万双网讯  为贯彻落实国家“双减”精神和“五项管理”制度，提升学生学习内驱力，2023年6月30日，万科双语学校一二年级师生在篮球馆举办了以“万小双海底历险记”为主题的期末游园活动。本次游园以“游园+闯关”的形式进行，将学科知识与学生生活相结合，在轻松、愉快氛围中，考察学生的基础知识及综合能力。让学生在学中玩，在玩中考，在活动中体验，在体验中快乐成长。

VBS Net News   In order to implement the national "double reduction" spirit and the "five management" system, and enhance students' internal drive to learn, on June 30, 2023, the teachers and students of the first and second grades of Vanke Bilingual School held a carnival with the theme of "The Adventure Under The Sea of VBS " in the basketball hall. This carnival was carried out in the way of "play games+ complete some tasks", combining subject knowledge with student life, and examining students' basic knowledge and comprehensive ability in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Let students play in learning, take exams while playing, experience in activities, and grow happily in experience.

在筹备阶段，一二年级的老师们集思广益、群策群力，根据学科特点，从科学的考察目标出发，精心策划了丰富多彩的游园闯关活动。以“万小双海底历险”为主题背景，共设置了语文龙宫、数学龙宫、英语龙宫、劳动技能龙宫、海底游戏龙宫五大板块，每一个板块设计了5个有趣益智的闯关活动。孩子们化身海洋界的创作家、计算家、翻译家、劳动能手和竞技能手，以小组为单位参与挑战。

In the preparatory stage, the teachers of the first and second grades designed and worked it together, and carefully planned a variety of activities according to the characteristics of the discipline and the scientific investigation goals. With the theme of "The Adventure Under The Sea of VBS ", there are five major sections: Dragon Palace of Chinese, Dragon Palace of Math, Dragon Palace of English, Dragon Palace of Labor Skill , and Dragon Palace Game, and each section is designed with 5 interesting puzzle activities. Children become creators, calculators, translators, skilled workers and competitors in the marine world and participate in the challenge in small groups.

最有意思的是，在Art课上，一二年级的孩子们在扇子上创作出了他们心中的海底世界，凭借扇子获得密钥闯关卡开启海底历险之旅。

The most interesting thing is that in the Art Class, the students of Grade one and Grade two draw and paint the underwater world in their hearts on their fans. Then they started the underwater adventure journey with passing cards which they got through their fans.

看，孩子们手持闯关卡，兴致盎然，跃跃欲试啦！让我们跟着镜头一起参加这场好玩有趣的“万小双海底历险记”吧！

第一站：语文龙宫

 The first station: The Dragon Palace of Chinese

语文龙宫设置了“海洋阅读站”、“珊瑚展播厅”、“海底背诵厅”、“海底小剧场”、“贝壳书写坊”、“贝壳手工坊”，主要考察学生的汉字书写、字词认读、句子仿写、积累背诵、口语表达、角色扮演等方面的综合素养。面对这些有趣的关卡，孩子们充满自信、勇往直前、积极思考、自信表达，在乐趣中收获满满成就感。

At this station, here are “Ocean Reading Station”, “Coral Exhibition Hall”, “Submarine Reciting Hall”, “Submarine Small Theater”, “Shell Writing Workshop” and “Shell Handmade Workshop”, which mainly examines students’ comprehensive qualities in Chinese writing, recognition of Chinese characters and words, sentence imitation, knowledge accumulation, oral expression and role-playing. Facing with these interesting tasks, students are full of confidence, and they march forward courageously. They think positively and express themselves confidently, and gain a full sense of accomplishment in fun.

第二站：数学龙宫

The second station: The Dragon Palace of Math

孩子们迫不及待地来到数学龙宫，这里有“数海拾贝”、“小丑鱼漫游记”、“尼莫日记”、“捕鱼达人”、“海底时空隧道”、“海洋拼拼乐”、“一起来分类”七个项目。每一个关卡对应本学期数学学习的一个知识板块，考察形式多样、趣味横生，孩子们手、眼、口多种感官齐上阵，在闯关中既感受到了数学世界的趣味与魅力，也提升了调动数学学习经验在实际情境中解决问题的能力。

Students can't wait to come to the Math Dragon Palace. Here are “Pick numbers under the sea”, “Nemo wanders under the sea”, “Nemo’s diary”, “Fishing master”, “Undersea space-time tunnel”, “Ocean puzzles”and “Sort together”.Each station corresponds to a knowledge section that students learned in this semester. The examination forms are various and interesting. Students used their hands, eyes and mouths to feel the fun and charm of math. It also tests if students can use math to solve problems in real situations.

第三站：英语龙宫

The third station: The Dragon Palace of English

英语龙宫更是充满着挑战，孩子们通过“海底总动员”、“词海来拾贝”、“海底大合chant”、“音浪迭起”、“海纳百串”5大关卡，主要考察孩子们单词认读能力，运用英语的能力和锻炼学生开口说英语、用英语的能力，培养团队合作及英语学习兴趣。孩子们在活动中自信大胆地说英语，展示英语风采。

The Dragon Palace of English is full of challenges as well. Students have to complete tasks of “You do, I guess”, “Read the words aloud”, “Let’s chant”, “Blend words”and“Make sentences with given words”. These mainly test if students can tell and read words and if they can use what they learned to talk with others. The activities develop students’ teamwork ability and interest in English learning. Students are able to talk confidently to show their English style.

第四站：技能龙宫

The fourth station: The Dragon Palace of skills

万双一直重视劳动教育，每周一节的劳动教育课更是让万双的孩子能文能“武”，孩子们通过挑战叠睡袋、叠衣服、系鞋带、系红领巾、穿针引线等劳动项目，展示自己平时在课堂上学习到的整理物品和做家务的技巧（技能）。在活动中，孩子们还想出了很多有趣的办法帮助自己高效通关，看点十足。

Vanke bilingual school always attaches importance to labor education. Students in VBS learned a lot from the labor education lessons once a week. They showed what they learned through folding sleeping bags, folding clothes, tying shoelace, tying red scarf, doing sewing work and so on. Students came up with interesting ideas to help themselves complete the tasks, which is attractive.

第五站：游戏龙宫

The Fifth Station: Dragon Palace of Games

万双孩子们在一次次勇闯龙宫中，收获了累累硕果，也赢得了进入游戏龙宫的机会，在游戏龙宫中尽情享受个人与团队竞技、刺激紧张的游戏带来的欢快感。沉浸其中的万双学子真正做到将游戏与学习合二为一，提升了学习内驱力。

The students of VBS have learned a lot in their adventure in the Dragon Palaces and also won the opportunity to enter the Dragon Palace of Games. They seized the precious opportunities to play games and enjoyed the cheer brought by competition between individuals and between teams and the joy brought by exciting games. The students, who immersed themselves in the games, truly combined playing and learning into one and gave full play to their internal driving force for learning.

“万小双海底历险记”游园，将学科知识与学生生活有机结合，以游戏形式检验学生学习成果。孩子们不仅巩固了学科知识，展示了生活技能。在活动中还懂得了礼貌、谦让，锻炼了与人合作、交流的能力。孩子们沉浸在丰富多彩的游园闯关活动中，每一张小脸上都洋溢着灿烂的笑容和成功的喜悦。相信未来的他们，将继续带着探索精神，更好地站在未来中央。

The VBS Undersea Adventures Carnival at the end of this semester integrated subject knowledge into students’ life and tested students' learning in the way of games. Students not only consolidated subject knowledge but also demonstrated life skills. In the activities, they also learned to be polite and modest and practiced the ability to cooperate and communicate with others. Students were immersed in the colorful activities, and every little face was filled with bright smiles and the joy of success. We believe that in the future they will continue to take a spirit of exploration and stand in the center of the future.
