本次活动由学校党支部组织,学校各年级组、生活部及行政中心、后勤保障中心推选代表及全体党员约30余人参与了本次会议。会上,教职员工代表回顾了自己的成长历程,表达了对学校的感谢,同时提出了自己的建议。党支部书记杨帆校长悉心聆听了员工们的心声。
This activity was organized by the Party branch of our school. About 30 representatives and all Party members from all grade groups, life teacher department, administrative center and support center of school participated in this meeting. At the meeting, the representatives reviewed their growth process, expressed their gratitude to school, and put forward their own suggestions. Principal Yang Fan, Secretary of the Party branch, listened carefully to the voices from school staff.
王光辉老师表示,感谢学校为教师的成长提供很多培训和成长的机会;黄德明老师表示,同事们都特别优秀,特别团结,感谢学校给了自己学习的机会;陈童老师表示,感谢学校的蓝青工程和自己的师傅刘欢老师,让自己从焦虑变得自信;贺舒婷老师表示,感谢学校教给自己终身成长和以生为本、以师为本的理念,在班主任成长帮帮团里也学到了很多。孩子们敢于找校长协助PBL项目学习,每天都很开心;刘文伶老师表示,学校非常关心老师,生日、妇女节、端午节、冬至等都会有礼物,感觉在这里工作非常幸运和幸福;赵芮老师表示,每天都被孩子们的真诚感动,将更努力工作……
