今天我们在国旗下演讲的题目是《积极应考 沉着应对》。

The topic of our speech today is “Take the exam calmly and face it positively”.

时光飞逝，本学期的学习生活已经接近尾声。今天，我们将迎来期末考试，以检测整个学期的学习收获。面对考试，我们可能会出现紧张、焦虑等情绪，适度的学习焦虑对我们的学习是有帮助的，然而过度的学习焦虑会阻碍正常的学习活动。因此，保持良好的心态应对考试，非常重要。那么我们应该怎么做呢？

How time flies. This semester is ending. Today, we will have the final exam to check what we have learned in the whole semester. In the face of exams, we may experience tension, anxiety and other emotions. A bit of anxiety is helpful for us, but too much of it will be harmful. Therefore, it is very important to keep a good attitude when facing the exam. Then, how can we do that?

一、建立自信。考前进行积极的自我暗示，可以帮助我们增强自信心，缓解紧张。考试中适当运用深呼吸，也能够让我们放松下来，从容应对考试。

Firstly, build up confidence. Positive thinking before the exam can help us relieve tension and be more confident. Take a deep breath during the exam. It can make us relax and calm us down.

二、劳逸结合，不打疲劳仗。充足的睡眠，规律的作息，适度的体育锻炼，有助于我们养精蓄锐，保持大脑清醒，用最好的状态迎接考试。

Secondly, balance study and sleep. Enough sleep, regular life, and moderate sports will help us recharge our batteries, keep our brain clear, and prepare us for the exam.

三、掌握考试策略。拿到试卷后，可以先浏览一遍，做到心中有数。看到难题时可以先放置一边，先做容易解答的考题，等信心充足、思路畅通、时间充裕时再做较难的题目。

Thirdly, use some exam skills. For example, when you get the exam paper, browse it first to get a general idea. When you meet a very difficult question, you can put it aside, and do the easy ones first. You can come back to it after you finish the rest of the paper.
