12月12日下午，深圳市义务教育阶段民办学校办学水平评估万科双语学校自评报告会在学校会议室召开。14位评估组专家，龙华区教育局党组成员、主任督学，区政府教育督导室主任李亚莉，龙华区政府教育督导室副主任尹泽利，龙华区政府教育督导室二级主任科员姜丽丽，万科教育发展基金会理事长、万科集团梅沙教育事业部总经理唐鹭，万科双语学校校长杨帆，派驻万科双语学校第一书记杨艺娟及万科双语学校中层管理人员一同参会。杨帆校长以“让孩子站在未来中央”为题，向领导和专家全面汇报了学校规划、办学理念、培养目标、运营模式、课程体系、教学特色、教师和学生发展等概况，回顾了学校创办至今的成果，客观地对学校工作进行了反思。

在为期4天的评估工作中，专家们分为三组，参观校园，走进课堂，深入教研组，查阅资料，开展校级领导、中层干部、师生、家长访谈，观摩PBL展示、社团活动，对学校进行全方位深度考察。
查阅资料
本次督导涵盖“领导与管理”、“课程与教学”、“教师发展”、“学生发展”、“学校发展”等五大方面，评估指标包括一级指标5个，二级指标15个，三级指标40个。评估专家们细致查阅各种电子版、纸质资料，包括学校各种制度、人事档案、财务报表、教师教案、教研记录、德育主题活动材料、听课记录、学生作业等，查阅的同时与各部门负责人面对面进行交流，力争全方位、多角度对学校精准把脉。
观摩课堂
评估组专家分头深入学校各班观摩听课达70节，覆盖所有年级、所有学科，课堂教学情况。课堂上，学校教师积极践行学校“为未知而教、为未来而学”的理念，以生为本，打造差异化、回应式、因材施教的课堂，引导学生开展小组合作、自主探究、展示，并及时反馈总结。学生积极参与、踊跃发言、高效互动，课堂氛围活跃。学校人生规划、人工智能、攀岩等特色课程给专家们留下了深刻的印象。
深入教研组
专家们不仅到班听课，而且还深入英语、数学学科组的教研活动，了解学校教研活动开展情况，并提出指导意见。活动中，老师们针对教育教学现实问题，深入讨论，积极发言。

12月13日下午，专家们进一步深入了解了学校社团活动、PBL项目式学习等情况。丰富多元的校园活动，特色化的校本课程体系，得到了专家们的高度赞扬。
评估期间，专家们共查阅学生作业715本、教师教案313本；查阅各种工作日志、会议记录、手册159本；查阅学生手册、成长档案202本，学生作品438份；查阅学校原始档案资料709份；共计观课70节，覆盖所有学科、学段；访谈全体校领导及中层干部、级科组长、教师和学生共130人次；召开座谈会2个，其中学生座谈会20人、教师座谈会21人；共参加教研活动2次；发出教师问卷203份、学生问卷265份，家长问卷1314份，分别回收203份、265份、1248份；电访家长、社区代表、教育主管部门干部、高一级学校领导等27名。专家们特地查看了校领导听课记录，非常感动，校长听课57节、校长助理听课54节、主任听课71节，而且均担任一线教学工作。

在多渠道采集信息的基础上，评估组根据《深圳市义务教育阶段民办学校办学水平评估指标体系》和相关工作要求，通过对信息的汇总分析和充分讨论，形成本次评估意见。评估总结反馈会上，三位指标组组长朱长宝、冯永、蔡苏瑜以及评估组组长吴熙龙督学分别作了各指标组反馈和总体反馈。他们对万科双语学校的办学水平给予了高度评价，同时也给出了发展建议。

评估组专家分头深入学校各班观摩听课达70节，覆盖所有年级、所有学科，课堂教学情况。课堂上，学校教师积极践行学校“为未知而教、为未来而学”的理念，以生为本，打造差异化、回应式、因材施教的课堂，引导学生开展小组合作、自主探究、展示，并及时反馈总结。学生积极参与、踊跃发言、高效互动，课堂氛围活跃。学校人生规划、人工智能、攀岩等特色课程给专家们留下了深刻的印象。

评估期间，专家们共查阅学生作业715本、教师教案313本；查阅各种工作日志、会议记录、手册159本；查阅学生手册、成长档案202本，学生作品438份；查阅学校原始档案资料709份；共计观课70节，覆盖所有学科、学段；访谈全体校领导及中层干部、级科组长、教师和学生共130人次；召开座谈会2个，其中学生座谈会20人、教师座谈会21人；共参加教研活动2次；发出教师问卷203份、学生问卷265份，家长问卷1314份，分别回收203份、265份、1248份；电访家长、社区代表、教育主管部门干部、高一级学校领导等27名。专家们特地查看了校领导听课记录，非常感动，校长听课57节、校长助理听课54节、主任听课71节，而且均担任一线教学工作。
