万双网讯 为提升团队凝聚力，激发教师潜能，3月17日上午，万科双语学校生活部在图书馆开展了以“逐光而行，行将致远”为主题的分享交流会。入职三年以上的生活老师分享了她们在万双的收获和成长感悟，老师们用行动诠释了在平凡岗位上的坚守，在热爱的道路上一路前行。

崔东花老师分享了如何应对高年级学生青春期叛逆心理的经验。她跟学生分享自己学生时期的亲身经历和感受，走进学生心里，指导学生正确认识自己，帮助学生防止和克服其消极逆反心理。

王袁香老师说劳动教育学科正式开课时非常焦虑，PPT和教案都无从下手，但她从未打过退堂鼓，积极参加线上线下各种培训，学习网上的优质教学设计。 为了让劳动教育更贴合万双学子的生活，她和老师们一起编写了《劳动生活实践》校本学习手册，让劳动教育这堂课确确实实为孩子们未来生活做准备。
