万双网讯  2023年12月11日，万科双语学校举办2023-2024第一学期第十六周升旗仪式。本周升旗仪式由7C班、7D班承担。

升旗仪式由尹溵梓、李雨霏主持。李晨畅、姚罗青做了国旗下讲话。他们演讲的题目是《勿忘国耻 勇毅前行》。派驻第一书记杨艺娟做了时事热点宣讲。

The flag-raising ceremony was presided over by Yin Anzi and Li Yufei. Li Chenchang and Yao Luoqing gave speeches under the national flag. The title of their speech was "Don't forget the national humiliation and move forward with courage." Yang Yijuan, the first secretary stationed there, gave a lecture on current affairs hot topics.

“国行公祭，法立典章。铸兹宝鼎，祀我国殇。”古朴庄重的国家公祭鼎，静静安放在侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆公祭广场上，160字铭文向人们诉说着南京大屠杀历史。

"The National Public Memorial Ceremony is held to enact laws and regulations. The creation of this bronze tripod is to commemorate the victims of the Nanjing Massacre. " The simple and solemn National Public Memorial Tripod is quietly placed on the public memorial square of the Memorial Hall for the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre Commemorated by Japanese Invaders, with a 160-word inscription narrating the history of the Nanjing Massacre.

历史，不因时间的流逝而褪色，反而在一次次记忆唤醒中显得愈发明亮。翻开1937年日历。南京保卫战的硝烟里，守城将士唱响金陵悲歌，誓与南京共存亡，为保卫南京战至最后一刻。

History does not fade with the passage of time, but instead it becomes brighter with the awakening of memory. In 1937, the brave soldiers sang the Nanjing Elegy, vowing to survive and die together to struggle for the last minute to defend Nanjing.

12月13日，南京沦陷，30万生命被践踏、被杀戮，永远倒在了持续6个多星期的南京大屠杀中。孩童的恐惧、妇女的泣血、老人的绝望……成为这段黑暗历史最令人心痛的一页。

On December 13th, Nanjing fell into enemy hands, and 300,000 lives were trampled and killed, forever falling in the Nanjing Massacre that lasted for more than six weeks. The fear of children, the blood of women, the despair of the elderly... became the most heartbreaking page of this dark history.

2014年2月27日，十二届全国人大常委会第七次会议通过决定，以立法形式将12月13日设立为南京大屠杀死难者国家公祭日。国家主席习近平曾经讲过，南京大屠杀惨案铁证如山、不容篡改。公祭日是要唤起每一个善良的人们对和平的向往和坚守，而不是要延续仇恨。

On February 27, 2014, the Seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the 12th NationalCongress of China determined to set the National Memorial Day for the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre in the form of legislation On December 13. The public memorial day is to arouse the yearning and persistence of every kind-hearted person for peace, rather than to continue hatred.

据参考消息网12月7日报道，在一项备受关注的教育能力调查中，以新加坡为首的亚洲国家高居榜首，而欧洲的水平则以创纪录的速度下滑。

According to a report by Reference News Network on December 7, in a closely watched survey of educational capabilities, Asian countries, led by Singapore, topped the list, while the level in Europe fell at a record rate.

这项调查叫国际学生评估项目( PISA)，是经济合作与发展组织（OECD）于2000年发起的对基础教育进行跨国家（地区）、跨文化评价的项目。主要对15岁学生的阅读、数学、科学素养和运用知识解决生活实际问题的能力进行测评。英国人将PISA喻为“教育界的世界杯”竞赛。作为非成员国，中国大陆2009年以地区身份首次参评。我国自参加PISA测试以来，所获得的分数和排名基本都居世界前列。

This survey is called the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA). It is a cross-national (regional) and cross-cultural evaluation project of basic education launched by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in 2000. It mainly evaluates 15-year-old students' reading, mathematics, scientific literacy and ability to use knowledge to solve practical problems in life. The British describe PISA as the "World Cup of education" competition. As a non-member, mainland China participated for the first time as a region in 2009. Since my country participated in the PISA test, its scores and rankings have basically been among the best in the world.

经合组织还首次调查了学生的幸福感，调查显示：位居榜首地区的学生不一定更快乐。PISA的测评数据虽备受关注，但也存在质疑，因各国国情和文化背景等存在诸多差异。而今全面深化教育评价改革，教育不再“唯分数论”，而是更加注重学生综合素质的发展。

The OECD has also surveyed student happiness for the first time, and the survey shows that students in the top areas are not necessarily happier. Although PISA's evaluation data has attracted much attention, there are also doubts because there are many differences in national conditions and cultural backgrounds among countries. Nowadays, with the comprehensive deepening of education evaluation reform, education is no longer "score-only", but pays more attention to the development of students' comprehensive quality.

在2021至2022学年度，经年级组和学校大队部推荐，龙华区评选，万科双语学校5C班严熹同学、6C班熊琪语同学、6I班黄艺铭同学、原6E班王弈涵同学、8C班李安然同学被评为“优秀少先队员”。在2022至2023学年度深圳市教育工作先进个人评选中，胡雅琼老师被评为“优秀班主任”。杨帆校长为获奖师生颁发了奖状。

In the 2021-2022 school year, after recommendation by the grade group and the school team, Longhua District selected Yan Xi from Class 5C of Vanke Bilingual School, Xiong Qiyu from Class 6C, Huang Yiming from Class 6I, Wang Yihan from Class 6E, and Li An Ran from Class 8C were named “Outstanding Young Pioneer”. In the selection of advanced individuals in education in Shenzhen in the 2022-2023 school year, teacher Hu Yaqiong was named "Excellent Class Teacher". Principal Yang Fan awarded certificates to the winning teachers and students.
