万双网讯  为继承优秀传统习俗，弘扬中国传统文化，同时让全体员工一起过一个温暖、温馨的传统节日，12月21日（冬至节）下午，万科双语学校中餐厅热闹非凡，暖意融融， “情暖冬至，相伴有你”冬至主题活动在这里展开。全体教职员工近200人一起动手包饺子，度过了一个快乐的冬至节。

VBS News Net: Winter Solstice themed session was held at canteen on 21st December to celebrate the traditional festival in China and allow everyone to spend some quality time together. Over 200 staff took part in this session.

万科双语学校“冬至包饺子活动”迄今已开展了3次，成为学校每年的传统活动。活动伊始，学校播放了冬至节日介绍，让中外员工们充分了解中国传统节日文化。杨帆校长发表简短的致辞，希望全体员工把VBS当作“家”，学校将努力为大家营造家的氛围，并祝大家节日快乐！

This session has been organised thrice so far as an annual event at VBS. At the start of the session, a short videoclip was played to introduce what Winter Solstice meant to China as a traditional festival. Principal Yang made a short speech to wish everyone a happy Winter Solstice and treat VBS as their homes.

在这里，来自五湖四海的中外教师、员工各显神通，别出心裁，喜气洋洋地擀面皮、包饺子，每一位员工的脸上都洋溢着幸福、满足的笑容。老师们发挥创意，包出了千姿百态的饺子……美滋滋地品尝、交流，并在朋友圈晒出精致的饺子，表达对学校的感谢。虽然今年的冬天格外冷，但大家的心里暖流涌动。

Both international and domestic teachers learned the techniques to make dumplings with ultimate joy. Teachers made all kinds of dumplings and tried them after cooking. They also posted photos at their WeChat moments to express gratitude to the school. It has been a cold winter but everyone had pleasant feelings.

这一天，全校教职员工以节日的名义携手前行，共同创造新生活，学校的凝聚力、向心力得到进一步提升，万科双语学校已成为教师、员工共同学习和生活的温馨的家园。

The school's cohesion was strengthened on this day as everyone spent Winter Solstice together. VBS has become the home for teachers and admin staff to live and study.
