万双网讯 为贯彻落实《教育部关于实施全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程2.0的意见》（教师（2019）1号），依托广东省教育厅印发的实施指南，开启整校推动进程，11月26日，万科双语学校教师信息技术应用能力提升工程2.0启动会在剧场召开，全校教师参会。

本次会议由发展中心吴萍主任主持。她指出，基于万科双语学校办学理念以及已有的信息化水平，结合本校推崇的PBL项目式学习和STEAM教学理念，根据能力提升工程2.0指南，学校选取四个能力点作为教师网络研修和校本研修的目标，分别是跨学科学习活动设计、创新解决问题的方法、支持学生创造性学习与表达、智慧教育背景下教研活动组织或参与。

The meeting was presided over by Ms. Wu Ping, director of the development center. She pointed out that based on the school running concept, combined with PBL and STEAM teaching concept, and according to the ability improvement project 2.0, the school selected four abilities as the teachers' training and school-based training objectives. 她指出，不要把信息技术仅仅作为辅助教学的工具，而是要把信息技术作为促进学生自主学习的认知工具和情感激励工具，与课程深度融合，利用信息技术所提供的自主探索、多重交互、合作学习、资源共享等学习环境，把学生的主动性、积极性充分调动起来，使学生的创新思维与实践能力在整合过程中得到有效的锻炼，培养未来社会需要的创新型人才。

She pointed out that information technology should not only be used as a tool to assist teaching. We should take information technology as a tool to promote students' self-learning, integrate it with the curriculum, and make use of the learning environment of independent exploration, multiple interactions, cooperative learning, and resource sharing provided by information technology. At the same time, the school fully mobilizes students' initiative and enthusiasm and improves students' innovative thinking and practical ability, cultivating innovative talents for the future society.

同时，针对教师发展，学校创造性成立教师职业发展学院，利用自主设计的在线平台对教师自主学习信息进行管理，形成过程性学习档案，促进教师发展。目前，全校教师在学校信息化管理团队带领下，开启了信息技术应用能力提升工程2.0的学习之旅。
