10月25日，由深职院专家杨文明、龙华区教科院席春玲博士等教育局工作人员组成的深圳市龙华区民办教育国际化调研组来到万科双语学校调研。

杨帆校长向来访领导全面汇报了万科双语学校在国际化教育方面的探索和实践，详细介绍了学校办学理念、中外融合的特色课程、师资力量、内部教育质量管理、教学评估督导及遇到的挑战，并对未来五年龙华区的教育国际化发展提出了建议。

Principal Yang comprehensively reported the exploration and practice of VBS in international education to the guests. She introduced the school running concept, characteristic courses, teachers, internal education quality management, teaching evaluation, and challenges and put forward suggestions for the international development of education in Longhua District in the next five years.

来访领导表示，此次针对高端民办学校的调研，希望国际化可以回归到对人的认识，对时代的认识。万科双语学校先进的做法值得借鉴，可以向全区分享经验，带动全区教育共同发展。学校部分领导和外籍教师参会，并与来访领导进行了交流。

10月21日，龙华区责任督学助理徐奔来到万科双语学校进行“五项管理”常规督导，全面调查学生体质健康提升行动计划落实情况以及中小学校思政课建设情况，并现场与学生谈话，了解学生作业情况和学校手机管理情况。吴珂主任、黄雅娟主任等向徐助理介绍了学校情况。

10月15日，深圳市龙华区“双减”工作专项督导组莅临万科双语学校开展督导工作。本次“双减”工作专项督导主要对义务教育阶段课后延时服务落实情况以及作业管理落实情况。

万科双语学校吴珂主任向督导组汇报了学校概况。根据中共中央办公厅，国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》以及《五项管理》的各项通知，万科双语学校高度重视，并成立以杨帆校长为组长，林红英校长助理和郑世英校长助理为副组长的领导小组，制定和完善了学校“双减”及“五项管理”各项工作方案，同时利用教师群、各方平台以及培训讲座组织老师认真学习相关文件，观看关于“双减”的工作视频，各年级召开家长会，并利用家长成长学院以及家校微信群告知家长新的作业管理规定。
