万双网讯  为加强青少年的健康教育，促进其身心健康发展，3月15日，万科双语学校特邀深圳仁合医院院长张燕、VBS人生规划课教师韩璞分别为七八年级男女生开展青春期教育讲座。深圳仁合医院总经理钟淑君、杨帆校长、林红英校长助理及七八年级学生聆听了讲座。

张燕院长以“珍爱花样年华——女孩青春期健康知识”为题，针对当前青春期女生存在的主要问题和困惑，从青春期特点、经期护理、青春痘护理等方面，向女生们讲述了青春期生理保健的要诀，引导女生们正确看待青春期的生理变化，悦纳自我形象，提高道德修养，注重内在品质，学习如何成为美丽且有魅力的女生。

Dean Zhang Yan, with the title of "Treasure the Mood for Love, Girls' Puberty Health Knowledge", aimed at the main problems and confusions of adolescent girls, from the characteristics of puberty, menstrual care, acne care, etc., told the girls the key to physical health care during puberty , to guide girls to correctly view the physiological changes during puberty, accept self-image, improve moral cultivation, pay attention to inner quality, and learn how to become beautiful and attractive girls.

同时，张院长针对目前同学们存在的生理、心理健康知识缺乏、异性交往等问题，强调了自我保护的重要性和方法，真实的案例和形象生动的语言让同学们更直观更科学地了解青春期的健康知识。学生们认真倾听，积极互动，反响热烈。

At the same time, Dean Zhang emphasized the importance and methods of self-protection in view of the current students' lack of physical and mental health knowledge, heterosexual communication and other problems. Real cases and vivid language allow students to understand the health knowledge of puberty more intuitively and scientifically. The students listened carefully, interacted actively, and responded enthusiastically.

最后张院长用三句寄语温馨的结束了这次美好的交流。“冬天酝酿，春天播种，夏天成长、秋天收获”，在适当的季节做适当的事；花季是美好的季节，但绝不是成熟、收获的季节；美好的情感需要合适的土壤和丰富的养料。

In the end, Dean Zhang warmly ended this wonderful sharing with three messages. Lecture for boys

“青春期是一个人由童年发育到成年的过渡时期，也是人体生长发育的第二次高峰”。男生专场讲座中，韩璞老师带领学生了解青春期带来的身体变化，普及生理知识，如第一性征、第二性征等，同时针对青春痘的预防、生殖器的护理等分享了正确的清洁方法、饮食禁忌和保护措施。在如何维系男女同学关系方面，韩老师给出了一些建设性意见，并指出男生应该对异性多一些尊重，不开一些过分的玩笑。

"Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, and it is also the second peak of human growth and development." In the special lecture for boys, Mr. Han Pu led students to understand the physical changes brought about by puberty, popularized physiological knowledge, such as primary sexual characteristics, secondary sexual characteristics, etc. At the same time, the correct cleaning methods, dietary taboos and protective measures are shared for acne prevention and genital care.

讲座现场气氛活跃，学生克服了紧张和害羞的心理，在交流环节积极提问，对自身的生理现象、卫生保健和异性交往等知识有了更深入的认识。

The atmosphere of the lecture was lively. Students overcame their nervousness and shyness, actively asked questions during the communication session, and gained a deeper understanding of their own physiological phenomena, health care and heterosexual communication.

本次活动由学校人生规划课程组策划。万科双语学校从小学一年级开始开设“人生规划”必修课程，融合心理课程和生涯课程，旨在促进学生人格的健全发展，引导学生更加全面的认识自己，探索外部世界，为人生规划打下坚实的基础。

This activity is planned by the school life planning course group.
