万双网讯  未来优秀企业需要怎样的人才？优秀企业的工作环境是怎样的？作为学生要做好哪些方面的准备？和优秀的人一起奔跑是什么感受？…… 4月20日，万科双语学校7E班的同学们带着强烈的好奇心，上了一堂生动有趣的职业分享课。本堂课属于万科双语学校人生规划课程的一部分，即家长职业分享专题，特邀7E班陈珂涵妈妈作为主讲嘉宾。7E班部分老师聆听了讲座。

VBS News Net: On April 20th, the students from 7E attended an exciting and interesting career-sharing class. This class is part of the life planning class of VBS. Chen Kehan's mother was invited as the guest speaker. Teachers of 7E listened to the lecture.

陈珂涵妈妈就职于某世界500强公司，担任产业部门的COO（首席运营官），负责协助产品总监落实产业战略到执行，质量管理体系持续改进等工作。在500强公司工作十多年，有专业的技术知识背景，同时对公司的企业文化和未来人才需求十分了解。

Chen Kehan's mother is working for a Fortune Global 500 company as the COO of the industry department, responsible for assisting the product director in implementing the industrial strategy and the continuous improvement of the quality management system. Having worked in a  Fortune Global 500 company for more than ten years, she has professional knowledge and a good understanding of the company's culture and the future society's requirements for talents.

在讲座中，珂涵妈妈和同学们一起畅想了5年后、10年后他们会在哪里，将同学们的目光拉远到未来。她用企业公开的宣传视频让同学们真实地感受到公司优越工作环境和优良的企业文化，让孩子们十分向往。刘英杰同学感慨道：“我非常喜欢这样的企业，它是如此的充满生机。”

In the lecture, Kehan's mother and students imagined where they would be in 5 years or 10 years. She used the company's promotional video to introduce the company's working environment and excellent corporate culture, which made the children very fascinated. Liu Yingjie said, 'I like this kind of company very much. It is full of vitality.'

珂涵妈妈还为同学们分享了未来时代发展中IT行业对于人才的诉求，急缺哪些类型的人才，需要提前储备哪些知识技能，指引孩子们打好扎实的学业基础，同时要注意多元化发展并提升自我，指引同学们朝着正确的方向努力。争相回答问题的孩子们获得了珂涵妈妈赠送的书籍和礼品。

Kehan's mother also told the students what types of talents are urgently needed and what knowledge and skills the students need in advance, guiding the children to lay a solid academic foundation while paying attention to diversified development. She said that students should improve themselves and work hard in the right direction. The children who answered the questions received books and gifts from Kehan's mother.

从自己学习和工作成长的心得出发，珂涵妈妈告诫同学们，要明确目标，学会时间管理，并坚持不懈地努力，与优秀的团队和优秀的人一起奔跑，可以致远，实现终身成长。现在的每一份努力，在未来都会变成照妖镜，看得见摸得着，知识可以改变命运。她提醒同学们，要感恩父母和老师，因为他们是愿意无条件帮助你们的人。从现在开始，做好人生规划，未来的星辰大海一定触手可及。

Starting from her learning and working experience, Kehan's mother warned students to have clear goals, learn time management, and make unremitting efforts to work hard with excellent people so that they can reach far. Knowledge can change one's fate. She reminded students to be grateful to their parents and teachers who are willing to help them unconditionally.

本堂课拓宽了孩子们的国际视野，增强了孩子们的职业素养，对于让孩子们在自我探索的基础上提前了解外部环境、了解未来社会对人才的要求、提前做好人生规划具有深远意义。

This class broadens the children's international horizons and enhances their professionalism. Children need to know the external environment and the future society's requirements for talents and then do life planning in advance with self-exploration.

VBS人生规划课程由杨帆校长设计，融合了生涯教育、心理健康教育和社会情感学习，旨在促进学生人格的健全发展，引导学生更加全面的认识自己，探索外部世界，为人生规划打下坚实的基础。该课程为校本必修课程，每学年32课时，共288课时。包含18大主题，涵盖一至九年级，全力助力学生人格健全发展，增强学生的自我管理能力，开拓学生的眼界，提升学生的核心素养和软实力。

Principal Yang is the one who designed the VBS life planning course. It integrates career education, mental health education, and social-emotional learning. It aims to promote student's sound personalities, guiding students to understand themselves more comprehensively, explore the outside world, and lay a solid foundation for life planning. This course is a school-based compulsory course, with 32 classes per academic year. It contains 18 themes, helps students develop sound personalities, enhances their self-management ability, and broadens their horizons.

开课以来，该课程得到了家长和学生普遍认可。小朋友学会生气的时候可以把气放到生气瓶或其它种种减压方式；初中同学学会数自己的人生格子，参与人生价值拍卖，懂得了时间管理……数十位家长倾情参与到职业分享课程中，为学生们带来了全新的体验。在学校丰富多彩的活动中，VBS学子展现出了乐观、包容、坚毅，充满好奇心、创造力等多种特质，从而为更好地站在未来中央奠基。

The life planning classes have been recognized by parents and students. Primary school students learned how to reduce pressure, while junior high school students learned time management. Parents participated in career-sharing courses, bringing a whole new experience to the students. VBS students showed optimism, inclusiveness, grit, eagerness, creativity, and other characteristics in the colorful activities, laying the foundation for experiencing the future.
