万双网讯  2024年1月8日，万科双语学校2023-2024第一学期第二十周升旗仪式在学校操场举办。本周升旗仪式由 8C班、8D 班承担。8C班是一个团结友爱、求实创新的班集体，8D班是一个努力拼搏、积极向上的班集体。

VBS Net News  On January 8, 2024, the flag-raising ceremony for the twentieth week of the first semester of 2023-2024 at Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school playground. The flag-raising ceremony was hosted by Wang Xilin and Shi Bo of Class 8D. Wei Yinuo and Chen Yile from Class 8C gave speeches under the national flag. The title of their speech was "Always thinking and respecting great men". First Secretary Yang Yijuan gave a lecture on current affairs.

2024年1月8日，是周恩来总理逝世48周年的日子。今天，我们怀着崇敬的心情纪念敬爱的周恩来总理，深切缅怀他为党、人民、国家和人民军队建立的卓著功勋。

January 8, 2024, marks the 48th anniversary of the death of Premier Zhou Enlai. We are here to deeply cherish the memory of his outstanding achievements for the Party, the people and the country.

周恩来同志出生于1898年，在他青少年时期，由于西方列强入侵和封建统治腐败，中国正处于内忧外患之中。面对国家危难和人民困苦，周恩来同志决心“为中华之崛起”而读书。

Comrade Zhou Enlai was born in 1898. When he was a teenager, China was in the midst of internal and external troubles. In the face of the national crisis and the people's hardship, Comrade Zhou Enlai was determined to "study for the rise of China".

周恩来同志和他那一代杰出中国共产党人一样，苦苦探求救国救民的真理和道路。他投身五四爱国运动，开始接触马克思列宁主义，随后远赴欧洲勤工俭学，通过反复比较，确立了共产主义信仰。1921年，他在巴黎参与创建旅欧共产党早期组织，成为中国共产党最早的党员之一。

Comrade Zhou Enlai labouredly sought the truth and the way to save the country. He joined the May Fourth Patriotic Movement, began to contact Marxism-Leninism, and then went to Europe for work-study, afterwards he established the Communist faith. In 1921, he participated in the founding of the early organization of the Communist Party of Europe in Paris and became one of the earliest members of the Communist Party of China.

新中国成立后，他为社会主义各项建设倾注了大量心血。他对人民的关怀无微不至，但对自己却是严格要求，“要保持艰苦奋斗的传统”，“我是总服务员”，“我们要和时间赛跑”，经常一天工作超过12小时，有时在16小时以上。直至被确诊患癌症，直至生命的最后时刻，他仍抱病操劳国事，心忧百姓。

After the founding of New China, he devoted a lot of efforts to the construction of socialism. He cares for the people meticulously, but is strict with himself. He often said, "We must maintain the tradition of hard work", "we are in a race against time," and he worked for more than 12 hours a day. Until he was diagnosed with cancer, until the last moment of his life, he was still concerned about the people.

周恩来没有子女和遗产。但他去世后，却有十里长街“泪飞顿作倾盆雨”，无数群众流泪送别……几十年岁月流逝，但是一提起这个名字，无数国人的心中，依然会涌起难以抑制的崇敬和深情。

Zhou Enlai had no children or inheritance. But after his death, there were ten miles of long streets "tears flying as torrential rain", and countless people cried goodbye... 据参考消息网报道，自1月3日起，中国制造的轻轨列车在墨西哥城的塔斯克尼亚-霍奇米尔科线路上正式运行，标志着墨西哥首都交通系统迈向新的里程碑。这是中国制造的轻轨列车首次服务墨西哥城公共交通系统。未来几个月还将有八列投入运营。
