万双网讯  2023年10月16日，万科双语学校2023-2024第一学期第八周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由3C班、3V班承担。3C班和3V班都是团结友爱、积极向上的班级。

VBS Net News  On October 16, 2023, the flag-raising ceremony for the eighth week of the first semester of 2023-2024 at Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school playground. This week's flag-raising ceremony was undertaken by Class 3C and Class 3V. Class 3C and Class 3V are both united, friendly, and positive classes.

升旗仪式由3C班陈乐言、3V班李芷沁主持。3C班李瑆缘和3V班石禹灏同学做了国旗下讲话。他们演讲的题目是“心理健康 快乐相伴”。派驻第一书记杨艺娟做了时事热点宣讲。

The flag-raising ceremony was hosted by Chen Leyan from Class 3C and Li Zhiqin from Class 3V. Li Xuanyuan from Class 3C and Shi Yuhao from Class 3V gave speeches under the national flag. The title of their speech was "Mental Health and Happiness". First Secretary Yang Yijuan gave a lecture on current affairs hot topics.

同学们，你可曾为一点小事而气愤不已？你可曾无缘无故地感到郁闷烦恼？如果有，请关注你的心理是否健康！

Students, have you ever been angry about a little thing? Have you ever felt depressed for no reason? If so, please pay attention to whether your mind is healthy!

什么是心理健康呢？它不仅仅是指没有精神疾病，更重要的是一种积极的心态。拥有良好的心理健康意味着我们能够应对生活中的挑战，保持情绪的平衡，积极地看待未来。

What is mental health? It is not just about not having a mental illness, but more importantly about a positive state of mind. Having good mental health means that we are able to cope with life's challenges, maintain emotional balance, and view the future positively.

那么，如何才能实现心理健康呢？

So, how can mental health be achieved?

首先，我们要学会关爱自己。正如王尔德所说：“爱自己是终身浪漫的开始。”我们每个人身上都有优点和缺点，学会欣赏自己的闪光点，允许自己当下存在的不足，正确认识自我，让自己更加自信和自爱。

First, we need to learn to take care of ourselves. As Wilde said: Loving yourself is the beginning of a lifelong romance. Each of us has strengths and weaknesses, you need to see what you are good at, allow our shortcomings,  understand ourselves, and make ourselves more confident and self-loving.

其次，建立积极的人际关系。和家人、朋友建立亲密的联系，分享彼此的快乐和忧虑。同时我们不要忘记关心他人，帮助他们解决问题，增强我们的幸福感，加深我们的人际关系。

Next, we should have positive interpersonal relationships. We build close with family and friends,  share each other’s joys and concerns. At the same time, do not forget to care for others, help them solve their problems, enhance our sense of happiness, and deepen our interpersonal relationships.

最后，要学会及时求助。在我们成长的过程中，我们会遇到各种困扰和挑战，当我们自己难以支撑的时候，可以向家人、老师与朋友敞开心扉，也可以走进咩咩心事屋，寻求心理老师的支持与帮助。

Finally, learn to seek help when needed. As we grow, we will meet many troubles and challenges. When we find it difficult to cope on our own, we can open up to family, teachers, and friends, or seek support and assistance from a mental health teacher.

同学们，追求心理健康不是一蹴而就的事情，而是需要我们不断地关心自己和他人，拥有积极的心态。让我们共同努力，让心理健康和快乐成为我们生活中最重要的陪伴。

For students, pursuing mental health is not an overnight achievement but requires continuous self-care and a positive mindset. Let’s work together to make mental health and happiness the most important companions in our lives.

全国宣传思想文化工作会议10月7日至8日在京召开，会上传达了习近平主席近日对宣传思想文化工作作出的重要指示，强调要坚定文化自信，秉持开放包容，坚持守正创新。

The National Ideological and Cultural Work Conference was held in Beijing from October 7th to 8th. The meeting conveyed President Xi Jinping’s recent important instructions on ideological and cultural work, emphasizing the need to strengthen cultural confidence, uphold openness and inclusiveness, and persist in integrity and innovation.

习近平文化思想是一个不断展开的、开放式的思想体系，必将随着实践深入不断丰富发展。今年暑假和国庆长假，以传统文化为主题的游学活动日益流行，掀起了“博物馆热”和“传统文化热”。

Xi Jinping’s cultural thought is an ever-expanding and open ideological system that will surely be continuously enriched and developed with the deepening of practice.

暑期有部动画电影叫《长安三万里》，李白的诗篇《将进酒》客家话版、粤语版、闽南话版，在网上热传。方言是一种独特的民族文化，传承数千年，有着丰厚的文化底蕴。该片还引发了内地“唐诗背诵热”“长安(西安)旅游热”“唐诗研学热”等，堪称“现象级作品”。可以说，《长安三万里》给文化产业带来了新启示。

There is an animated movie in the summer called "Thirty Thousand Miles from Chang'an", and the Hakka, Cantonese and Hokkien versions of Li Bai's poem "The Wine Will Come in" are widely circulated on the Internet. Dialect is a unique national culture that has been passed down for thousands of years and has rich cultural heritage. 深圳出品包含咏春拳和非遗香云纱元素的舞剧《咏春》火速“出圈”，在国内外巡演。咏春拳、南螳螂拳、八卦掌、八极拳、太极拳悉数登场，与极具巧思的舞美结合，有着丰富的审美质感和人文意蕴，唤醒了国人的“武侠梦”、创造精神、奋斗精神和梦想精神。

The dance drama "Wing Chun" produced in Shenzhen, which contains elements of Wing Chun and intangible cultural heritage Xiang Yunsha, quickly "came out of the circle" and toured domestically and abroad.
