万双网讯  人民教育家陶行知先生认为“生活即教育”，教育离不开生活。为了全方位的给孩子提供优质教育，充分发挥生活老师在学校教育工作中的重要作用，3月11日上午，万科双语学校生活部开展了以 “爱的智慧，心的交流” 为主题的经验分享交流会。

VBS News Net: Educator Mr. Tao Xingzhi believes that life is education and education is inseparable from life. To provide children with high-quality education and give full play to the vital role of life teachers in school education, on the morning of March 11, the Life Department of VBS launched an experience sharing and exchange meeting with the theme of ‘Love-Wisdom, Heart Exchange.’

老师们以圆桌的形式就坐展开思想交锋，心灵碰撞。会上，10位老师用朴实无华的语言，结合自身管理中的真实案例，围绕学生现状、存在的问题、处理技巧等方面展开精彩的发言。

The teachers sat at a round table with ideas clash and crash. At the meeting, ten teachers used unpretentious words, combined with real cases of their own, and made wonderful speeches on students' current situation, existing problems, and handling skills.

李长英老师用“慢慢来”的教育理念，用充分的耐心、爱心、责任心陪伴着每一个孩子慢慢成长; 和班主任一起开展“爱的抱抱”“感恩树”活动，让孩子们学会原谅、包容、感恩。

Ms. Li Changying used the educational philosophy of taking things easy to accompany each child to grow up slowly with patience, love, and responsibility. They carried out the ‘Love Hug’ and ‘Thanksgiving Tree’ activities with class teachers to let the children learn to forgive, tolerate, and be grateful.

李贞珍老师认为在学生行为习惯的养成教育上要长久的坚持，不厌其烦地做学生成长的“助推器”，坚持简单的事情“重复做、有趣做、一致做”的教育观点，同时还分享了如何有效地处理突发事件的经验与方法。

Ms. Li Zhenzhen believed that it was necessary to persevere in the education of students' behavior and habits, be a booster for students' growth and insist on repeatedly and consistently doing simple things. She shared the experience and methods of how to deal with emergencies effectively.

吴淑仪老师表示教育的前提是尊重和热爱学生，教育方式要因人而异。通过放大孩子身上闪光点的方式，激励孩子改正错误。其次要努力学习新的事物和知识，从而拉近与学生的距离，走进他们的心灵。

Ms. Wu Shuyi stated that the prerequisite of education is to respect and love students, and the way of educating varies from person to person. Firstly, we should encourage children to correct their mistakes by magnifying their shining points. Secondly, we must work hard to learn new things and knowledge, narrow the distance with students and enter their hearts.

 “我们热爱我们的工作，每天和住宿生朝夕相处，对待学生公平公正，在严爱相济的前提下晓之以理、动之以情去教育和感化学生。”初中的老师们娓娓道来与青春期孩子的相处之道。

The teachers of junior high school talked about how to get along with adolescent children. ‘We love our work, get along with the boarding students day and night, treat students fairly, and educate and influence students with strict love.’

生活部黄雅娟副主任对此次交流会的分享成果给予了高度的肯定，希望全体生活老师秉承“一切为了学生”的宗旨，在平凡的岗位诠释不平凡的爱，加强学习，汲取经验，精细管理，用热爱和真心去关注和倾听每一个孩子，一如既往地为教育教学工作做最坚强的后盾。

Ms. Huang Yajuan, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Life, highly affirmed this exchange meeting. She hoped that all life teachers could uphold the tenet of ‘all for students,' interpret extraordinary love in regular positions and keep learning from experience. Life teachers should pay attention to and listen to every child with love and sincerity and continue to provide the most vital backing for teaching.

本次交流会凝聚了生活老师们的管理经验和教育智慧，为老师们搭建了一个相互学习的平台。全体生活老师以终身成长为理念，坚持学习与分享，不断反思与提升，共同为VBS孩子营造和谐美好的校园生活。

This exchange meeting condensed the management experience and educational wisdom of life teachers and built a platform for teachers to learn from each other. With the concept of life-long growth, all life teachers insist on learning and sharing, constantly reflecting and improving, which create a harmonious and beautiful campus life for VBS children.
