万双网讯  2022年12月12日至15日,深圳市义务教育阶段民办学校办学水平评估专家组莅临万科双语学校开展办学水平评估工作。经过认真评估,评估组一致认为,万科双语学校是一所办学理念先进、发展方向明确、办学特色初显、管理规范有序、教育质量较高、校园文化浓郁、环境舒适优美,成长生态阳光向上,深受学生喜欢、家长满意、社会赞誉的优质品牌学校。期待万科双语学校成为深圳市乃至粤港澳大湾区有影响力的民办学校典范。

12月12日下午,深圳市义务教育阶段民办学校办学水平评估万科双语学校自评报告会在学校会议室召开。14位评估组专家,龙华区教育局党组成员、主任督学,区政府教育督导室主任李亚莉,龙华区政府教育督导室副主任尹泽利,龙华区政府教育督导室二级主任科员姜丽丽,万科教育发展基金会理事长、万科集团梅沙教育事业部总经理唐鹭,万科双语学校校长杨帆,派驻万科双语学校第一书记杨艺娟及万科双语学校中层管理人员一同参会。杨帆校长以“让孩子站在未来中央”为题,向领导和专家全面汇报了学校规划、办学理念、培养目标、运营模式、课程体系、教学特色、教师和学生发展等概况,回顾了学校创办至今的成果,客观地对学校工作进行了反思。

13日下午,深圳市教育局主任督学蔡茂洲在龙华区教育局党组成员、主任督学,区政府教育督导室主任李亚莉、龙华区政府教育督导室二级主任科员姜丽丽陪同下到访万科双语学校,蔡茂洲督学在听取了专家们的汇报后指出,“生命的精彩在于过程”,教学过程中要有学生思考的过程,评价要从学校理念、管理模式、课程支持等全方位考量,关注孩子在学校成长的完整性。杨帆校长是一位很“纯粹”的校长。她在教育上有理想,有智慧,有情怀。她主持设计了万双的办学理念和课程体系,绘制了学校的发展蓝图。她对万双办学理念的确立,文化的建设,制度的设计、课程的安排等方面,都有自己深刻独到的思考。希望专家们充分发现好的办学模式和办学经验,帮助更多学校优质发展。

为期4天的评估工作中,专家们分为三组,参观校园,走进课堂,深入教研组,查阅资料,开展校级领导、中层干部、师生、家长访谈,观摩PBL展示、社团活动,对学校进行全方位深度考察。

本次督导涵盖“领导与管理”、“课程与教学”、“教师发展”、“学生发展”、“学校发展”等五大方面,评估指标包括一级指标5个,二级指标15个,三级指标40个。评估专家们细致查阅各种电子版、纸质资料,包括学校各种制度、人事档案、财务报表、教师教案、教研记录、德育主题活动材料、听课记录、学生作业等,查阅的同时与各部门负责人面对面进行交流,力争全方位、多角度对学校精准把脉。

观摩课堂

   

评估组专家分头深入学校各班观摩听课达70节,覆盖所有年级、所有学科,课堂教学情况。课堂上,学校教师积极践行学校“为未知而教、为未来而学”的理念,以生为本,打造差异化、回应式、因材施教的课堂,引导学生开展小组合作、自主探究、展示,并及时反馈总结。学生积极参与、踊跃发言、高效互动,课堂氛围活跃。学校人生规划、人工智能、攀岩等特色课程给专家们留下了深刻的印象。

评估期间,专家们共查阅学生作业715本、教师教案313本;查阅各种工作日志、会议记录、手册159本;查阅学生手册、成长档案202本,学生作品438份;查阅学校原始档案资料709份;共计观课70节,覆盖所有学科、学段;访谈全体校领导及中层干部、级科组长、教师和学生共130人次;召开座谈会2个,其中学生座谈会20人、教师座谈会21人;共参加教研活动2次;发出教师问卷203份、学生问卷265份,家长问卷1314份,分别回收203份、265份、1248份;电访家长、社区代表、教育主管部门干部、高一级学校领导等27名。专家们特地查看了校领导听课记录,非常感动,校长听课57节、校长助理听课54节、主任听课71节,而且均担任一线教学工作。

在多渠道采集信息的基础上,评估组根据《深圳市义务教育阶段民办学校办学水平评估指标体系》和相关工作要求,通过对信息的汇总分析和充分讨论,形成本次评估意见。评估总结反馈会上,三位指标组组长朱长宝、冯永、蔡苏瑜以及评估组组长吴熙龙督学分别作了各指标组反馈和总体反馈。他们对万科双语学校的办学水平给予了高度评价,同时也给出了发展建议

 

朱长宝督学就“领导与管理、学校发展”方面进行了总结反馈,指出学校硬件建设处于最一流的水平,学生始终沉浸在幸福的环境中学习生活,阳光自主的精神风貌令人印象深刻。亮点:党建工作和管理团队富有情怀、善于行动;学校的理念设计和文化追求着眼未来、关注成长;学校的管理体系和制度设计精细温暖、创新高效。

During the evaluation period, the experts consulted 715 student homework and 313 teacher teaching plans; consulted various work logs, meeting records, and 159 manuals; consulted 202 student handbooks and growth files, and 438 student works;Consulted 709 original school archives; observed 70 lessons in total, covering all disciplines and stages of study; interviewed all school leaders, middle-level cadres, department leaders, teachers and students, a total of 130 person-times;Held 2 symposiums, including one symposium with 20 students and one with 21 teachers; participated in teaching and research activities 2 times;203 teacher questionnaires, 265 student questionnaires, and 1,314 parent questionnaires were sent out, and 203, 265, and 1,248 questionnaires were returned respectively; 27 parents, community representatives, cadres of education authorities, and senior school leaders were interviewed. 评估期间,专家们共查阅学生作业715本、教师教案313本;查阅各种工作日志、会议记录、手册159本;查阅学生手册、成长档案202本,学生作品438份;查阅学校原始档案资料709份;共计观课70节,覆盖所有学科、学段;访谈全体校领导及中层干部、级科组长、教师和学生共130人次;召开座谈会2个,其中学生座谈会20人、教师座谈会21人;共参加教研活动2次;发出教师问卷203份、学生问卷265份,家长问卷1314份,分别回收203份、265份、1248份;电访家长、社区代表、教育主管部门干部、高一级学校领导等27名。专家们特地查看了校领导听课记录,非常感动,校长听课57节、校长助理听课54节、主任听课71节,而且均担任一线教学工作。

在多渠道采集信息的基础上,评估组根据《深圳市义务教育阶段民办学校办学水平评估指标体系》和相关工作要求,通过对信息的汇总分析和充分讨论,形成本次评估意见。评估总结反馈会上,三位指标组组长朱长宝、冯永、蔡苏瑜以及评估组组长吴熙龙督学分别作了各指标组反馈和总体反馈。他们对万科双语学校的办学水平给予了高度评价,同时也给出了发展建议

 

朱长宝督学就“领导与管理、学校发展”方面进行了总结反馈,指出学校硬件建设处于最一流的水平,学生始终沉浸在幸福的环境中学习生活,阳光自主的精神风貌令人印象深刻。亮点:党建工作和管理团队富有情怀、善于行动;学校的理念设计和文化追求着眼未来、关注成长;学校的管理体系和制度设计精细温暖、创新高效。

During the evaluation period, the experts consulted 715 student homework and 313 teacher teaching plans; consulted various work logs, meeting records, and 159 manuals; consulted 202 student handbooks and growth files, and 438 student works;Consulted 709 original school archives; observed 70 lessons in total, covering all disciplines and stages of study; interviewed all school leaders, middle-level cadres, department leaders, teachers and students, a total of 130 person-times;Held 2 symposiums, including one symposium with 20 students and one with 21 teachers; participated in teaching and research activities 2 times;203 teacher questionnaires, 265 student questionnaires, and 1,314 parent questionnaires were sent out, and 203, 265, and 1,248 questionnaires were returned respectively; 27 parents, community representatives, cadres of education authorities, and senior school leaders were interviewed. The experts specially checked the lecture records of the school leaders and were very moved.
