万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2024年1月5日上午8时，万科双语学校本学期第七场E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。

VBS Net News  In order to improve students' comprehensive ability in speech and expression, improve students' comprehensive literacy in Chinese and English, and let children stand on the center of the stage, Vanke Bilingual School's seventh E-talk event this semester was held in the school theater at 8:00 am on January 5, 2024. More than 100 teachers and students listened to the speech live. The event was broadcast live to all teachers and students in the school.

本次E-talk活动的主题是“knowledge that I want to share”（我想跟大家分享的知识）。来自一至三年级的6名同学用英文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了关于动物、太空、行星、食物等方面的知识。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme of this E-talk event is "knowledge that I want to share". Six students from grades one to three gave wonderful speeches in English. The students shared their knowledge about animals, space, planets, food, etc. The judging teacher commented on the wonderful performance of the students.

陈则行：我爱小猫咪

Chen Zexing: I love kittens

3G班陈则行 （Zack）分享了关于猫咪的知识，让大家知道了猫咪是爱卫生、非常擅长狩猎的灵敏的动物。评委老师非常喜欢Zack自信的台风，赞扬他清晰地表达了自己对猫咪的喜爱，表现精彩！

Chen Zexing (Zack) from the 3G class shared knowledge about cats, letting everyone know that cats are sensitive animals that love hygiene and are very good at hunting. The judges liked Zack's confident style very much and praised him for clearly expressing his love for cats and his wonderful performance!

张简兮：冥王星是行星吗

Zhang Jianxi: Is Pluto a planet?

3O班张简兮（Jane）像一个天文学家一样讲述了为什么冥王星不再被认为是一颗行星？原来因为科学家们修改了条件，冥王星退出了行星行列。评委老师对Jane的分享给予了高度的认可。

Zhang Jianxi (Jane) from Class 3O talked like an astronomer about why Pluto is no longer considered a planet? It turns out that because scientists modified the conditions, Pluto withdrew from the ranks of planets. The teachers highly recognized Jane’s sharing.

陈乐言：动物有超强的适应能力

Chen Leyan: Animals have super adaptability

3C班陈乐言（Yan）分享了关于动物的知识。她指出动物有超强的适应能力，通过迁徙、筑巢等不同的方式适应大自然。评委老师觉得Yan小朋友真了不起，能用那么多高难度的单词把自然科学知识讲得如此清楚，希望他能继续探索自然科学。

Chen Leyan (Yan) from Class 3C shared knowledge about animals. She pointed out that animals have strong adaptability and adapt to nature through different methods such as migration and nest building. The teachers thought that student Yan was really amazing. He could use so many difficult words to explain natural science knowledge so clearly. He hoped that he could continue to explore natural science.

王贝兮：我爱地球

Wang Beixi: I love the earth

“你知道关于火星的知识吗？火星上有生命吗？”2I班王贝兮（Bessie）分享了关于火星的知识，台下的小朋友们听得津津有味。Bessie说如果她能去火星，她想设计一件宇航服，上面写上“我爱地球”！评委老师对Bessie的分享赞不绝口，二年级的同学就能知道这么多有趣的外太空知识，而且语言表达清晰，真是令人惊叹！

"Do you know anything about Mars? Is there life on Mars?" Bessie, Wang of Class 2I, shared her knowledge about Mars, and the children in the audience listened with interest.Bessie said that if she could go to Mars, she would want to design a spacesuit with "I love Earth" written on it! The teachers were full of praise for Bessie’s sharing. It’s amazing that second grade students can know so much interesting outer space knowledge and express it clearly in language!

郑青岚：食物金字塔

Zheng Qinglan: Food Pyramid

2C班郑青岚（Eva）分享了关于食物金字塔的知识。Eva告诉大家，人们每天摄入的食物要丰富，不能单一，不然营养会不全面。评委老师很喜欢Eva的分享，实用性很强，能了解更多关于营养学的知识。

Zheng Qinglan (Eva) from Class 2C shared her knowledge about the food pyramid. Eva tells everyone that people should eat a variety of foods every day, not just a single food, otherwise the nutrition will be incomplete. The judges liked Eva's sharing very much. It was very practical and allowed her to learn more about nutrition.

胡显达：去火星上建造家园

Hu Xianda: Go build a home on Mars

1I 班胡显达（Mike）是一个外太空迷！他用稚嫩的声音分享了火星知识，并告诉大家如果发生了意外，人类不得不去火星上建造家园。评委老师非常喜欢Mike的分享，赞美他用可爱的语音语调讲了一个有趣的故事。

Hu Xianda (Mike) from Class 1I is an outer space fan! He shared knowledge about Mars in a childish voice and told everyone that if an accident occurs, humans will have to build homes on Mars. The teachers liked Mike's sharing very much and praised him for telling an interesting story with a cute voice and intonation.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely;to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future VBS teenager to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.

让我们一起期待，在E-talk的舞台上，VBS未来少年们将如何用他们的声音，引领我们走进他们的世界，感受他们的热情与活力。

Let us look forward to how the future teenagers of VBS will use their voices to lead us into their world and feel their enthusiasm and vitality on the E-talk stage.
