万双网讯  运动是健康的源泉。7月4日至6日，万科双语学校地下篮球馆精彩不断，欢声雷动，2023年“万双杯”初中班级篮球赛在这里火热举行。学校七、八年级8个班学生全员参与。

VBS Net News  Exercise is the source of health. From July 4th to 6th, the underground basketball hall of Vanke Bilingual School was full of excitement and cheers. The 2023 "VBS Cup" junior high school basketball game was held here. All students from 8 classes in the seventh and eighth grades participated.

本次比赛采用淘汰赛制，设置了班级赛、年级赛和师生赛，为期3天，共11场比赛。比赛让学生彻底释放了压力，球场上双方比分交替上升，赚足了大家的眼球。有为班级同学加油呐喊的，有为老师进球鼓掌的，有为年级赛欢呼的，每一场都精彩纷呈。同学们在篮球场上挥洒汗水，展示技能，勇往直前，锻炼了身体，学会了遵守比赛规则，更重要的是收获了运动带来的快乐，增进了友谊，涵养了乐观、坚毅、包容的品质。

This competition adopts the knockout system, and set up class competition, grade competition and teacher-student competition. It lasts for 3 days and has 11 competitions in total. The competition let the students completely release the pressure, and the scores of the two sides rose alternately on the court, which attracted everyone's attention. Some cheered for the classmates, some applauded for the teacher's score, and some cheered for the grade competition. Every game was wonderful.The students sweated on the basketball court, showed their skills, moved forward bravely, exercised their bodies, learned to abide by the rules of the game, and more importantly, reaped the happiness brought by sports, enhanced friendship, and cultivated qualities of optimism, perseverance, and tolerance.

经过激烈拼搏，7E班、 8E班获得年级冠军，7F班、8D班获得年级亚军，7C班、8F班获得年级季军，7D班、8C班获得年级殿军。

After fierce struggle, Class 7E and Class 8E won the grade championship, Class 7F and 8D won the runner-up, Class 7C and 8F won the third runner-up, and Class 7D and 8C won the forth place.

16名同学获得“班级最有价值球员”称号。他们是：七年级陈亦乐、魏一诺、苏铭、王峙骅、任益百、童婳、任洺熠、曾麟然，八年级刘子涵 、杨馥榕、金圣超、李佩蓉、张子林、杨子美、何仕鑫、陈米霏。

16 students won the title of "Class Most Valuable Player". they are: Grade 7: Chen Yile, Wei Yinuo, Su Ming, Wang Zhihua, Ren Yibai, Tong Hua, Ren Mingyi, Zeng Linran; Grade 8: Liu Zihan, Yang Furong, Jin Shengchao, Li Peirong, Zhang Zilin, Yang Zimei, He Shixin, Chen Mifei.

杨帆校长致闭幕词。她对同学们球场上的拼搏精神给予了赞扬，希望同学们胜不骄败不馁，假期坚持锻炼，以健康的体魄去感受生命的美好，勇敢创造美好未来。

Principal Yang Fan delivered a closing speech. She praised the fighting spirit of the students on the court, and hoped that the students would not be arrogant in victory or discouraged in defeat. They would keep exercising during the holidays, feel the beauty of life with a healthy body, and bravely create a better future.

万科双语学校拥有4个高标准配置的地下篮球馆，在初中开设篮球课，由外籍专业教练指导。同时，学生自主成立篮球社团，个性化发展，全面提升体育素养。

Vanke Bilingual School has 4 high-standard underground basketball halls, and offers basketball classes in junior high schools, guided by foreign professional coaches.At the same time, students independently set up a basketball club to develop their own personality and comprehensively improve their sports literacy.
