【教师发展】铸造“黄金三角”,为孩子建立心理健康支持系统——万科双语学校多举措为学生身心健康护航

万双网讯  面对突发疫情,云端上课,万科双语学校高度重视学生心理健康教育,除每班开设人生规划课外,多次邀请专家为全体教师进行指导,同时组织老师参与龙华区教育局的线上培训。日前,学校召开“2022年春季开学心理健康工作会议”,杨帆校长、郑世英校长助理、林红英校长助理及全体班主任老师参与了本次会议。

学校人生规划课老师余丹带领大家学习了校园心理危机的识别与干预方法。她指出,春季是各种心理问题和疾病的高发时期,学生的情绪容易在这个季节产生波动,加上疫情的缘故,学生居家学习上网课,使得情况可能变得更加的严峻。为了帮助学生能够身心健康的度过这段时间,老师们需要学习校园心理危机的识别和干预方法


Yu Dan, a teacher of Life Planning Courses in VBS, led us to learn the identification and intervention methods of campus psychological crisis. She pointed out that spring is a period of high incidence of various psychological problems and diseases. Students' emotions are easy to fluctuate in this season. In addition, due to the epidemic, students are studying online classes at home, which may make the situation more severe. In order to help students spend this period of time in good physical and mental health, teachers need to learn the identification and intervention methods of campus psychological crisis.

 

一、如何判断学生是否具有足够的资源来应对压力?


Firstly, how to judge whether students have enough resources to deal with pressure?


老师要帮助学生形成一个稳定的黄金三角。其中的第一个角是学生自己,孩子本身的性格特点是内向还是外向,是敏感还是直爽,还包括孩子本身的身体素质,行为特点等等这些都会影响他处理和面对压力的能力。老师通过与孩子平时的沟通和交流,心中会有一个大致的判断,敏感多疑、自信心不足的孩子需要更多的关注。

 

Teachers should help students form a stable Golden Triangle. The first corner is about students themselves. A child’s specific personality characteristics are introverted or extroverted, sensitive or straightforward, as well as the child's own physical quality and behavior characteristics, which will affect his ability to deal with and face pressure. Teachers will have a general judgment in their mind through their usual communication with children. Children who are sensitive, suspicious and lack self-confidence need more attention.

 

第二个角是学生的学校支持系统。比如在学校里跟老师、同学的关系。如果孩子在学校里觉得很开心,有好朋友,遇到事情愿意跟老师交流,那学生的这个角就比较稳了。


The second corner is about students’ school support system, for example, the relationship with teachers and classmates in school. If children feel very happy in school with good friends and are willing to communicate with teachers when encountering things, the corner of students will be more stable.

 

第三个角是他的家庭支持系统。简单来说就是,亲子关系如何,他的家是个温暖的所在吗?遇到问题,爸爸妈妈会给到他支持吗?跟父母和兄弟姐妹之间的情感链接深吗?如果这部分也没有问题,那这个孩子基本上是不会出大问题的。


The third corner is about the family support system. In short, what is the parent-child relationship? Is his home a warm place? Will mom and dad support him when he has problems? Is there a deep emotional link with parents and siblings? If there is no problem with this part, basically the child won't have big problems.

 

班主任老师是链接孩子、学校和家庭的纽带,因此老师需要通过与各方的沟通和了解,从三个角来大致评估一下自己班级里的孩子,哪些是需要特别关注的。具体来说,老师可以关注四种信号。一是行为方面的信号,二是情绪方面的信号,三是情境方面的信号,四是身心症状。当老师发现上面的这些信号出现时,就需要关注这个孩子,评估他的心理状况。


Homeroom teachers are the link between children, schools and families. Therefore, teachers need to roughly evaluate children who need special attention in their class from three angles through communication and understanding with all parts. Specifically, teachers can focus on four signals. The first one is about behavioral signals. The second one is about emotional signals. The third one is about situational signals. The fourth one is about physical and mental symptoms. When teachers see these signals, they need to pay attention to the child and evaluate his psychological status.

二、校园心理危机预警与干预模式

第一层次是面对全体学生的日常的常规性的教育和基础性的预防,侧重于为全体学生提供心理支持。万科双语学校的人生规划课、班会课等课程都是在做这个工作,目的是增强学生的心理弹性。

The first level is to face the daily routine education and basic prevention of all students, focusing on providing psychological support for all students. 第二层是建立预警制度,对于出现心理问题或者心理危机的学生进行干预,启动学校的特殊关爱计划或危机干预机制。

第三层是面对高危学生,由专业人员进行干预。
