我是3I班廖梵熙同学，我今天的演讲主题是《在春天的诗行里忆小平》。

I am Eason from 3G.Today’s topic is the great leader Deng Xiaoping .

1978年十一届三中全会上，他领导我党迅速将工作重心转移到经济建设上，开始实行改革开放。为了深圳和珠海特区的建设，他“披荆斩棘”，排除艰难险阻，终于杀出“一条血路”，为改革提供了样板。

In 1978, he led our party to work on economic construction and began to implement reform and opening up. For the construction of Shenzhen and Zhuhai , he overcame difficulties and dangers, and finally created a new road, providing a model for reform。

1992年的春天，88岁高龄的老人邓小平南巡并发表了令全国人民精神振奋的讲话。

2月13日，2023年中央一号文件发布。这是新世纪以来，中央连续出台的第20个指导“三农”工作的一号文件，再次表明党中央加强“三农”工作的鲜明态度。文件多处列出“强化农业科技和装备支撑”。

那么加快建设农业强国，应如何强化农业科技和装备支撑呢？科技日报记者采访了农业领域的相关专家。

一、深入实施种业振兴行动。

中国农业科学院农业经济与发展研究所副研究员牛坤玉说，首先要强化企业在生物育种产业化中的主体地位，鼓励企业开展生物育种科技创新，特别是加强玉米、大豆、畜禽种源的科研力度，引导和培育创新型种业龙头企业。

二、加快先进农机研发推广。

农业农村部农机作业监测与大数据应用重点实验室主任吴才聪说，最近几年，我国农业生产机械化全面提升，以北斗、5G等信息技术为支撑的智能农机装备进军生产一线，截至2022年底，农业已累计应用北斗设备近120万台/套。

中国农业科学院农业经济与发展研究所副研究员刘静建议，推动大数据、人工智能等新技术与产业发展深度融合，带动农业转型升级；积极构建农业绿色供应链，推行全程绿色低碳标准化生产，引导农业企业、经营主体强化减排固碳技术应用。

Liu Jing, an associate researcher at the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Development of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, suggested to promote the deep integration of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence with industrial development to drive agricultural transformation and upgrading; actively build an agricultural green supply chain, and promote the whole process of green and low-carbon standardized production. 上周四，杨老师和3I班在图书馆阅读，有位男同学在读《改革开放简史》，当时杨老师有点震惊。他在阅读的时候还时不时会跟杨老师探讨几句，当他读到书中“调整经济政策与农村改革取得突破”这部分内容时，就问杨老师现在农村怎样了，农民收入跟城里人工资有多少差距。听完这个问题，杨老师更震惊了。相信像他一样关心国家发展、关注乡村振兴的万小双们肯定还有很多，老师建议大家节假日可以和爸爸妈妈走进乡村，去感受一下如今乡村的变化，体会村民们的幸福感、获得感与自豪感，也用你们热爱科学的小脑瓜调研一下还有哪些需要改进的地方，再勤奋地去学习去探究，如何让农民伯伯的日子越过越红火，也让中国人的饭碗越端越安稳。

会上，杨帆校长、林红英校长助理为近日在体育、绘画、摄影比赛中获奖的同学颁发了奖状。

杨校长为2022年深圳市少年儿童乒乓球精英赛u7组男子单打第七名2C班吴泽熙颁奖。
