万双网讯  为进一步提高校车运行管理质量，提高驾驶员、跟车老师、管理人员的安全责任意识，有效预防校车事故的发生，保障乘坐校车学生的安全，万科双语学校于11月23日上午在105会议室召开校车安全管理工作会议。保障中心陈东林主任、生活部黄雅娟主任、校车驾驶员、跟车老师等19人参加了会议。

VBS Net News    In order to further improve the quality of school bus operation management, improve the safety responsibility awareness of drivers, teachers following the bus, and management personnel, effectively prevent school bus accidents, and ensure the safety of students on the school bus, Vanke Bilingual School held a school bus safety management meeting in Room 105 on the morning of November 23. Director Chen Donglin of the Security Center, Director Huang Yajuan of the Life Department, school bus drivers, and teachers who followed the bus attended the meeting.

万科双语学校现有8条校车线路，287名学生乘坐校车。每个学期，学校保障中心都会派专人跟车实地查看和督导。本月（11月），学校安全主管张昆老师实地跟车3周。不提前通知，每天亲自跟随一趟校车出车，掌握校车运行的第一手资料，对校车运行路线、站点、管理老师、乘车学生情况进行了现场观察和指导，结果令人放心。每一趟校车都严格落实了100%测温、100%戴口罩、100%系安全带。学校还健全了校车故障、道路拥堵等突发状况的预案，颁布了处理流程，确保学生乘车安全，家长放心。

Vanke Bilingual School currently has 8 school bus lines, and 287 students take the school bus. Every semester, the school security center will send special personnel to check and supervise on the spot with the car. This month (November), Mr. Zhang Kun, the school safety supervisor, followed the car for 3 weeks. Without prior notice, Mr.Zhang personally followed a school bus every day, mastered the first-hand information on the operation of the school bus, and conducted on-site observation and guidance on the school bus operation route, station, management teacher, and students on the bus. The results are reassuring. Every school bus has strictly implemented 100% temperature measurement, 100% wearing masks, and 100% wearing seat belts. The school has also improved the contingency plans for school bus failures, road congestion and other emergencies, and promulgated the handling procedures to ensure the safety of students on the side of the car and parents to rest assured.

保障中心陈东林主任针对《校车故障应急处理流程》进行了解读和说明，介绍了校车各种突发情况的应急处置办法，要求司乘人员在突发情况下要沉着、有序、安全高效地开展工作，竭尽全力达成校车运行100%安全。同时陈主任对司乘人员礼仪进行了全面的培训。希望大家牢固树立“安全第一、服务为先”的思想，做有温度的司乘人员。

Director Chen Donglin of the Security Center interpreted and explained the "Emergency Handling Process for School Bus Failures", introduced the emergency response methods for various emergencies in school buses, and required drivers and passengers to carry out emergency operations in a calm, orderly, safe and efficient manner in emergencies. Work to make every effort to achieve 100% safe school bus operation. At the same time, Director Chen conducted a comprehensive training on the etiquette of the drivers and crew. Mr.Chen hopes that everyone will firmly establish the idea of "safety first, service first", and be a caring driver and crew.

本次会议进一步提高了司乘人员的安全和服务意识，对于确保学生校车安全、创建平安校园具有重要作用。
