万双网讯  2023年 11月13日，万科双语学校2023-2024第一学期第十二周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由4C班和4D班承担。两个班级都是积极向上、团结互助的班级。

VBS Net News  On November 13, 2023, the flag-raising ceremony for the twelfth week of the first semester of 2023-2024 at Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school playground. This week's flag-raising ceremony was undertaken by Class 4C and Class 4D. Both classes are positive, united and supportive classes.

升旗仪式由4C班曹嘉树和4D班洪婧祎主持。4D班冼青蔓和4C班胡梓涵同学做了国旗下讲话。他们演讲的题目是“行为规范常在我心”。杨艺娟书记做了时事热点宣讲。

The flag-raising ceremony was hosted by Cao Jiashu from Class 4C and Hong Jingyi from Class 4D. Xian Qingman from Class 4D and Hu Zihan from Class 4C gave speeches under the national flag. The title of their speech was "Keeping norms of good behavior in mind". Secretary Yang Yijuan gave a lecture on current affairs hot topics.

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家早上好!

Good morning everyone.

今天，我们国旗下演讲的题目是《行为规范常在我心》。

This is my honor to have a speech here. The title of my speech is ---Keeping norms of good behavior in mind.

首先，我想问问同学们：你刚才有大声唱国歌吗?你有严肃而认真地向国旗敬礼吗?你回答师长问话时有起立吗?你会随意打断别人的讲话、打扰他人学习工作和休息吗?你妨碍了别人有道歉吗?

Firstly, I have some questions for you. Did you sing the national anthem loudly just now? Did you stand up before you answered to teachers’questions? Did you interrupt others when they were speaking? Or did you bother others when they were working or resting? Did you say sorry to others when you made mistakes?

有的同学可能会想:问这些小事干吗?千万不要把这些看作小事。俗话说:“没有规矩，不成方圆”。为了保证人们的正常生活，每个国家都有自己的法律，与此同理，在学校要成为合格的小学生，最基本的就应该遵守《小学生日常行为规范》，遵守校规校纪，这对于我们养成良好的行为习惯至关重要。

You may confused that why I asked you those questions as they seem not matter. Actually, they matter. As the saying goes, nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards. In order to building a stable society, each country has its own laws. In the same way, in order to  become the pupils with good behaviour, we should obey the "pupils daily code of conduct" comply with school rules and discipline, which is essential for us to develop good habits.

良好的日常行为规范，需要我们平时做什么?良好行为规范是上学路上相遇时的微笑，是平时与别人相处时的亲切，是见到师长时行礼问好，是看到地上有纸屑垃圾自觉将其放入垃圾箱，是上下楼梯主动谦让靠右走，是爱惜学校一草一木。在学校我们的行为代表学校的形象，将来我们也会踏入社会，我们的行为也将影响社会的风气。

What do we need to do in to have good daily behavior? A good daily behavior can be seen in the greeting to your fiends on your way to school; being nice to others; greeting to teachers, picking up the rubbish on the way; walking up and down the stairs on the right; protecting every plant in our school. As a pupil, our behavior on behalf of our school, in the future, as an adult, our behavior will make influence in the society .

希望同学们认真遵守《小学生日常行为规范》，不仅将良好的行为规范记在心里，更要付诸于行动，做到言行一致。

I hope that all the students seriously abide by the "pupils daily code of conduct," not only keep them in our mind, but also to put into action.

11月3日，在习近平总书记提出“精准扶贫”理念十周年之际，以“共享减贫经验 建设和美乡村”为主题的“十八洞”减贫与发展论坛在湖南湘西开幕。近30个国家的代表汇聚一堂，交流减贫经验。

On November 3, on the tenth anniversary of the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the "Shibadong" Poverty Reduction and Development Forum with the theme of "Sharing Poverty Reduction Experience and Building a Harmonious Village" opened in Xiangxi, Hunan. Representatives from nearly 30 countries gathered to exchange experiences in poverty reduction.

十年来，十八洞村坚持因地制宜壮大产业，形成种养、苗绣、劳务、旅游、山泉水五大产业体系，村集体收入从十年前的零元增长至2022年的380万元。

Over the past ten years, Shibadong Village has insisted on expanding its industries according to local conditions and formed five major industrial systems: planting, Miao embroidery, labor, tourism, and mountain spring water. The village's collective income has increased from zero yuan ten years ago to 3.8 million yuan in 2022.

十年来，中国实现了从农村人口全部脱贫到大步迈向乡村振兴的人间奇迹，为世界减贫事业提供了中国方案。

In the past ten years, China has achieved the miracle of lifting all rural residents out of poverty and taking great strides towards rural revitalization, providing a Chinese solution to the world's poverty reduction cause.

全国政协副主席何报翔在论坛中致辞表示，十八洞村是展示习近平总书记思想伟力、人民情怀和务实作风的重要窗口，是中国共产党带领人民取得脱贫攻坚伟大胜利的成功典范，更是中华民族消除绝对贫困、迈向共同富裕的时代标杆，在中国共产党百年奋斗史、中华民族文明史乃至世界减贫史上具有重要的历史地位和世界意义。

He Baoxiang, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, said in his speech at the forum that Shibadong Village is an important window to display the power of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thoughts, people's feelings and pragmatic style. It is a successful example of the Communist Party of China leading the people to achieve great victory in poverty alleviation. The Chinese nation has eradicated absolute poverty and moved towards common prosperity as a benchmark for the times. It has an important historical position and global significance in the century-old struggle history of the Communist Party of China, the history of Chinese civilization, and even the history of world poverty reduction.

同学们近期以“脱贫攻坚”为主题开展PBL研究，学校在杨帆校长的引领下，我们一直在关注国家和世界的发展。虽然有着较为优越的生活和学习环境，同学们不仅一直践行“零废弃生活”，而且能通过义卖等行动为乡村学校捐款，传递爱心和温度。相信敢于创造美好生活的未来少年们，一定能相应党的号召，从研究“脱贫攻坚”到付诸实践，助力我们的祖国，在推动乡村振兴的新征程上取得新突破，赢得新胜利。

Students have recently conducted PBL research on the theme of "Poverty Alleviation". Under the leadership of Principal Yang Fan, the school has been paying attention to the development of the country and the world. Although they have a relatively superior living and learning environment, the students not only practice "zero waste life", but also donate to rural schools through charity sales and other actions to spread love and warmth. I believe that young people in the future who dare to create a better life will definitely respond to the Party’s call, from studying “poverty alleviation” to putting it into practice, to help our motherland achieve new breakthroughs and win new victories in the new journey of promoting rural revitalization.
