万双网讯  为涵养学生家国情怀，健全少先队组织，加强共青团建设，11月30日，万科双语学校“初中建队”暨少先队员“离队入团”仪式在学校剧场举行。校长助理、少工委常务副主任林红英，派驻第一书记杨艺娟，行政中心副主任、党支部宣传委员马葳，团委书记孙晓萌，大队辅导员胡雅琼，团委组织委员雷水莲，团委宣传委员何先姬，以及七年级各中队辅导员和七八年级学生参与了本次活动。

会议第二阶段，根据《中国少年先锋队章程》规定，年满14周岁的少年必须离队，八年级、九年级104名同学全体离队。离队少先队员代表杨子美同学做了发⾔。她对即将离队的少先队员们说：“离队不是结束，而是新的开始。我们需要更加努力地学习、锻炼自己，不断提高自己的综合素质。‘路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索’，让我们一起在未来的道路上不断努力、不断前行！”

经学校党支部、团委审议，同意接收尹俊龙、聂睿晨、潘萱萱三位同学加入中国共产主义青年团，团委书记孙晓萌老师为新团员佩戴团徽，并进行了⼊团宣誓。

尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：

大家好！

今天，我站在这里，作为一名即将离队的少先队员，心中感慨万千。在加入少先队这个大家庭中，我经历了许多，也学到了许多。今天，我想和大家分享一些我的收获和思考。

首先，我想问大家一个问题：少先队，这个充满着童真和梦想的地方，对于我们每一个人的成长意味着什么？

在这里，我们学会了团结、互助、友爱和奉献。我们学会了如何做一个优秀的少先队员，如何为人民服务，如何为实现中国梦贡献自己的力量。

但是，随着年龄的增长，我们也将面临着更多的选择和挑战。在这个充满着机遇和竞争的时代，我们需要更加努力地学习、锻炼自己，才能更好地适应社会的发展和变化。

因此，我想说，少先队是我们成长道路上一个非常重要的阶段。在这里，我们不仅学到了知识和技能，更重要的是学会了如何做人，如何与人相处。在未来的日子里，我们需要将这些宝贵的经验带入到学习和生活中，不断进步、不断成长。

大家好！

今天，我很荣幸能够在这个特别的时刻，代表全体新团员发言。从今天起，我们将正式成为中国共产主义青年团的一员，我们的身份和使命也随之改变。

首先，我想说，成为一名共青团员，是我们的荣耀，也是我们的责任。共青团是中国共产党的后备军，是先进青年的组织，是青年们学习和实践中国特色社会主义的重要平台。作为一名共青团员，我们要时刻牢记自己的身份和使命，不断提高自己的思想觉悟和政治素质，始终保持高尚的道德品质和良好的行为习惯。
