万双网讯  为了加强教师队伍建设，践行VBS终身学习的理念，2021年4月23-25日，小学语文组全体教师在学校的支持下前往深圳西乡会堂，参加由广东省东南教育科学研究院和儿童阅读课程研究中心主办的“2021年春季儿童阅读推进大会暨统编小学语文教学研讨活动”。

VBS News Net:  From April 23 to April 25, all Chinese teachers from Years 1 to 5 went to Shenzhen Xixiang Hall to participate in The 2021 Spring Children's Reading Promotion Conference and Unified Primary School Chinese Teaching Seminar sponsored by the Reading Course Research Center.

在现场互动评课中，彭艳冰老师、黄德明老师荣获特等奖，刘贺老师、文华凤老师荣获一等奖。

In the interactive class evaluation, Ms. Peng Yanbing and Mr. Huang Deming won the grand prizes. Ms. Liu He and Ms. Wen Huafeng won the first prizes.

在为期两天半的研讨活动中，有崔峦、赵志祥、肖绍国、陈德兵、张元花、白皛、张晶、夏芳、马方原、欧义赐、何捷、涂欣、蒋军晶、付雪莲、王文丽（按课次排序）等名师围绕“理念指导”“1+X”“表达教学”“单篇教读”和“整本书阅读”带来的五场报告、九节课例，还有名师王崧舟、薛法根带来的两节最新直播课例。小学语文组老师认真观摩、热烈交流、积极评课，以统编教材为基础，讨论如何把儿童阅读做大做强。其中，四位老师更因精准深刻的评课荣获现场互动评课特等奖及一等奖。在求知、求真、务实的热烈氛围中，每位教师受益匪浅、收获满满。

During the seminar, Cui Luan, Zhao Zhixiang, Xiao Shaoguo, Chen Debing, Zhang Yuanhua, Bai Zhu, Zhang Jing, Xia Fang, Ma Fangyuan, Ou Yici, He Jie, Tu Xin, Jiang Junjing, Fu Xuelian, Wang Wenli, and other famous teachers focused on ideal guidance, 1+X, expression teaching, single article teaching and reading, and whole book reading, bringing five reports, nine lesson examples. Famous teachers Mr. Wang Songzhou and Mr. Xue Fagen gave two latest live lectures. The Chinese teachers listened carefully, communicated enthusiastically, and evaluated the lessons actively. Four teachers even won the grand prizes and the first prizes of interactive lesson evaluation for their precise and profound lesson evaluation. Every teacher has benefited a lot.

会后，小学语文组以“立德树人”为根本，结合本校“差异化、回应式”课堂模式的打造，反思两天所学，并用于教学实践，关注阅读策略和方法的教学、阅读课程的实践经验，围绕整本书阅读、古诗文教学和不同课型的教学设计进行思考与创新。

After the conference, the Chinese group reflects on what they have learned in two days and uses it in teaching, focusing on reading strategies and methods. They also focus on reading the whole book, teaching ancient poetry, and the teaching design of different course types.

如，李晓燕老师从何捷老师的课中获得启发，关注学生的阅读体验，在《画杨桃》一课中带着学生挖掘文字背后的心理活动以及文章的写法；龚巧俐老师受到王文丽老师的启发，将其群文阅读的理念用于《寓言二则》的教学中；彭艳冰老师和黄德明老师关注低段整本书阅读教学的内容选择和重读方法的运用，力求做到教得少、教得精、教得深；李世豪老师尝试深挖文本，从一个大的角度带着孩子们多思考、发散思维，以模仿为成长的第一步，将专家名师们先进的教学思路迁移到自己课堂上……

For example, Ms. Li Xiaoyan was inspired by Ms. He Jie's class and focused on the students' reading experience. In the lesson 'Painting Carambola,' she led students to explore the emotions behind the text. Ms. Wang Wenli inspired Ms. Gong Qiaoli, using her concept of group reading in the teaching of 'Two Fables.' Ms. Peng Yanping and Mr. Huang Deming paid attention to selecting content and applying re-reading in teaching. Mr. Li Shihao tried to dig deeper into the text, lead the children to think more, take imitation as the first step of growth, and transfer the advanced teaching ideas of experts and famous teachers to his class.

教师是学校发展的灵魂，VBS作为一所学习型校园，为每一位教师的专业化成长提供机会，终身成长、成长型思维也已深植于每一位教师的心中。小学语文组作为一个蓬勃向上的集体，将利用本次宝贵的学习机会打磨自己，把所学付诸实践，将名师们的理念和经验应用到差异化、回应式、“因材施教”课堂的建构中，为孩子们阅读力、思维力、表达力的成长保驾护航。
