5月29日，派驻第一书记杨艺娟老师给一年级全体同学开启了少先队知识第一课——《少先队史我知道》。同学们扑闪着求知的眼睛，听得十分专注。少先队干部们展示了队员风采，同学们想要入队的心情更加迫切。

6月15日，一年级的“准少先队员们”终于迎来了既紧张又兴奋的入队知识考核。考核分为两部分：入队知识问答和“六知六会”大闯关。少先队干部们作为“小考官”，对小同学开展 “会佩戴红领巾”、“会呼号”、“会背入队誓词”、“会唱队歌”、“会敬队礼”以及“知识盲盒”六个项目的考核。同学们的脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容，通过努力，顺利通关。

6月19日下午，一年级的同学们迎来了一个重要的时刻——少先队入队仪式。一年级149名同学和二年级6名同学光荣加入中国少年先锋队。万科双语学校党员代表和三四年级的少先队员代表为他们佩戴上了鲜艳的红领巾。

学校少工委副主任林红英校长助理为一年级各中队授予中队旗，宣读中队辅导员名单，并为各中队辅导员颁发聘书。

学校党支部书记、少工委主任杨帆校长给同学们讲述自己从少先队员到成为一名光荣的共产党员的历程，激励新队员们从小学先锋，长大做先锋。杨校长的发言让队员们心潮澎湃，心中增添了一份担当与责任。
