神传承，并从物质层面和精神层面上谈了自己对生命的理解。他认为，生命是宝贵的，生命的含义因人而异，我们应该积极探生命的意义，死亡并不意味着生命的结束，活好生命的每一分每一秒，让生命有意义地延续。评委老师点评他的演讲条理清晰，观点鲜明，能够吸引观众的注意力，对主题的认识也非常深刻，由浅入深，为观众提供了丰富的思考空间。

Ye Yucheng, a student from Class 8E, shared the Toraja people's attitude towards death - facing it calmly, celebrating life, paying attention to spiritual inheritance, and talked about his understanding of life from both the material and spiritual levels. He believes that life is precious and the meaning of life varies from person to person. We should actively explore the meaning of life. Death does not mean the end of life. Live every minute and every second of life well so that life can continue meaningfully.The judges commented that his speech was clear and well-organized, with distinct viewpoints, able to attract the attention of the audience, and he also had a very deep understanding of the subject. He went from simple to deep, providing the audience with rich space for thinking.

王仁熙：如何获得快乐

 Wang Renxi: How to be happy

7F班王仁熙同学分享了获得快乐的方式，她认为快乐是内心矛盾的消融，并分享了一个获得快乐很有用的方法——叠加法，此外还指出获得快乐的最好方法是顺从自己的自我成就感。如果想获得真正的快乐，就为自己设立一个目标并逐步实现它，在实现目标过程中获得自我价值感带来的快乐。评委老师点评她分享的主题非常有价值，亲和力很强，结构清晰，逻辑层层递进，表达流利，让大家对快乐有了更深刻的理解。

Wang Renxi, a classmate from Class 7F, shared how to obtain happiness. She believed that happiness is the dissolution of inner conflicts, and shared a very useful method to obtain happiness - the superposition method. In addition, she also pointed out that the best way to achieve happiness is to obey your own sense of self-fulfillment. If you want to achieve true happiness, set a goal for yourself and achieve it step by step, and gain the happiness brought by your sense of self-worth in the process of achieving your goal. The teachers commented that the theme she shared was very valuable, with strong affinity, clear structure, progressive logic, and fluent expression, which gave everyone a deeper understanding of happiness.

姚罗衾：时间管理

Yao Luoqun: Time management

7C班姚罗衾同学分享了合理规划和安排时间的方法，从时间管理的理由、好处，以及如何培养时间管理能力三方面展开分析。她认为，只有合理规划和安排自己的时间，才能让大家更好地实现自己的目标和梦想。评委老师点评其选题有现实意义，灵活运用了问题引导，观众很容易对这个话题产生兴趣。她对声音和语速的控制很恰当，使得整个演讲比较从容，头脑清醒，层次清晰。

Yao Luogu, a student from Class 7C, shared the method of planning and arranging time reasonably, analyzing from three aspects: the reasons and benefits of time management, and how to cultivate time management ability. She believes that only by planning and arranging your time properly can everyone better achieve their goals and dreams.The teacher commented that the topic selection was of practical significance and the questions were used flexibly to guide the audience. It was easy for the audience to become interested in this topic. Her control of her voice and speaking speed was very appropriate, making the whole speech relatively calm, clear-headed and clear-cut.

黄子喻：观察的妙用

Huang Ziyu: The magical power of observation

8C班黄子喻同学分享了认真观察的重要性。通过介绍切换档位的花洒引入主题，再借助真实案例阐述观察能够帮我们避免生活中不必要的麻烦，并通过分享孟德尔、魏格纳等科学家的事例指出，观察还能促进科学发展。她倡议，大家要做一个细心的观察者，减少麻烦，拥有更美好的生活。评委老师点评其选题非常有意义，内容很接地气，逻辑清晰，给听众传递了丰富的信息。

Huang Ziyu from Class 8C shared the importance of careful observation. The theme is introduced by introducing the shower head that switches gears, and then using real cases to illustrate that observation can help us avoid unnecessary troubles in life. It also points out by sharing examples of Mendel, Wegener and other scientists that observation can also promote scientific development.She suggested that everyone should be a careful observer to reduce trouble and have a better life. The teacher commented that the topic selection was very meaningful, the content was down-to-earth, the logic was clear, and it conveyed a wealth of information to the audience.

吴芊芊：永葆童心

Wu Qianqian: Always keep your childlike innocence

7C班吴芊芊同学分享了永葆童心的重要性。她分享了与妈妈共度儿童节的经历。她认为真正智慧的人，无论经历了多少岁月的磨砺，依然会保持一颗童心。评委老师点评其谈吐流利，落落大方，准备充分，ppt与演讲内容衔接流畅，充满趣味性。

Wu Qianqian, a student from Class 7C, shared the importance of always maintaining a childlike innocence. She shared her experience of spending Children's Day with her mother. She believes that a truly wise person will still maintain a childlike innocence no matter how many years he has gone through. The judges commented that his speech was fluent, elegant and well-prepared, and his ppt and speech content were smoothly connected and full of interest.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely;to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future VBS teenager to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.
