8月20日至21日,全体中层领导、年级组长、备课组长等骨干员工在杨帆校长的带领下,重温学校三年发展规划(2021.09-2024.08),集体研讨和修订新学年工作计划,分析学校现状,制定学年发展目标和重点措施。

8月25日,在全校教职工大会上,杨帆校长以“走自己的路”为题,从新形势下对教育宏观思考、万科双语学校的思想和行动、学校新学年工作三个方面,详细解读了学校的办学思想、本学年工作计划及重点工作。杨校长指出,万科双语学校建校以来,初步取得了学生、家长和社会的认可。培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,为国家和世界发展的人才培养打基础,为学生终身发展负责,造福每一个万双家庭,是万科双语学校的使命。要把教育当成一件最大的善事来做。


On August 25th, in the staff meeting, Principal Yang Fan explained in detail school philosophy, work plan and key work of this academic year from three aspects with the theme of "going your own way", including macro thinking on education under the new situation, thoughts and actions of Vanke Bilingual School and work of the new academic year. Principal Yang pointed out that since the establishment of Vanke Bilingual School, it has initially won the recognition of students, parents and society. 8月23日上午,林红英校长助理从教育教学的角度,以“经历真实的学习”为题为全校教职员工做了专题讲座。她分享了激发学生学习内驱力的多种方法、打造“差异化、回应式的因材施教的课堂”基本步骤,梳理了各学科课堂20分钟以上“真实学习”流程及“真实学习”教学设计路线图。8月26日,林红英校长助理再次对全体教师做了教学设计培训,她以新课标为根,介绍了学教评一致性教学设计专业标准,如何撰写学习目标、教学目标与评估任务,要求老师们按照学校的“‘真实学习’教学设计路线图”进行备课,充分激发学生学习的好奇心,培养学生的创造性思维和批判性思维。

8月23日下午,郑世英校长助理从师德师风的视角,以“终身成长——万双的办学思考”为题为全体教职员工做了专题培训。她详细解读了万双办学理念,教育思想,并从怎样培养成长型思维的孩子、万双教师的素养、万双学生的成长目标、怎样构建学生自主发展体系家校如何沟通等全方位、多维度阐述了学校立德树人的主要途径和方法,希望全体教师始终从“中华民族伟大复兴”的战略全局看教育,严格遵守《教师法》,承担提高民族素质的使命,竭尽全力教书育人,自我发展,成长为有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的四有好老师和有丰富技能、学生爱戴的教育专家。

8月22日,全校教师分科组进行新课标研读。老师们通过逐条通读、逻辑梳理、深度解读、头脑风暴、小组展示等,以新课标为基,开展集体教研活动。老师们在学习心得中写道:“在教育教学目标上,要丰富学生精神世界,培养学生思维方法、阅读方法、研究能力;在教学内容的广度上,新课程标准强调联动学校、社会、家庭、自然,要全方位地为学生创造学习的场景;在教学方式与学生学习方式上,正视新疫情时代,整合线上、线下相混合的教学方式;在学生学习方式上,要重视学生学习兴趣的培养。”通过学习,老师们对新学期教育教学工作和学科核心素养有了全新的认知。

8月25日,邓安妮老师为全校教师做了PBL(项目式学习)专题培训。她详细介绍了PBL的定义、核心,万双PBL课程开展情况,并以真实的案例分享了PBL设计流程。她指出,在PBL中,学生要应用所学综合解决问题,成为自主终身学习者;老师要转变观念,将学习主动权还给学生,深入钻研PBL教育理念和教学方法。本学期,学校各学科均用PBL理念来指导教学,以学科核心概念和高阶认知为目标,设计学科项目,全员参与(1-8年级)。通过PBL,全面提升学生综合素养。


On August 25th, Miss Deng had a PBL (project-based learning) subject training for all teachers. She introduced in detail the definition and core of PBL and the development of VBS PBL courses. She shared the PBL design process with real cases. She pointed out that in PBL students should apply what they have learned to solve problems comprehensively and become independent lifelong learners. Teachers should change their concepts, return the initiative of learning to students and deeply study PBL education concepts and teaching methods. She also mentioned that in this semester all subjects would use the PBL concept to guide teaching, design subject projects with the goal of core concepts and high-level cognition, and all students would participate (from Grade 1 to Grade 8). In this way, students will improve quality comprehensively.

 

彭平:积极打造“双区“实验校

8月25日,针对“双区“实验校新学年如何开展工作,彭平老师为全校教师做了“双区”实验校工作说明暨STEM+课程实验培训。双区指的是教育部“基于教学改革、融合信息技术的新型教与学模式”实验区与“智慧教育示范区”建设。其中,龙华区实验方向为“积极教育+人工智能”理念下区域教改实践模式构建。今年7月,万科双语学校代表龙华学校在深圳市作了汇报。会上,彭老师对学校STEM+课程实践、生成模式、融合的主要方向等进行了说明,希望全校教师深入理解STEM理念,并适时将STEM理念运用到自己的教学中,积极培养学生科学的思维方法,帮助学生建立自信心。

8月23日,万科双语学校10个教师暑期PBL项目小组在剧场进行了精彩纷呈的学习成果展示和汇报。在此次研学旅行中,各小组分别前往四川、云南、贵州、西藏、山西等地,对各地文化、民俗进行了深入探究。如贵州的蜡染文化、云贵川的美食文化、西藏的宗教文化、广东的民宿文化、云南的茶文化、山西的晋商文化,并对“零碳排放海岛”—— 南澳岛进行了调研。老师们表示,他们将把学习到的知识和技能运用到课堂教学中,以成长型思维为指导,做到理论与实践相结合,不断开阔自己的思路,更好地指导学生进行PBL项目式学习。

8月26日下午,以“勤奋向新”为主旨的2022万科双语学校团建活动在学校地下篮球馆火热开展,全校教职员工200多人分为9个组开展了形式多样的团队竞赛。队员们在疯狂大力神 、经典投篮、动感单车、玩转飞盘等活动中奋勇争先;在非洲鼓部落演奏活动中,大家画上独特的面部图腾,换上非洲特有服饰,相互“鼓”舞;在团队建设中,同心协力,高招频出……在整齐划一的鼓声和欢声笑语中,全校员工开启崭新的奋斗乐章。正如杨帆校长在总结时说的,万科双语学校已经进入全面发展、团结奋进的阶段,251位教职员工将汇聚起磅礴的力量,为学生的发展做出创造性的努力。

8月24日,2022梅沙教育·星计划Star Plan在美丽的大梅沙顺利举行,万科双语学校新员工参与了本次培训,开启了他们的梅沙新征程。此次星计划聚焦于文化价值观普及和专业技能培养,梅沙教育分别邀请了来自万科集团、梅沙教育事业部、梅沙旗下学校的八位重量级嘉宾为学员们授课,为即将到来的新学年打下坚实的基础。

郭鸾(语文):从理论到实践

 

今天一天的学习,语文组由理论到实践,逐步解读新课标,受益匪浅。新课标从“课程性质和课程理念”阐述了语文是什么性质的学科;课程目标以终为始解释语文学科对于人的培养目标是什么? 接着课程内容分述了各个学段,以“学习任务群”为逻辑,梳理了各学段基础型、发展型、拓展型任务群的递进。而学业质量即评价体系和量表量规的体现,是“你教的怎么样了?学生学得怎么样了”。课标的设计逻辑贯通,自成体系。老师们全天分秒必争,度过了充实的学习日。

 

彭婷(语文):让教育回归生活

 

作为低段语文老师,这一次的学习就像给我开了一个广角镜头,让我们不仅细致学习了低段的教学要求,还更进一步地了解了培养学生的未来素养要求。《教学目的》一书中所说“教育只有一个主题,那就是五彩缤纷的生活。教育回归生活,学生运用知识来理解与领悟生活,教育方才真正富有生机与活力。”期待作为一线教师的自己在不断的学习中能对标准内容的理解更加细致,在教学实践中落实新课程要求。

 

刘玲玲(语文):培养孩子完整的人格

 

新课标要求我们围绕立德树人根本任务,充分发挥独特的育人功能和奠基作用的理念,使学生在丰富的文学语言实践活动中受到革命文化的洗礼和滋养。所以,作为教师,我们要依托教材的编排体系和革命文化的精神谱系,在教育载体上全维度推进,在教育机制上多策略赋能。我们在备课时,主要围绕核心素养中的“文化自信、语言运用、思维能力、审美创造”这四点以及结合课后的问题设计教学环节。语文学习是一门厚积薄发、真正育人的课程,培养好孩子们的语文课新素养,其实就是在培养孩子的一种内在品质,必定会凝聚在他们完整的人格中。

 

叶柳(数学):加强综合实践

 

新课程标准不断强调数学的实践意义,通过研究数量关系和空间形式,认识、理解和表达现实世界的本质、关系和规律。小学阶段综合与实践领域,主要以主题式学习的形式,让学生感悟自然界和生活中的数学;初中阶段则采用项目式的学习方式,以问题解决为导向,整合数学与其他学科的知识和思想方法。通过今日的学习,我对数学的教学认识也更为深刻和专业,感知到数学学习目标与内容同步的必要性,即让孩子们提升兴趣的前提下,选择能引发学生思考的教学方式,进一步加强综合实践。

 

张君婷(英语):提倡多元评价

 

关于新课标,其中关于英语学科课标的主要变动可以归为四个方面:一是改变“义教课标2011版”课程目标突出学科本位、忽略整体育人功能的问题,将课程目标从综合语言运用能力转向了由语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力等四个方面构成的核心素养目标,突出体现了全新的育人价值观;二是改变原来的由语言技能、语言知识、文化意识、情感态度和学习策略五个方面构成的课程内容,从彼此之间缺乏关联性的五项内容转向了以服务核心素养培养为目标的六大要素整合大内容;三是改变脱离语境的碎片化、表层化、模块化的教学方式,提倡践行英语学习活动观;四是改变以测验和考试为主、忽视课堂评价的单一评价方式,构建一个素养导向、主体多元、形成性评价和终结性评价有机结合、形式多样的评价体系。

 

卜利波(物理):从生活走向物理

 

新课标的课程理念有5点:1,面向全体学生,培养学生的核心素养;2.从生活走向物理,从物理走向社会;3.以主题为线索,构建课程结构;4.注重科学探究,提倡教学方式的多样化,注重科学探究,突出问题导向,强调真实的问题情境,引导学生不断探索,提高分析问题解决问题的时间本领和科学思维能力,灵活选用教学方式,合理利用信息技术;5.发挥评价的育人功能,促进学生核心素养的发展。新课标特别强调学生物理核心素养的培养,所谓物理核心素养主要为物理观念、科学思维、科学探究、科学态度和责任

 

何先姬(生物):注重跨学科融合

 

新课标注重跨学科融合,要求教师重视在教学过程中渗透科学、技术与社会相互关系的教育,积极组织开展跨学科实践活动,着力培养学生社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力。在实践中,教师要重视运用互联网技术、移动通信技术和人工智能等现代信息技术手段,开发和利用数字化资源,丰富师生互动交流方式,促进学生个性化学习。

 

金怀红(化学):努力实现“我要学”

 

化学课程要培养的核心素养主要包括化学观念、科学思维、科学探究与实践、科学态度与责任。通过对新课标的学习,我认为师生的教与学需要作出的转变有以下几点:1、教师教学方式上的改变。2、学生学习方法的改变。3、评价方式的多元化。总之,新课标的内容重心由知识性内容转向实用性内容,以学生发展为本,引导学生主动学习,努力实现“要我学”,向“我要学”的转变,教学内容由封闭转向开放,注重学科素养,注重跨学科学习。

 

雷水莲(地理):用多种方式去回应学生差异

 

新课标中有这样一句话给我的触动较大:“依据学生的认知基础和成长规律,充分考虑学生的生活经验和差异化。”这与我们学校打造“差异化、回应式”课堂不谋而合。在教学设计过程当中,研究学情是至关重要的,班级的学生之间、班与班之间肯定存在差异性,那么就需要思考用多种的方式去回应这些差异,并消除这些差异。

 

赵芮(科学):做中学 学中思

 

2022年版义务教育科学课程标准强调整合启发式、探究式、互动式、体验式和项目式等各种教学方式的基本要求,开展能够促进学生积极思考的思维型探究和实践。在学科核心概念的学习中,突出科学探究,强调“做中学”和“学中思”;在技术与工程部分,强调技术与工程问题的规范性,让学生养成通过“动手做”解决问题的习惯,培养学生的探究实践能力。

 

王乐乐(道德与法治):多学科渗透思政教育内涵

 

我认为万双的理念和实践与国家课程标准要求的内容是一致的,都是依据学生特点、学科特点有序衔接、目标递进的逻辑阶梯,体现了思政课目标一体化设计的思路。万科双语学校在开足道法课的同时,结合学校校本课程《人生规划》、《历史》三位一体,辅以升旗仪式、班会等学校各项活动,多学科渗透思政教育内涵,关注学生的差异,回应学生需求,让每位学生在课堂上都有最大程度的提高,课堂成为了学生自主探索的学习平台。依据新修订的道法课标,我们在新学期的课程上会进行改革,将道法、劳动和人生规划课程进行融合,全面提升学生核心素养。

 

建筑学科组:注重学生的自主探究能力

 

经过学科组的研读讨论,我们对新课标的体会有了更深刻的理解。美术新课程标准打破了传统美术教学的知识框架,从全新的角度,按学习方式,把美术课程分为四个领域,即“造型·表现”、“设计·应用”、“欣赏·评述”、“综合·探索”, 它改变了传统的美术教学模式,更加注重学生的自主探究能力、创造性、主动性,注重培养学生自学能力、合作精神和学习兴趣。


赵雪(人生规划):提高自身综合能力


教师需要提高自身综合能力,提高教学水平,在教学当中结合心理学教育,并且融合道德与法治课程,适当开展课外教学活动,开辟出第二课堂,深入拓展智育,创设健康向上的良好氛围;要注重对于学生情感发育特点和情绪的关照,尽量以学生更能够接受的游戏式、体验式、参与式方式去渗透心理健康教育,也要给予学生情绪宣泄的机会,认真倾听学生的真实反馈。


邹振雄(体育与健康):基于“学练赛评”的课堂要有新突破


首先,撰写新样态体育课教案需要树立“以学定教”新观念,从学生体育学习、身心发展等角度确定内容、选择方法,合理安排“学练赛评”各项活动。其次是系统规划“学练赛评”内容,学什么、练什么、赛什么、评什么以及怎么组织“学练赛评”需要清晰规划。最后是设置新样态体育课目标,对核心素养的培养具体化,可以从知识技能学习、体能素质锻炼、情感品格培养三维度来达成学习目标。

 

谢佳轩(舞蹈与音乐):增加课程的趣味化

 

艺术教育是美育的重要组合部分,其核心在于弘扬真善美,坚定文化自信,提升人文素养。在教学中,要以生活潜能开发的方式让学生喜爱音乐,通过学习活动的设计,增加课程的趣味化、生活化、情绪化、综合化。在游戏中融入歌唱、演奏、编创、欣赏,综合其他学科知识、技能和创造思维,培养学生的音乐与舞蹈编创能力。

8月25日,在全校教职工大会上,杨帆校长以“走自己的路”为题,从新形势下对教育宏观思考、万科双语学校的思想和行动、学校新学年工作三个方面,详细解读了学校的办学思想、本学年工作计划及重点工作。杨校长指出,万科双语学校建校以来,初步取得了学生、家长和社会的认可。培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,为国家和世界发展的人才培养打基础,为学生终身发展负责,造福每一个万双家庭,是万科双语学校的使命。要把教育当成一件最大的善事来做。

8月23日上午,林红英校长助理从教育教学的角度,以“经历真实的学习”为题为全校教职员工做了专题讲座。她分享了激发学生学习内驱力的多种方法、打造“差异化、回应式的因材施教的课堂”基本步骤,梳理了各学科课堂20分钟以上“真实学习”流程及“真实学习”教学设计路线图。8月26日,林红英校长助理再次对全体教师做了教学设计培训,她以新课标为根,介绍了学教评一致性教学设计专业标准,如何撰写学习目标、教学目标与评估任务,要求老师们按照学校的“‘真实学习’教学设计路线图”进行备课,充分激发学生学习的好奇心,培养学生的创造性思维和批判性思维。

8月22日,全校教师分科组进行新课标研读。老师们通过逐条通读、逻辑梳理、深度解读、头脑风暴、小组展示等,以新课标为基,开展集体教研活动。老师们在学习心得中写道:“在教育教学目标上,要丰富学生精神世界,培养学生思维方法、阅读方法、研究能力;在教学内容的广度上,新课程标准强调联动学校、社会、家庭、自然,要全方位地为学生创造学习的场景;在教学方式与学生学习方式上,正视新疫情时代,整合线上、线下相混合的教学方式;在学生学习方式上,要重视学生学习兴趣的培养。”通过学习,老师们对新学期教育教学工作和学科核心素养有了全新的认知。

8月25日,邓安妮老师为全校教师做了PBL(项目式学习)专题培训。她详细介绍了PBL的定义、核心,万双PBL课程开展情况,并以真实的案例分享了PBL设计流程。她指出,在PBL中,学生要应用所学综合解决问题,成为自主终身学习者;老师要转变观念,将学习主动权还给学生,深入钻研PBL教育理念和教学方法。本学期,学校各学科均用PBL理念来指导教学,以学科核心概念和高阶认知为目标,设计学科项目,全员参与(1-8年级)。通过PBL,全面提升学生综合素养。

She also mentioned that in this semester all subjects would use the PBL concept to guide teaching, design subject projects with the goal of core concepts and high-level cognition, and all students would participate (from Grade 1 to Grade 8). 8月25日,针对“双区“实验校新学年如何开展工作,彭平老师为全校教师做了“双区”实验校工作说明暨STEM+课程实验培训。双区指的是教育部“基于教学改革、融合信息技术的新型教与学模式”实验区与“智慧教育示范区”建设。其中,龙华区实验方向为“积极教育+人工智能”理念下区域教改实践模式构建。今年7月,万科双语学校代表龙华学校在深圳市作了汇报。会上,彭老师对学校STEM+课程实践、生成模式、融合的主要方向等进行了说明,希望全校教师深入理解STEM理念,并适时将STEM理念运用到自己的教学中,积极培养学生科学的思维方法,帮助学生建立自信心。

8月23日,万科双语学校10个教师暑期PBL项目小组在剧场进行了精彩纷呈的学习成果展示和汇报。在此次研学旅行中,各小组分别前往四川、云南、贵州、西藏、山西等地,对各地文化、民俗进行了深入探究。如贵州的蜡染文化、云贵川的美食文化、西藏的宗教文化、广东的民宿文化、云南的茶文化、山西的晋商文化,并对“零碳排放海岛”—— 南澳岛进行了调研。老师们表示,他们将把学习到的知识和技能运用到课堂教学中,以成长型思维为指导,做到理论与实践相结合,不断开阔自己的思路,更好地指导学生进行PBL项目式学习。

8月26日下午,以“勤奋向新”为主旨的2022万科双语学校团建活动在学校地下篮球馆火热开展,全校教职员工200多人分为9个组开展了形式多样的团队竞赛。队员们在疯狂大力神 、经典投篮、动感单车、玩转飞盘等活动中奋勇争先;在非洲鼓部落演奏活动中,大家画上独特的面部图腾,换上非洲特有服饰,相互“鼓”舞;在团队建设中,同心协力,高招频出……在整齐划一的鼓声和欢声笑语中,全校员工开启崭新的奋斗乐章。正如杨帆校长在总结时说的,万科双语学校已经进入全面发展、团结奋进的阶段,251位教职员工将汇聚起磅礴的力量,为学生的发展做出创造性的努力。

郭鸾(语文):从理论到实践

 

今天一天的学习,语文组由理论到实践,逐步解读新课标,受益匪浅。新课标从“课程性质和课程理念”阐述了语文是什么性质的学科;课程目标以终为始解释语文学科对于人的培养目标是什么? 接着课程内容分述了各个学段,以“学习任务群”为逻辑,梳理了各学段基础型、发展型、拓展型任务群的递进。而学业质量即评价体系和量表量规的体现,是“你教的怎么样了?学生学得怎么样了”。课标的设计逻辑贯通,自成体系。老师们全天分秒必争,度过了充实的学习日。

 

彭婷(语文):让教育回归生活

关于新课标,其中关于英语学科课标的主要变动可以归为四个方面:一是改变“义教课标2011版”课程目标突出学科本位、忽略整体育人功能的问题,将课程目标从综合语言运用能力转向了由语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力等四个方面构成的核心素养目标,突出体现了全新的育人价值观;二是改变原来的由语言技能、语言知识、文化意识、情感态度和学习策略五个方面构成的课程内容,从彼此之间缺乏关联性的五项内容转向了以服务核心素养培养为目标的六大要素整合大内容;三是改变脱离语境的碎片化、表层化、模块化的教学方式,提倡践行英语学习活动观;四是改变以测验和考试为主、忽视课堂评价的单一评价方式,构建一个素养导向、主体多元、形成性评价和终结性评价有机结合、形式多样的评价体系。

 

卜利波(物理):从生活走向物理

 

新课标的课程理念有5点:1,面向全体学生,培养学生的核心素养;2.从生活走向物理,从物理走向社会;3.以主题为线索,构建课程结构;4.注重科学探究,提倡教学方式的多样化,注重科学探究,突出问题导向,强调真实的问题情境,引导学生不断探索,提高分析问题解决问题的时间本领和科学思维能力,灵活选用教学方式,合理利用信息技术;5.发挥评价的育人功能,促进学生核心素养的发展。新课标特别强调学生物理核心素养的培养,所谓物理核心素养主要为物理观念、科学思维、科学探究、科学态度和责任

 

何先姬(生物):注重跨学科融合

 

新课标注重跨学科融合,要求教师重视在教学过程中渗透科学、技术与社会相互关系的教育,积极组织开展跨学科实践活动,着力培养学生社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力。在实践中,教师要重视运用互联网技术、移动通信技术和人工智能等现代信息技术手段,开发和利用数字化资源,丰富师生互动交流方式,促进学生个性化学习。

 

金怀红(化学):努力实现“我要学”

 

化学课程要培养的核心素养主要包括化学观念、科学思维、科学探究与实践、科学态度与责任。通过对新课标的学习,我认为师生的教与学需要作出的转变有以下几点:1、教师教学方式上的改变。2、学生学习方法的改变。3、评价方式的多元化。总之,新课标的内容重心由知识性内容转向实用性内容,以学生发展为本,引导学生主动学习,努力实现“要我学”,向“我要学”的转变,教学内容由封闭转向开放,注重学科素养,注重跨学科学习。

 

雷水莲(地理):用多种方式去回应学生差异

 

新课标中有这样一句话给我的触动较大:“依据学生的认知基础和成长规律,充分考虑学生的生活经验和差异化。”这与我们学校打造“差异化、回应式”课堂不谋而合。在教学设计过程当中,研究学情是至关重要的,班级的学生之间、班与班之间肯定存在差异性,那么就需要思考用多种的方式去回应这些差异,并消除这些差异。

 

赵芮(科学):做中学 学中思

 

2022年版义务教育科学课程标准强调整合启发式、探究式、互动式、体验式和项目式等各种教学方式的基本要求,开展能够促进学生积极思考的思维型探究和实践。在学科核心概念的学习中,突出科学探究,强调“做中学”和“学中思”;在技术与工程部分,强调技术与工程问题的规范性,让学生养成通过“动手做”解决问题的习惯,培养学生的探究实践能力。

 

王乐乐(道德与法治):多学科渗透思政教育内涵

 

我认为万双的理念和实践与国家课程标准要求的内容是一致的,都是依据学生特点、学科特点有序衔接、目标递进的逻辑阶梯,体现了思政课目标一体化设计的思路。万科双语学校在开足道法课的同时,结合学校校本课程《人生规划》、《历史》三位一体,辅以升旗仪式、班会等学校各项活动,多学科渗透思政教育内涵,关注学生的差异,回应学生需求,让每位学生在课堂上都有最大程度的提高,课堂成为了学生自主探索的学习平台。依据新修订的道法课标,我们在新学期的课程上会进行改革,将道法、劳动和人生规划课程进行融合,全面提升学生核心素养。

 

建筑学科组:注重学生的自主探究能力

 

经过学科组的研读讨论,我们对新课标的体会有了更深刻的理解。美术新课程标准打破了传统美术教学的知识框架,从全新的角度,按学习方式,把美术课程分为四个领域,即“造型·表现”、“设计·应用”、“欣赏·评述”、“综合·探索”, 它改变了传统的美术教学模式,更加注重学生的自主探究能力、创造性、主动性,注重培养学生自学能力、合作精神和学习兴趣。


赵雪(人生规划):提高自身综合能力


教师需要提高自身综合能力,提高教学水平,在教学当中结合心理学教育,并且融合道德与法治课程,适当开展课外教学活动,开辟出第二课堂,深入拓展智育,创设健康向上的良好氛围;要注重对于学生情感发育特点和情绪的关照,尽量以学生更能够接受的游戏式、体验式、参与式方式去渗透心理健康教育,也要给予学生情绪宣泄的机会,认真倾听学生的真实反馈。


邹振雄(体育与健康):基于“学练赛评”的课堂要有新突破


首先,撰写新样态体育课教案需要树立“以学定教”新观念,从学生体育学习、身心发展等角度确定内容、选择方法,合理安排“学练赛评”各项活动。其次是系统规划“学练赛评”内容,学什么、练什么、赛什么、评什么以及怎么组织“学练赛评”需要清晰规划。最后是设置新样态体育课目标,对核心素养的培养具体化,可以从知识技能学习、体能素质锻炼、情感品格培养三维度来达成学习目标。

 

谢佳轩(舞蹈与音乐):增加课程的趣味化

 

艺术教育是美育的重要组合部分,其核心在于弘扬真善美,坚定文化自信,提升人文素养。在教学中,要以生活潜能开发的方式让学生喜爱音乐,通过学习活动的设计,增加课程的趣味化、生活化、情绪化、综合化。在游戏中融入歌唱、演奏、编创、欣赏,综合其他学科知识、技能和创造思维,培养学生的音乐与舞蹈编创能力。
