万双网讯  为加强学生劳动教育,提升学生劳动意识,让万双学子更好地了解和体验万双食堂的管理运作方式和菜品的加工制作流程,使孩子们在校吃得放心的同时更加珍惜厨房师傅们的劳动成果,养成节约不浪费的好习惯,从本学期开始,万科双语学校不仅延续了以往新生家长参观餐厅的活动,同时也组织了二至八年级的学生代表参观餐厅


VBS Net News   In order to strengthen students' labor education and enhance students' labor awareness, VBS students can better understand and experience the management and operation of VBS canteen and the processing and production process of dishes, so that children can eat with confidence and peace of mind at school, while also cherishing the fruits of labor of the kitchen masters and developing a good habit of saving and not wasting.Starting from this semester, VBS restaurant has not only continued the previous activities of parents of new students visiting the restaurant, but also organized student representatives from grades 2 to 8 to visit the restaurant.

从10 月13日至11月16日,每个星期五的中午,家长和学生分为六个批次进行了参观体验。学校保障中心陈东林主任、行政中心陈诺斯主任、发展中心副主任黄雅娟、保障中心张昆主管、餐厅甘经理、营养师等热情接待了家长和同学们,并进行了详细讲解。


From October 13th to November 16th, at noon every Friday, parents and students were divided into six batches for a visit experience. Director Chen Donglin of the School Security Center, Director Chen Nuosi of the Administrative Center, Huang Yajuan, Deputy Director of the Development Center, Director Zhang Kun of the Security Center, Restaurant Manager Gan, and nutritionists warmly received parents and students and gave detailed explanations.

家长、学生代表进入后厨,实地察看了学校食堂的粗加工区、精加工区、烹饪区、洗消区、配餐区、仓库等区域,详细了解了学校食堂的运作流程;查看了食堂的管理台账,熟悉所有食材的采购供应渠道,以及采购、检测、消毒等环节的监管制度及执行情况。


Parents and student representatives entered the kitchen and inspected the rough processing area, finishing area, cooking area, decontamination area, catering area, warehouse and other areas of the school cafeteria, and learned in detail the operation process of the school cafeteria; they also inspected the management of the canteen;they checked the management ledger of the canteen and became familiar with the procurement and supply channels of all ingredients, as well as the supervision system and implementation of procurement, testing, disinfection and other aspects.

在操作间,高年级的同学们还穿上工作服,戴好厨师帽,手持大铲,翻炒菜肴,体验了一把厨师做菜的过程。同学们感觉后厨师傅做的不只是技能活,也是力气活,的确非常辛苦。在认真参观了食堂管理和饭菜制作的全流程后,大家切身感受到了作为A级标准的学校食堂,从设施配备到各项管理都是一流的。


In the operation room, senior students also put on work clothes and chef hats, held large shovels, stir-fried dishes, and experienced the cooking process of a chef. The students felt that what the chefs did was not only technical work, but also physical work, which was indeed very hard.

After carefully visiting the whole process of canteen management and meal preparation, everyone felt that the school canteen, as an A-level standard, is first-class from facilities to all aspects of management.

家长们看到万双后厨的干净、整洁、卫生、健康,品尝了色香味俱全的食物,纷纷以美篇、感言、小视频等方式,向本班其他家长详细描述了自己的所见所感,让家长们放心。

万科双语学校高度关注学生饮食安全与营养,为学生提供优质、放心的餐饮服务。此次参观体验活动历时一个多月,家长和学生亲眼目睹了整个食品的加工过程,了解食品的来源、存储和加工流程,对学校高度重视食品安全、严格做好食堂管理、科学搭配三餐营养、用心守护学子健康所做的大量工作有了真切的感受。

万双网讯  为加强学生劳动教育,提升学生劳动意识,让万双学子更好地了解和体验万双食堂的管理运作方式和菜品的加工制作流程,使孩子们在校吃得放心的同时更加珍惜厨房师傅们的劳动成果,养成节约不浪费的好习惯,从本学期开始,万科双语学校不仅延续了以往新生家长参观餐厅的活动,同时也组织了二至八年级的学生代表参观餐厅
