On December 4, the third Young Pioneers Congress of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theater.

Yang Yijuan, the first secretary in charge, delivered a congratulatory speech for this conference. She congratulated the successful convening of this conference and encouraged the team members to aspire to become builders and successors of the socialist cause with ideals, ethics, culture, discipline, and comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical education, and art. Under the guidance of the bright party flag and the shining of the star torch, we use our own practical actions to add luster to the red scarf on our chest.

活动一：少先队大队委竞选演讲

Activity 1: Young Pioneers Brigade Committee Election Speech

经班级民主推荐和少先队知识考核，共有20名候选人入围本次少先队大队委改选活动。本次竞选活动包括演讲和现场问答两部分。候选队员进行了声情并茂的演讲，表达了自己对少先队工作的热情和决心。现场问答考察了候选队员的应变能力和解决问题的能力，让现场的队员代表对他们的工作能力有更清楚地了解。

After class democratic recommendation and Young Pioneers knowledge assessment, a total of 20 candidates were shortlisted for this Young Pioneers brigade committee re-election event. The campaign will consist of speeches and live Q&A. The candidate team members gave emotional speeches, expressing their enthusiasm and determination for the work of the Young Pioneers. The on-site Q&A examined the adaptability and problem-solving abilities of the candidate team members, allowing the team representatives on-site to have a clearer understanding of their work abilities.

竞选演讲结束后，是激动人心的投票环节。各中队的队员代表们选出了13位他们认可的少先队大队委。

After the campaign speeches, there was an exciting voting session. The team members representatives of each squadron selected 13 Young Pioneers Team Committee members that they recognized.

活动二：颁奖

Activity 2: Award presentation

本次大会召开之前，学校积极开展少代会红领巾小提案征集活动。活动收到了来自全校各中队推选出的优秀小提案共42份，内容涵盖广泛，涉及学习、安全、校园活动、学校常规、权益保护、少先队建设等诸多方面，反映出队员们对家庭、学校、社会等方面的观察和思考，展现了新时代少先队员的优秀主人翁意识。通过学校少先队大队评选，陈则行、金家钰、朱乐怡同学的提案：《改善校园及周边环境》 ，杨若翾、管礼娴、骆嘉仪、石子立、杨莞童同学的提案：《网络安全不容忽视》被评选为“优秀红领巾小提案”。

Before this conference, the school actively carried out a small proposal collection activity for the Red Scarf of the Youth Congress. The activity received a total of 42 outstanding small proposals from all squadrons in the school, covering a wide range of aspects, including learning, safety, campus activities, school routines, rights protection, Young Pioneers construction and many other aspects, reflecting the team members’ concerns about family, school, and Observation and thinking about society and other aspects demonstrate the excellent sense of ownership of the young pioneers in the new era. Through the selection of the school's Young Pioneers Team, students Chen Zexing, Jin Jiayu, and Zhu Leyi's proposal: "Improving the Campus and Surrounding Environment", and students Yang Ruofu, Guan Lixian, Luo Jiayi, Shi Zili, and Yang Guantong's proposal: "Network Security Cannot Be Neglected" were selected as "Excellent" "Red Scarf Little Proposal".

为了表彰先进、树立典型，鼓励少先队员健康全面地发展，经学校少先队大队部研究决定，本次大会上对上一届在在少先队工作中尽职尽责，表现突出的少先队大队委们颁发“优秀少先队干部”证书。

In order to commend the advanced, set an example, and encourage the healthy and comprehensive development of the Young Pioneers, after research and decision by the school’s Young Pioneers Brigade Department, at this conference, the committee members of the Young Pioneers Brigade of the previous term who have performed their duties and outstanding performance in the work of the Young Pioneers will be awarded the "Excellent Young Pioneers" Cadre" certificate.

会议最后，大队辅导员胡雅琼老师带领全体少先队员呼号。在庄严的退旗曲中，隆重而神圣的少先队代表大会圆满结束。

At the end of the meeting, teacher Hu Yaqiong, the team counselor, led all the Young Pioneers to call for signs. In the solemn flag-retiring song, the solemn and sacred Young Pioneers Congress came to a successful conclusion.

本次少代会充分体现了队员们当家做主的主人翁精神，大大增强了少先队员的光荣感和组织归属感。少先队员们将以此次大会为起点，不忘初心、团结奋进，不断增强自身的责任感和使命感。

This Young Pioneers Congress fully reflected the ownership spirit of the team members and greatly enhanced the sense of glory and organizational belonging of the Young Pioneers.
